Great pizza! plus dipping ranch! I come here often; I do love their ranch. They do such a great job and quick. Mostly a late night thing, but you can order it anywhere in uptown, and they deliver. I will say, delivery could be faster, but overall, better than the fast-food like pizza joints that most people settle for. This pizza at least tastes real!

Please take my advice and do not order from Librettos Pizza. Their service is absolutely abysmal. Three weeks ago, I ordered 3 large pizzas for delivery. I ordered and paid with a credit card over the phone. Three hours later, I called to ask where my order was and they stated that they never received the order. Last night I made a horrible decision to order from them again. I ordered 2 large pizzas at 4:45pm. They told me it would arrive at my location (less than a mile away) in 45 minutes. Two hours and 4 calls later I received my order. Every time I call, everyone there sounds like they are on another planet. I seriously cannot believe this place is even in business.

Hotel restaurant was closed but at midnight Libretto’s was open and hit the spot! Cheese pizza with premium cheese; special pizza with thin sliced sausage, red peppers, green peppers, onions, pepperoni. Yum! Delivered in half the quoted time. So much better than the bland, everyday big box pizza. Return customers? Uhm yes please!

Cannot say enough about this authentic New York style pizza. This is one of the only places in Charlotte where you can get an authentic slice. Also-Candice is so nice and makes me smile every time I'm in. She is amazing and goes above and beyond for her customers!

Just stopped in here to tell them that their Open sign was Not on, They Ignored me after 10 minutes I went back in to tell them again about it, They said they have Customers... They bring the Pizza out and put it in a Unheated Glass shelf and It gets Cold, I Do Not Recommend this place !!! Cold Pizza... I called to speak to the Manager and The Manager didn't answer the phone... Geeeez

Motz sticks were alright the marinara was on point....... The pizza was epically HORRIBLE! Burnt crust, sauce was tasteless and the sausage was cheap and also disappointing. They stacked three slices atop one another so everyone was soggy and just plain disgusting.

We went here after a football game at the Bank of America stadium. The place was packed. They moved the folks through pretty fast. The pizza was fresh and they heated them up slice by slice. They provided the slices in to go boxes and we were able to take them back to our hotel. This is a good place for some late evening eating.

My daughter and I ate here before the game and it was delicious. Pizza slices were large enough that we odered two and cut them in half and we both were full. Restroom was clean and staff was friendly. We will definitely be back.

Great pizza! It's as close to New York pizza as you can get and they give you HUGE slices!! I especially enjoyed the pepperoni rolls. Last but definitely not least the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I most certainly will be going back.

Went to get pizza,pasta and calzones for me and my family and all they have is pizzas!!!!! We ordered a whole pizza anyway to give them a try and the pizza was cold. When I went to complain the cook told me he couldn’t heat it up because it already touch the table. Never offered to make a new one so we just ate it since we just traveled 8 hours and was starving. Needless to say we would not be returning on our next trip to Charlotte.

Excellent customer service…delicious pizza. We had a catered lunch for 60 and everyone told us how good the food was.

Special pizza with thinly sliced sausage, red peppers, green peppers, onions, and pepperoni; cheese pizza with quality cheese. Yum! The personnel at this restaurant is fantastic.
