I
took
my
friend
here
for
his
birthday.
We
got
there
when
they
opened
and
were
the
only
people
in
the
bar
yet
we
were
told
we
couldn't
sit
in
the
main
room
because
they
were
fully
booked
(I
had
also
booked).
We
asked
about
the
tarot
card
menu
as
this
was
our
reason
for
booking
and
was
told
it
wasn't
being
used,
with
no
further
explanation.
We
were
then
seated
on
a
wet
patch.
When
we
mentioned
this
to
the
waiter
we
were
told
they
were
aware
there
had
been
a
leak
and
the
seat
might
still
be
wet:
no
offer
to
move
us.
The
tall
thin
waiter
with
parted
hair
was
inattentive
throughout
the
night.
Once
we
asked
for
the
menu
and
after
10
minutes
he
still
hadn't
brought
it
(there
were
about
5
other
people
in
the
bar
at
this
time
so
can't
excuse
them
for
being
busy).
Another
time
we
asked
for
the
menu
and
was
brought
somebody
else's
bill!
When
we
asked
for
the
menu
again
this
waiter
asked
if
we
wanted
the
bill.
We
said
'menu'
very
clearly
so
wasn't
sure
how
he
could
confuse
it.
He
was
an
actor
and
seemed
more
concerned
with
speaking
to
a
lady
who
worked
at
a
theatre
nearby.
When
walking
to
find
the
bathroom
my
friend
was
confronted
with
a
group
of
waiters
standing
around
talking,
they
all
went
quiet
when
he
appeared
and
he
felt
awkward.
He
asked
where
the
toilets
were
and
Diego
told
him
they
didn't
have
any.
When
I
went
to
the
bathroom
I
also
felt
like
I'd
interrupted
their
social
gathering
and
felt
awkward.
The
entire
night
felt
uncomfortable
and
unwelcoming.
It
was
very
disappointing.
Jack
the
manager
gave
us
our
bill
at
the
end
and
apologised
for
the
other
staff
members
and
got
rid
of
the
service
charge
but
unfortunately
the
damage
was
done.
A
very
unpleasant
experience.
