Absolutely
horrible
stay
here.
Now
I
have
a
caveat
that
the
hotel
staff
were
nice
enough
to
refund
me
the
hotel
room,
hence
the
2
stars.
As
a
Diamond
member,
I’d
expect
better
service
to
be
provided
for
Hilton’s
members,
or
any
customer.
I
walked
in,
only
to
find
dozens
of
bugs/ladybugs
all
over
the
ceilings,
air
conditioner,
desk,
lamps.
When
asked
about
getting
a
room
swap,
they
said
they
were
booked.
When
asked
about
getting
the
room
clean,
they
said
they’d
look
into
it.
When
asked
why
this
room
wasn’t
checked
before
giving
it
to
a
customer,
there
wasn’t
any
answer.
The
consolation
was
that
I
could
book
another
hotel
room
somewhere
else
if
I
was
dissatisfied.
I
don’t
normally
write
reviews
but
the
manner
of
rectifying
this
issue
was
very
frustrating.
There’s
no
way
these
bugs
had
appeared
out
of
nowhere
after
the
room
had
been
cleaned.
1
or
2,
fine,
I
wouldn’t
have
made
a
big
deal
but
there
were
dozens.
