I
stayed
here
for
five
nights
on
a
business
trip.
It’s
hard
for
me
to
say
that
I
enjoyed
the
stay
at
all.
1.
Sink
was
clogged
and
it
took
me
two
days
to
follow
up
with
the
house
keeping
staff,
front
desk
to
eventually
fix
it.
-
they
most
likely
just
poured
in
some
Drano.
The
desk
was
dusty,
so
is
the
carpet.
2.
It’s
interesting
that
the
housekeeping
staff
would
not
replace
used
wine
glasses
in
my
room.
I’ve
been
washing
them
myself.
3.
I
was
blocked
entrance
to
the
elevator
to
the
hotel
lobby
when
I
parked
at
the
hotel
garage.
I
had
to
be
escorted
upstairs
and
was
told
the
next
time
the
elevator
would
open
up.
And
it
didn’t.
I
had
to
have
staff
open
the
door
to
the
garage
entrance
in
order
to
get
to
my
car.
4.
I
left
my
tennis
shoes
at
the
hotel
room
and
texted
the
front
desk
staff.
They
said
they
were
able
to
find
my
shoes
but
I
had
to
fill
out
a
form.
After
filling
out
the
form,
I
was
told
that
house
keeping
staff
couldn’t
locate
my
shoes!
This
hotel
has
a
major
management
problem.
Things
are
not
follow
through.
Staff
were
not
properly
communicated
with
the
changes.
Not
much
structure.
It’s
frustrating
to
say
the
least.
Now
I
would
like
to
have
my
item
shipped
back
to
me.
Followed
up
several
times
to
no
avail.
I
guess
once
you
have
left,
it’s
not
their
problem.
