Stayed
at
this
location
this
past
Memorial
Day
weekend.
The
folks
you
have
placed
at
front
desk
can
either
make
or
break
the
way
guests
feel
walking
into
your
facility.
The
woman
who
was
working
the
front
desk
was
the
least
welcoming,
least
helpful
person
that
I
have
EVER
dealt
with
at
a
hotel.
There
was
no
"welcome",
there
was
no
smile,
no
extra
info,
NOTHING.
She
got
on
the
phone
while
she
was
getting
me
checked
in,
handed
over
the
room
keys
and
I
had
to
stand
there
until
she
was
finished
on
the
phone
to
make
sure
we
were
even
finished
with
our
transaction.
I
had
to
go
down
to
the
front
and
get
a
new
remote
for
our
TV
and
she
acted
like
that
just
took
the
life
out
of
her
to
do
that.
While
I
was
getting
the
remote,
I
asked
her
if
the
pool
was
open
and
she
just
responded
with
"No"
and
walked
off.
Later
called
down
to
ask
why
the
pool
was
closed
(On
Memorial
Day
weekend
of
all
weekends)
and
she
said
it
was
under
maintenance.
Later,
while
speaking
to
another
guest
who
was
also
very
unhappy
with
the
treatment
at
the
front
desk,
I
found
out
that
the
excuse
given
to
her
(by
the
same
front
desk
woman)
about
the
pool,
was
that
it
was
closed
due
to
"Covid."
So
just
curious-
was
the
pool
closed
due
to
"maintenance"
or
because
of
"covid"?
Anyways,
long
story
short,
this
hotel
needs
to
put
a
friendly
person
up
front
who
can
maybe
at
least
HALFWAY
pretend
to
be
nice
and
happy
to
help
guests.This
woman
wasn't
even
trying.
Also,
there
is
a
racoon
that
eats
out
of
the
trashcan
that
is
right
at
the
entrance.
It
was
kind
of
gross
to
watch
but
I
will
admit,
halfway
entertaining
for
the
late
night
drinkers
to
get
a
kick
out
of
✌️
