    THEY SPIT ON THE FOOD! THEY SPIT ON THE FOOD! As the attached receipt shows, my daughter went through the 1407 East 3rd Street in Charlotte Bojangles drive through today at 2:17 pm. She asked the person in the drive through if they had the “cinnamon desserts”. The African American female snapped back with “this isn’t Taco Bell lady”. My daughter apologized and completed her order. When she completed her order, there was silence...no acknowledgement that her order was received. She asked, "Did you get all of that?", the response was "What do you think lady?" When she received her food, she received a scowl and her food practically thrown in her car window, not handed to her. When she reached in her bag to start eating her food, there was spit all over the Chicken Supremes strips. Not a little…A LOT! So much that there is no need to even consider a “benefit of the doubt”. She was disgusted, as anyone would be, but also afraid to go back and talk to the manager about it. I will make it my mission in life to find out who did this to her food and do my best to get her fired. We will see how that goes. If you read through the bad reviews for this specific Bojangles, you can see that they are nasty, confrontational people...and that includes the manager. (Take some time and read these bad reviews for yourself.) I have tried calling the manager, but the phone has been constantly busy, so it is obviously off of the hook. I have contacted Bojangles corporate headquarters and let them know the kind of people they have working for them at this Bojangles location. Let's see if any of the corporate people care.

    The lady with blue hair was helpful and gracious. I ordered two of the #12, one w/mash potatoes with brown gravy and Cole slaw. The other with fries and Cole slaw. What I received was mash potatoes w/sausage gravy and I didn't receive my fries. So I went inside told them about and they corrected it by giving me plain mash potatoes and my order of fries. However, when I reached the bottom of my friend container there was hair in it. I am disgusted, I really hope is wasn't done out of spite.

    Quick breakfast run for my children and I. The biscuits were fresh which is hard to come by sometimes. The fries were seasoned just right. The line moves fast though it was long it moved faster than normal.

    Never had a worse fast food experience and that’s saying a lot. Cold food after a 15 min wait after I had already ordered online. Workers couldn’t be bothered to help out or do literally anything other than blast music in the kitchen, be on their phones, drop stuff everywhere and laugh. Unreal.

    PULLS UP TO TGE WINDOW INSTANTLY RUSHED TO ORDER (FIRST TIME HERE) OLD LADY WITH THE BRAIDS SAYS “OMG” I SAID I CAN HERE AND SHE SAID “OKAY WELL THERE IS OTHER PEOPLE BEHIND” I SAID THAT I CANT EVEN SO GIVE ME A MOMENT AND SHE START CLAPPING HER HANDS IN THE BACK GROUND LIKE SHE MAD… manager didn’t even rectify the situation just allowed the customer to be upset… horrible service! Management and the employee need to be replaced.

    Let me start by saying that, growing up, Bojangles was one of my favorite places to eat. I always looked forward to the weekend and having their chicken and seasoned fries. Fast forward to being an adult, and this establishment is NOTHING like how I remembered. This location specifically!!! I’ve never seen a place as unorganized, full of rude employees, and completely unhygienic. Whether waiting 25+ minutes for “fresh chicken”..receiving cold and unseasoned fries..receiving nasty scowls while waiting on said food…I am just completely fed up with this restaurant. I will never go to this Bojangles again. Maybe Undercover Boss needs to come in and do a complete overhaul. I will admit, when I’ve gone here during the earlier morning times, when elderly ladies and gentlemen are working, they are pleasant, helpful, and the food is always fresh. All in all, don’t set your expectations high when coming to this location. They don’t care, so neither should you.

    Probably, the worst fast food drive thru experience I have ever had. Extremely slow service. Both times that I have went to the drive thru, the service was very slow. What is the point in calling it fast food if I am going to wait 15-30 min in the drive thru? There was one time where there were several employees who were OUTSIDE of the building not working. And it was one of the most shocking things I have ever seen when it comes to a restaurant. The most recent time I went, was when I ordered around 8pm and they said it would be a wait. I asked how long of a wait and the guy at the window just shrugs and says "I don't know." Well I pull up and 25 minutes later, I am still waiting for my food. I had to grab the attention of one of the workers who went outside for some reason and asked what was the holdup. During those 25 min of waiting it appeared as if the workers all took a break at the same time and were sitting/standing in the diner socializing. This Bojangles sucks. Come here if you are willing to wait for below average food and service.

    If I could give this place a solid 0 stars I would. The female working drive thru at 6pm on 12/27 had one of the worst attitudes I've experienced at a QSR. After waiting 10 min for her to say anything, I said "Hello?" Her response? "HELLO!!" She then goes silent for another 3 min. Mind you,, she never said a word prior to me asking for help. Then I get "Welcome to Bojangles" with a ridiculously nasty tone. I then asked "Are you ready for me to order?" She says NOTHING!! I then drive away in an attempt to not cause a scene. They should interview and hire better people than this. This girl (and the management i observed standing beside her at the window) needs to be relieved from their customer facing positions if she can't use basic customer service skills and they can't correct her behavior.

    Food: Decent enough. Wasn't bad, but nothing to brag about. (2-Steak, Egg and Cheese Biscuits, Lg Seasoned Fries and a Lg Drink... over $17. Prices are getting stupid, folks.) Service: I guess they are doing what they can with who they have, but most of the employees appeared as if they were there for a paycheck and not a job. That being said, everyone was polite yet acted as if it was a bother to be there in the first place. Long wait time on food and, if it was the correct items, no longer hot. Atmosphere: No one was being loud or obnoxious or letting everyone else in the restaurant know what their phone conversation was about. Most of the customers appeared to be in good spirits. The music was a good mix (including Christian music which I personally enjoy) with nothing being played that children couldn't (or shouldn't) listen to. Was pretty good. *Review based on this visit only. This store can be hit or miss. One day it's awesome, next day you may get your food before you retire. Good luck!

    I have eaten a number of Bojangles locations for breakfast, and this was absolutely the worst. We were the only patrons (about 9 am) and the steak biscuit was over-cooked, the biscuit was cool. These folks need a little training.

    Ordered online with Uber eats. Not even one item was correct. Uber won’t rectify the issue either. Ordered 2 chicken biscuits. 2 chicken sandwiches. 2 fries. 1 mashed potatoes and 2 teas. I got: 2 sausage biscuits. 2 small sides of rice and 2 orange juice. Sadly nobody will ever care about correcting this issue and I’ll never order again. But it’s 2023 and nobody cares.

    Came here before 8am had a Steak egg & cheese biscuit combo. Food was amazing. Fries was freshly hot with good seasoning. The biscuit was one of the best I’ve had. Definitely worth trying. Doesn’t sit well in my stomach tho but worth it (:

    I wait 16 minutes for them to put together a “grilled chicken” with NO MAYO, after waiting 6 minutes for someone to even take my order in the dining room at 2:12pm on a Thursday. THEN, I am told that “it has mayo on it. If you want one WITHOUT MAYO, IT’LL BE SIX MINUTES” (6 MORE MINUTES)!!! AND THEY CONSIDER THIS “FAST” FOOD???!!! REALLY?!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Some Bojangles locations are great and have efficient staff. THIS LOCATION IS NOT ONE OF THEM, unless this day is an anomaly. Something tells me it’s not an anomaly! UPDATE: The next day from my above review, their drive-thru is inoperable. I’m told I need to come inside instead. I get inside and there are only 2 other customers in line ahead of me, but sadly, the staff of 4 are moving at the pace of very slow turtles. There is absolutely zero hustle in these supposed “fast” food workers! Unbelievable! People just do NOT have much work ethic at all anymore! Very sad for society!

    Food was Good and Hot. I like the Manager's personality. It seemed as if she was the Big Mama that made sure all the kids did right. To the young man mopping, please go a little lighter on the soap/ cleaning supplies. I almost bust my 😢 and remember to put down a wet floor sign. But the food was good and I would eat there again

    Hands down my favorite chicken sandwich! The only issue is when I ask for a Cajun filet sandwich and they tell me they do not have them it should not be necessary to explain every single time simply substitute the biscuit for a bun. It is really simple to understand but, for whatever reason the cashier always acts like it is calculus.

    so I use this drive thru a good deal and they noticed that I was asking for mayo at the window. clerk tells me "just order the biscuit with mayo on it and we can do that for you." so I order it that way the next time. got a bone dry biscuit with the mayo packet in the bag. why tell me you'll add it to the sandwich when you won't?

    Very long wait in drive thru during any part of the day. Been there several times with long lines waited about 20 minutes a day left each time. Once you get to the drive thru, you look through the window and there's several people more than 5 just walking by standing around. Just not good customer service to make sure people are served at a reasonable rate or time.

    This is by far the worst bojangles I have ever been to. This is no exageration, there has ALWAYS been something wrong with my order. Missing items, wrong items, or the completely wrong order. The staff is rude, short, and overall difficult to work with. Unfortunately, this has been a running issue for at least 2 years, not an isolated incident.

    Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Managers can not control employees. All the young girls that work here are very disrespectful and dry talk to you like you’re their child . When I’m coming somewhere to spend my hard earned money I don’t like to be treated as such … you tell the manager about the attitude of the employee they argue with you and go back and forth being very provoking when someone is just trying to help and let them know it’s okay to smile and take orders respectfully . Will be contacting corporate and Gm .

    Lady with a Rainbow haircut pink/purple had a serious attitude. My family was actually nervous. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what. She was looking like she wanted to take us out. Fast food is becoming such a terrible industry. All the workers are mad the food be wrong or cold. I even try to crack a joke say please and thank you. They look at you like B$&@ get lost. It’s kind of sad actually.

    I wish I could give 0 stars!! I've come twice this week. The first time, service was soooooo slow I ended up leaving. The woman with braids that can barely move was working the register. She didn't know what she was doing. She kept ringing up the wrong orders, overcharged orders, kept yelling and screaming. Today (4/7/22) she was at work again but this time packing food orders. Once again, slow as ever, messing up people's orders, yelling at customers and fellow employees. Completely unprofessional. I'll never return again. How unsanitary it is to yell and scream over people's food

    The chicken breast are now so much smaller making for very little white meat but what was there tasty & hot. The cold slaw was very good. Service was nice but forgot to give me my tea, so had to go back thru drive thru line to get it. Attendee apologized for so. This is my favorite Bojangles on my side of town for quality food regularly 👌

    peoples working slow, been 20 minutes since order on the app then they told me to go inside and not even ready, she gave me the wrong order and acted like i don’t know what i paid for. So rude to customers while that their fault. Nobody got times to keep wait and wait then got the wrong order. Business owner should to really consider to your worker’s attitude before you hiring them.
