The room that I was placed in was amazing and had plenty of space as well as a pull out couch. I loved the fact that my room came with plenty of towels and rags with a great shower. I was so glad to be in a hotel that served free breakfast unlike my previous hotel which did not.

I booked directly from their website. I'm paying 130 for a Wednesday night. The front desk girl was obviously bored, and didn't want to be here. No greeting. There are patches to the wall done in a different color than the original color, stains on the carpet, cracked bathroom fixture and drywall seems. Yeah this isn't worth it.

Enjoyed my stay here. Check in was ok. Front desk ladies was... well they was there. They wasn't rude but wasn't welcoming either. But I was cool with that. I just didn't bother them. The gentlemen was much more talkative and approachable. Breakfast was breakfast. Nothing to brag or complain about. And same thing with the lady over there. She just stared at me and others with a don't ask me anything look. So we didn't. My room was really nice and clean. I always check my room when I stay somewhere. And I've stayed in what was supposed to be some top ratings hotels. However, I've always found many of those rooms to be less than expected. But staying here, I arrived thinking less of. But once I looked everything over, it was way way better and much cleaner than others. Thank you housekeeping. Plus, the bed was super comfortable. My only complaint is the water pressure could be better. But hey, that's not to bad. I just viewed it as a preference. So 8.5 out of 10, I recommend.

I stayed at this hotel on 10Aug2022. I had my friend with me and her kids. It was terrible. The room was dirty, rusty metal in the bathroom, hole in the door and a nasty rusty matress in the fold out sleeper. We asked for bedding and was told we don't have extra blankets as the bed was not made. Asked for sheets, none were delivered. We ended up taking bedding from our beds to make it up so the kids could sleep on it. Poor customer service, the smell of Marijuana in the halls, and an elevator with a sign that said Out Of Order, still working. The only positive, breakfast was very good but not sure I want to pay $120 for breakfast. I did take photos. One star was generous! KAT

The hotel was clean and has all the standard amenities. Decent breakfast with plenty of options. Coffee machine instead of fresh brewed is disappointing. The staff is inattentive. They are just there and typically hiding to avoid people. The guests are a mixed bag of normal people and loud mouth a-holes who walk around with their phone playing music in their pocket or just talk loud AF like a effing jailhouse. This is why I won't be back. I need to pay more to avoid these types next time I'm in Charlotte.

It’s odd that the rooms are beautifully designed and clean but there were roaches. Everything is in its place and makes sense. You can tell thought went into comfort BUT I have to give this place two stars because my room was clean but there were roaches. So much good about this place but there were roaches!!! I thought I killed this one but it’s still alive and Google reviews won’t let me upload the video I took before “killing” this one. Also the wifi is terrible. It kept dropping my connection while I was trying to work so I had to go in the office. If not for the roaches and shoddy wifi I’d stay here again

Stopped off here on our way to Ohio, so it was a little past the half way point. We unfortunately didn't arrive until around 3 a.m., but the lady at the front desk made check in quick and easy. Unfortunately they were almost completely booked so there was only parking in the back (although that was only around the corner). The room was clean and simple; what one would expect from a Comfort Inn. It was great that each room included a fridge as well as microwave (for obvious reasons, but especially for a Type 1 Diabetics who is required to refrigerate their insulin). My only complaint would be that the hot water on the sink was scolding...and I mean so hot it immediately gave me a slight burn. Potential liability right there. Otherwise, everything was great for what was paid for. I came downstairs right after breakfast had ended (ended at 10 a.m.), so that was a bit of a bummer. Checked out with a guy named Anthony who was very helpful and easy going. I had a few questions and I didn't get that typical vibe that I have gotten too many times before at some Comfort Inn locations that I was just another walking credit card or nuisance. It was especially kind when I needed a bag for some things, and he had one right there, ready for me. Overall, this is surely one of the nicer Comfort Inn's I have stayed at.

The Suites are nice clean cool and accommodating. The morning breakfast was good as well. The representative at the front desk wasn't exactly welcoming. Customer service with a coke and a smile doesn't exist here.

Very out of the way. The carpets in the rooms were absolutely filthy and we had to kill at least 2 wood roaches in the bathroom. The woman at the front desk was abhorrently rude as well. She was on her phone yelling into it the whole time and glaring and rolling her eyes at us when we had to ask her to repeat what she mumbled. Definitely not an area we felt comfortable leaving our car at overnight.

I approached the front desk to check in, the 2 ladies that were there throughout the day was friendly, the girl that worked the late shift was not very friendly at all. I must say it was a nice stay, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean with refrig, microwave, they have a nice breakfast that consists if eggs(powered),sausage patties and gravy, waffles, cereal, muffins and fruit. Overall my visit was very nice.I didn't see any roaches as someone else noticed but i killed 3 stink bugs. But what was disturbing to me was beer bottles were thrown on the grounds of the hotel and people hanging out in the parking lot and in cars drinking and smoking pot,I had to ask them to move their car so I could get into mine,I feel they need security for the grounds.

Room was nice. Laundry facilities out of order. My main issue though was the young girl running the front desk. She was consistently rude and disrespectful. Never have I been treated in such a disgusting way at a hotel. Thought this was the hospitality industry. Well not here. Spend your money elsewhere if u can. Not worth coming here to be treated like that. Hopefully management makes a needed adjustment!

Do not stay here. Beds had no sheets, asked for some they never brought. Bed had no blanket and when we asked for one we were told there were none. The pull out bed had rust on the mattress. The bathroom door had a hole in it from being kicked. The pillows are not full. The evening manager was rude and didn't move off her chair at all. Just sat there and stared. The elevator had no buttons to go down to the first two floors, just wires taped hanging out. The ONLY good thing there was the breakfast. DO NOT stay there. The expense of it is not justified. Get a tent and go camping instead. At least you will have a blanket. Or stay there and bring your own.

Very friendly hotel staff and desk staff. Bed was super comfy and clean. Breakfast was ok - coffee, waffles, fruit, toast, bagels, cereal. The problem I had was the musty smell in the room. And then worse, the smell of whatever was sprayed to try to cover it up made me a little nauseous when being in the room. Room feels damp, even with AC running. Pool deck isn't welcoming at all. Overalll I would stay again for the location, price and hotel comfort and friendly staff.

The pool was closed in June with no explanation and there were alot of cosmetic problems in our room that made it look rundown. Like the shower curtain had tears in it and the toilet paper holder was all rusty and old looking, cracks in the walls, etc. Also the ice machine on our floor was broken and the front panel was just laying on the floor in front of it .

Room was fine for this level of hotel. Room was clean and bed/linens were comfortable. Would stay here again. No complaints. Guy at front counter was friendly

Hotel staff was not friendly or attentive. We didn't have an ice bucket in our room so we called down to front desk...was told, "Look for it!" I told her we had and she said, "Well, we don't have any more down here," and she hung up. The rooms were very clean though.

Just don’t there’s other places to stay. We drove 7 hours for my daughters basketball and this place is not it. Front desk acted as if I was an inconvenience upon entering. Once we got the room key we had to take the elevator up, the doors opened and it hit you in the face! The entire hallway and then the room smelled like stale cigarettes in a “smoke free” hotel. We wanted to change rooms as I have a baby with but the place is completely booked. Then I asked for a late checkout because my daughter wanted to shower after her basketball but we weren’t allowed because “they’re full”. So I asked for 30min more because the baby was napping but again denied because they’re “booked”. House keeping can’t get to every room at once and allowing me 30min more wasn’t going to ruin their stride. 🙄 just stay somewhere else people are rude as heck here.

Stayed at this location this past Memorial Day weekend. The folks you have placed at front desk can either make or break the way guests feel walking into your facility. The woman who was working the front desk was the least welcoming, least helpful person that I have EVER dealt with at a hotel. There was no "welcome", there was no smile, no extra info, NOTHING. She got on the phone while she was getting me checked in, handed over the room keys and I had to stand there until she was finished on the phone to make sure we were even finished with our transaction. I had to go down to the front and get a new remote for our TV and she acted like that just took the life out of her to do that. While I was getting the remote, I asked her if the pool was open and she just responded with "No" and walked off. Later called down to ask why the pool was closed (On Memorial Day weekend of all weekends) and she said it was under maintenance. Later, while speaking to another guest who was also very unhappy with the treatment at the front desk, I found out that the excuse given to her (by the same front desk woman) about the pool, was that it was closed due to "Covid." So just curious- was the pool closed due to "maintenance" or because of "covid"? Anyways, long story short, this hotel needs to put a friendly person up front who can maybe at least HALFWAY pretend to be nice and happy to help guests. This woman wasn't even trying. Also, there is a racoon that eats out of the trashcan that is right at the entrance. It was kind of gross to watch but I will admit, halfway entertaining for the late night drinkers to get a kick out of ✌️

Staff always have an attitude for no reason especially if you have to bring your key down cause it stops working or even asking for utensils.. I had to catch myself a couple times (Keeping myself from cursing them out) but I’d rather not do it In front of my kids.. it’s really ridiculous.. DO BETTER! If you don’t wanna be here go home.
