    Two orders and never received either of my orders, I highly recommend staying away from this location! The driver according to the night manager states he delivered my items! If that was the case I wouldn't have called back! I hope he and whoever enjoy the items on me!

    They manager Roy it’s terrible he do not understand customer service at all, I don’t have idea how he is working on the hospitality industry. His words were literally “i just want to get rid of you” I’m trying to make you leve. Just because I told him that I forgot to add a coupon when I order online. And I politely ask if I can still apply the coupon, he insisted that that was not possible, he did not even try, I got to pizzas on my order one of the them was a special and the other one was Regular price, so o was given him ideas as what if you separate my pizzas, could you apply the coupon on the regulator price pizza, until this day he did still saying that I was trying to use 2 coupons, which is false. At that point it was not about the coupon any more. It was about how he handled the situation, and the words he use. Do not do business with him, and listen to the reviews.

    The wrong delivery address was placed, therefore, delivered to the wrong location. At that point, I called the store and spoke with the manager, Dominic, about the issue. He was understanding and able to make a new order without issues. I received the order in a timely manner! I appreciate the service!

    Doordashed instead of ordering on the website because of convenience. One of the items never showed up. Shouldn't have picked papa js over Domino's but I really wanted stuffed crust pizza. Bad mistake. Ended up eating three or four pieces and throwing up all night long. Straight up food poisoning, my stomach wouldn't let me move until every single thing was out of it. Thanks Papa John's but I think stomach purging pizzas would be better off sold to hospitals and veterinarians instead of hungry people. You took my $30 and my Saturday.

    1st told they don’t accept Canadian credit cards even though it is an international card. So we agreed to pay in cash. We waited 2.5 hours for our food. Called 5 times. Order was always 10 minutes away. I called angry and asked where my food was. Was interrupted mid speech. So I raised my voice. I was told he didn’t need to listen to me, and he hung up on me. My wife called and guess what! Our food is 10 minutes away. Worst service I have EVER seen.

    About 2 weeks ago I ordered a pizza for delivery. Waited for an hour and 20 minutes before calling the store to see what the issue was. The worker said the delivery guy is running late. I said no problem, will it be faster to just come pick it up? He said, yes, and even said "of course" he would make a new pizza because the original pizza had been sitting there for an hour or more. Get there and my pizza was not remade and was dried out and tough. I asked him if he could refund me because I paid $42 for my meal, Delivery, and tip but didn't get anything delivered or remade. He said "of course" just like he said when asked if he would make a new pizza. 2 weeks later and no refund. He was never going to help me in the first place. Just sad really. Waste of hard earned money. Avoid this place.

    Great location and only place open late to pick up some food after our grandbaby was born in the nearby hospital. Pizza was delicious and friendly staff taking our order. Sorry no pictures of the pizza we we're starving.

    If I place an order through the papa johns app for delivery I expect for a papa john’s delivery driver to deliver it NOT DOORDASH. I would’ve went through DoorDash if I wanted to wait an whole hour for my food! I ordered at 11:26 and it said it would be at my job in 32-42 minutes, which was fine because that would be my break time. I go to check the app around 12 to see if the driver was on the way and it said it would be delivered at 1:06 pm!!!! They decided to send my order to DoorDash to have it delivered and now I have to wait over an hour for my food and can’t even sit down to eat my food because by that time my lunch will be over.

    They do what they want to on your pizza. This was a make up order and they still didn’t get it right. And added ingredients that I didn’t even order on my pizza lol

    Noah and the team are excellent. They were able to deliver our 3 large pizzas double cut for my sons birthday party right on time. I appreciate their honesty and customer relations.

    Do not waste your time with this store. I placed an order online but received the wrong order. When I called back I was told they were closing soon so I would not receive the correct order. I spoke with Dominic (manager) and I was told it could be remade but they had 25 orders in front of mine, even though it was no fault of mine. I then asked for a refund and was put on hold for over 7 minutes. I hung up and called back and was continually place on hold. I finally spoke with someone and was told I could not receive a refund. I ordered over an hour ago, still waiting on my pizza.

    They are horrible from taste to following directions with your order an I’m not gonna get on the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM JORDAN… they sent me ice cold food an don’t wanna refund me not only that I ordered the meats with no sausage but I got a pepperoni with sausage. The wings wasn’t done the looked undercooked like they may have taken them out the freezer an put them in the oven for 10 minutes. I called spoke with the manager he really didn’t gaf about the complaint

    In general, listen to the bad reviews. These guys have no idea what they are doing. My order was 45 minutes late and i ordered at a reasonable hour and came via DoorDash so there’s no way to actually track your order, just have to hope it comes. I called the manager at the store and he seemed decently nice but also like he didn’t really know what was going on. It also was missing dipping sauce I ordered, and was pretty cold. Yet somehow I feel lucky since the rest was right and i did actually get my food. Just get a Red Baron pizza from HT for $4. It’s better and no headaches involved. Sheesh.

    Will charge you full price plus delivery fee. The delivery tracker estimate is no good. Orders never get delivered on time, and the staff was super unprofessional. Messed up orders normally mean on the house. Different times for customer service. That’s this post-COVID era.

    I ordered a works with extra mushrooms on my pizza the pizza got here and there was hardly any mushrooms at all on it. I decided to call and spoke with the so called manager Jordan who answered the phone and seemed very dry and unwelcoming. I explained that I got the pizza and didn’t get extra mushrooms she said well she made the pizza and that I she made it right. She was very dismissive to my concerns and after I asked what options we had to rectify the situation she told me to speak with her general manager in the morning and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and not a good look. So whom ever the general manager is that Jordan is speaking of could you contact me since your employee was unable to handle a simple customer’s issue and referred me to you with no contact information. Also in the picture I took you can clearly see there are little to no mushrooms on my pizza but I went ahead and ate it anyway with out my extras I PAID for.

    Since when in the service/fast food industry do you refuse to give a; loyal, repeat, long time, customer your name or the manager's name? I called this store to place my order at 10:15pm. After the "guy" was unable to get my order correct and made me feel like my order and money was inconveniencing him I asked for the mgr's name. He refused to give me this information. I asked is the manager there, he refused to give me that information. I asked if he; the guy speaking, was the manager to which he stated "part of". What the hell does that even mean. This is not the first time I've witnessed his rude and unpleasant atmosphere creating attitude. He has no customers service skills, is rude, and has changed the entire atmosphere of this location to a place where I will not feel comfortable ordering from any longer nor anyone else of my associates. "Sir" you make pizzas and wings. I didn't ask you to solve E=mc² or to invent a new sustainable energy machine that also time travels. I just wanted wings. Stay in your lane. My money as well as that of my associates is well spent elsewhere where it's appreciated.

    Ordered at 6:49 pm did get notification that order is delivered a whole hour later. Did not receive any order, called restaurant they told me either get refund or wait for another hour since my order will not be prioritized and they will not do anything. Person on the phone was very rude and did not try to resolve the issue at all. Will not order at this location, no predictability and no customer service. Update: Received copy paste email from customer support team. Got issues a refund for the order. That means I waisted my time selecting what I want to order, waiting for order to not being delivered, writing a feedback and Google Review. If you want to waste your time order from Uptown Papa Johns (note other locations are good, no issues with the food itself)

    Horrible manager! Roy was very rude and hung up in my face twice. I recorded the conversation and him saying I can call and report him to whoever I liked and he doesn’t care and hung up again. Never spending money with papa Johns again!
