You come back to places that are memorable. This is my second time eating at Vida and same as the first time staff was attentive and the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the tortilla soup and the carnitas. Right on the main strip definitely recommend you stop in and try the food!

The food was bursting with flavour. Service was excellent. Drink cups stayed full. We all ate different platters so we could explore the options of food. So glad we did.

The food is very authentic, all staff members are friendly! The Vida Mexican Kitchen is very welcoming, great for all ages! Would recommend this place, and definately eat here again! The Ground Beef Tacos were very good! Cheese first on corn - done correctly. The drinks Partita and Margaritas were awesome. Fresh homemade Guacamole - very generous portion! Vida Chicken is a great signature dish, flavourful and just the right amount of heat. Spinach and mushroom Enchilada makes a great no-meat alternative. Great restaurant!

We stopped by on a Monday night while visiting Charlotte. The restaurant is at the epicenter in Uptown Charlotte- which is a fun area with many restaurants. It’s got a fun trendy vibe. The service was great, the food was alright, nothing that stood out except for the shrimp jalapeño bacon taco. That was delish!

Vida has long been a favorite of mine. They have DELICIOUS vegetarian options. These tacos are loaded with flavor and a steal at only $8.99. Their quesadillas are also bomb, as well as their sweet plantains. Their service is always great, and my waiter today, Ryan, was no exception. So delicious!!

I've eaten at the main restaurant before and it was good but this time we sat in the "vida vida" portion of the restaurant and it was not nearly as good. The service took a long time and the food was lackluster. I haven't been back to the main restaurant since, which was good, but since this is technically the same place, that's why it only gets a 3 star review.

They have a decent selection of beer for a Mexican joint. I sat at the bar. The chips and salsa were on point. Veggie burrito was decent....service was fine.

Such a cute spot for lunch with the best views & outside seating at the Epicenter. Yummy frozen margaritas and the salsa should be bottled and sold - YUM! Seriously can I buy that salsa somewhere. The hostess and server were friendly and prompt. I would give 5 stars but Vida Cantina at the Epicenter doesn't validate for parking. Not even for your lunch crowd? I always tip 20% so it's not a question of that. But I would've stayed longer and left cash on the table on top of that but I had to pay for parking.
