We went for a family birthday dinner at 7pm on Sunday. Service was very slow. I understand staffing issues at this time and do not want this to be a negative review. Just honest. We had reservations and were seated about 15 min after, which is completely acceptable, no issues there. It took about half an hour to get the one alcohol involved drink, vodka cranberry, so not a complicated cocktail. So I feel like that was alot of time and probably would have been faster to go to the bar. Our meals took about an hour. A little over an hour for 2 out of the 4 meals as they came out separately. We ordered dessert to go since it was getting late. The cheesecake came in a decent amount of time. But the milkshake took about 20 min. Everything tasted good. The bathrooms were clean, the decor is grand and interesting. It is loud, I think due to the acoustics of a large space with high ceilings and no sound buffer or absorbtion through fabric or material of any kind. The staff was polite, but I can really only speak to the host and waiter. Wait service did leave room for improvement. But it was not bad. If you are going, just plan for a couple hours to be safe, this would not be a location I would choose prior to an event where timeliness is important.

Great experience! We had a party of 6, so it took approximately 90 minutes to get a table on a Saturday afternoon. Once we were seated, we had a wonderful server (her name was Courtney). I recommend the fried mac-cheese with the Marinara on the side. Soooo good! Pictures are attached to show what we ordered today. I preferred my hubby's Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake over the Reece's (which is saying something since Reece's is my fave 🤤). You can never go wrong with the Fresh Strawberry (the original with said topping).

Brought a friend here for the first time and we wanted the crab dip, but they were out of crab so we settled for the traditional spinach dip. It was good but didn’t come out piping hot. My friend tried the meatloaf which was delish and I had a burger which was good as well. We did order cheesecakes to go since we were too full to eat them there. Can’t go there without getting cheesecake.

I went there last week to have some 'me' time. It was Saturday afternoon and it wasn't much crowded. Food- I ordered my favourite stuffed mushrooms, hamburger from lean section which came with a side salad and ultimate red velvet cheesecake. Burger was nicely cooked but little dry for my taste but it was still good. I loved the stuffed mushrooms. Lastly, cheesecake was good but i wouldn't try it again. I believe they have better options. Pricey- $42 including 20% tip. Service - was quick, the nice lady kept on asking if I need something and timely updating on my orders. Thats why I am giving 4 stars not 3. Cleanliness- it was really clean. I didn't use washrooms, so no comment on that. There was no waiting.

Got here at 12:10. Was advised there was a 10 to 15 min. Wait. Gave cell number. Waited 25 minutes. Checked with hostess. She said our table has been ready. Never got text. Finally seated. Waited 10 minutes for server to acknowledge us. Ordered a pasta dish. Companion ordered the jambalaya. Was told not all the ingredients was available for his dish. But they were still serving it. Our table, seat and server were not clean. Expected more from the Cheesecake Factory. At 1:07pm after a long wait for a buffalo blast appetizer. Was advised. They did have it. However, now they are out of them.,was force to choose another appetizer. It’s now an hour since we arrived at this establishment. Still no food in sight. As you can see from the photos. They are not busy!! My partner was forced to get up and get a place setting. Don’t order the pretzels bites. No flavor. Ok so my pasta dish finally arrived at 1:36pm. Very dried out. What tomato sauce was on it. Was missing flavor. Seriously what happened to to quality of the cheese cake factory. At 1:45pm gave the pasta dish back to the server. It truly was inedible. At 1:52 requested the check. Nearly two hours of unpleasant lunch dinning. Spare yourself. In defense of our server she was extremely pleasant. The hostess very rude. Final bill with tip $107.00. So not worth it.

I use to love the Cheesecake Factory. Yet, lately its been very disappointing. I only came today to finish my gift card. I ordered the Sweet Potato Enchiladas to go. All they gave me was the enchiladas without the rice and beans, so i had to go back to get it. The enchiladas were dry and didn’t have the Red Chile salsa. I will not be back. The food here lately has not been good! 😒😒

My first time coming here and I loved the various cheesecakes. my favorite is lemon raspberry. My kids love the grilled cheese because they stacked them. My favorite is Korean chicken and they even have healthy options and some keto friendly items. Parking is easy and the wait isn’t long plus I could reserve ahead of time. Miss keya was my waitress she was very polite and informative of the menu. She made sure we got everything and asked if we needed anything extra. Excellent service. Place is very clean too and family friendly. She refilled our drinks and even answered the questions we had. Will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.

Decent eatery with a menu longer and more crowded than the line out the door to get in. MAKE A RESERVATION THE DAY BEFORE. Just do it. Unless you plan on stopping in, making a reservation, and shopping for a couple hours before you eat. That might work. More expensive than you expect given the menu with far more of a wait than expected. Given that it’s essentially in the South Park Mall, it’s bound to always be busy, so come armed with patience and more money than you think you’ll need. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen didn’t have two of our drinks we ordered available and the wait for food was around 30-40 minutes after we ordered, so alterations had to be made but the meal was tasty, nonetheless. Parking is awful and rarely available nearby, so either use the mall parking services or plan to get there 30 minutes prior to your reservation (at minimum).

Broccoli had more stalk. Ordered food and after 5 minutes was told they ran out. Waited 61 minutes from beginning to get food. Sweet tea is barely sweet. The table coating is chipping off and can get in food. The metal at ends of table is green spreading around it. Was not that busy. Service was mediocre. Definitely has decreased in quality.

Love this place! Ate here today for lunch. We arrived at 11:15 am & were promptly seated. Our server Terrance was awesome & the food was delicious. We ordered the Fried Cheese aka cheese sticks, lunch portion Cobb Salad (which was huge & enough to feed 2 grown adults) & the Fried Shimp with fries. Food was hot, tasty & flavorful. Ordered the salted caramel cheesecake & OMG, it was 😋!! Would highly recommend!

It was pretty much what you'd expect. This was my 1st visit. And probably my last. We had a very nice young man as a server named Anthony. I did, however, feel like he was flirting a little with our daughter. The pancakes I ordered were overdone on the outside and yet still gooey on the inside. I ate what I could and left the rest. I wasn't about to spend another 20 minutes for them to try it again. I did, however, notice that the pancakes my daughter got looked perfect. For the 3 of us to eat and 4 slices of cheesecake to go was $90 + tip. It's just not worth it for what you get, in my opinion. If you're looking for a status symbol, it's the perfect place.

The food was simply amazing. The portion sizes were huge. I could not finish all in one meal. Everything tasted delicious and fresh. Each item was well prepared and seasoned just right. We took pictures of the Veggie Burger, the Vegan Cobb Salad. We did not take pictures of the jambalaya nor the bread. We will definitely return. So many options to choose from and I haven't even mentioned that there are so many varieties of cheesecake to choose from.... The service is where they were lacking. The wait time to get our food was ridiculous. We had to inquire about the status - only to be asked - you didn't get your food yet. Because of the food; we will be back.

I came because I had a free slice of cheesecake for my birthday. I got the Thai lettuce wrap as my meal and my husband got shrimp Alfredo. The lettuce wrap was good but by the time I got it, one of the sauces had spilled all over the plate and it was the sauce I was most excited for which was a bummer. The waiter was super nice and complimented my cardigan. He was really a joy and I am sure he would have replaced it but I don't like to complain. For $19, I was a bit disappointed in the portions. It was a big plate but there was maybe half a chicken breast worth of chicken and everything else was veggies and a little noodles. My husband's Alfredo was very good but it was $29. He thought he was ordering the lunch portion and we didn't realize until the check came that he didn't so our bill was almost $70 after tip. The cheesecake we got was the celebration cheesecake and it was very good and really big. Could have served about 3-4 people with one slice unless you have a sweet tooth. Waitor even put candles in it for me ❤️ I was very impressed with the quality of the food itself just a little pricey. The bathrooms were very nice, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff was courteous from beginning to end.

The cheesecake factory with the cheesecake factory has the same atmosphere that's the most powerful. Customer service receive excellent. The food took longer. We had a large party of about 10:00. I wish they were about the food out as it was ready instead of waiting for everybody food to be done at once.

I had quite an experience here this past weekend. Everything was going absolutely wonderful, the service was great, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was lively. Near the end of my meal, I started to feel unwell, I asked my boyfriend to take me outside, and during that time, I managed to pass out. I believe it was due to my blood sugar and a panic attack combination. I was checked on by multiple people in the restaurant, and a server even helped my boyfriend catch me, and they made sure I didn't hit my head. I was pretty disoriented, so I don't know any names of the amazing people who offered help. I ended up being handed multiple orange juices and waters, so many people asked if I was okay and needed further medical assistance. I want to thank everyone who was there who checked on me (Friday 9/29). Overall, I loved my Crispy Pineapple Chicken and Shrimp, Cheeseburger Spring Rolls, and my Turtle Cheesecake. I even enjoyed the rest of my dinner the next day for lunch. 10/10 would recommend, just not the passing out part (but if you do, you're in good hands).

my boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday around 9:30 PM. We were seated with in five minutes of walking in which we were surprised thinking it was going to be a long wait. Our waiter took our order and our food came out very quick. I got the four cheese pasta which I definitely recommend. It’s a 10 out of 10 my boyfriend got the spicy vodka pasta. Both dishes were really good! our overall experience was very excellent. Our waiter was attentive and kind!

The Cheesecake Factory's ambiance lives up to its fancy reputation, with a modern and sophisticated setting. The extensive menu, however, delivers a mixed culinary experience. While the cheesecake remains a standout with its rich flavors and textures, the savory dishes vary in quality, ranging from good to mediocre. Despite the inconsistency in the food, the overall experience is enjoyable, thanks to attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere. If you're a cheesecake enthusiast, it's worth a visit, but temper your expectations for a consistently exceptional dining experience on the savory side.

Estimated wait time was 45min-1hr. After waiting a little over an hour, the two of us were seated. They refilled our bread and butter which was nice, and the cocktails took about 20 minutes to come out. They were out of certain ingredients so my drink was missing the thyme. The pasta was good and filling, but too creamy for my taste. Overall spent $100 for 2 drinks, 2 entrees, and a slice of coconut cheesecake. We were here about 2 hours, it was worth it. Wait time, ingredient availability, and no water was refilled are why I give it a star below 5.

Brunch today at Cheesecake was awesome. Our server was Ms. Taylor, she did an exceptional job, her energy and attentiveness is the reason we will visit this location in the future. Food portions were great along with presentation to our table. Overall a pleasant Sunday experience and we truly enjoyed everything. Keep up the good service.

Food was decent had the burrito which had great portions, the steak tacos... really good, and the chicken parmesan sandwich which my daughter loved. Took home leftovers ... Food was Not super great although the cheesecake is definitely worth the 10 bucks a slice and the trip. The parking deck which is free is close by so parking is easy. Our server was new and fresh out of training so I will give her a pass. I was disappointed the manager was nowhere to be seen and made no effort to check on the service we were not getting. We had quite a wait for our food, drinks and cheesecake. The ladies bathroom was also a wreck and missing toilet paper.

What can I say but it is The Cheesecake Factory. They have excellent wait staff to delicious food they never disappoint. Had a party of nine was well taken care of and the food always comes out warm and delicious. Don't get me started on the cheesecake but everyone in the party had to take a slice home with them.

I enjoyed the visit. The avocado egg rolls are a personal favorite especially if you like the avocado. The dipping sauce makes the dish. I also had the pasta napoletana which was LOADED with shrimp. For dessert I chose the fresh banana cheesecake which never fails to amaze me with how fresh the flavor is.
