Ordered a 10 piece got 9 then there was a mountain of grease on chicken and on bottom of bucket … had to wait 20 minutes for them to get my order right and it was still wrong 😑 customer service was aweful worst KFC I have ever been to

My meal was extremely nasty and I wil not eat here again. I had a 3p dinner with corn. The chicken was doughy the corn was hard and cold. I returned my full meal for a refund. KFC on freedom drive have to do better!!!!!!!!

Great KFC Freedom DR. Staff is very nice, ensures your order is right, clean restaurant, drive through, walk in or mobile app orders. Managers are active so as to make sure customers have a great experience. We dine here 2-3 times a week. This is the one in Charlotte NC. Now I'm not from around there. But that was the worse customer service experience ever pulled in to the drive thru and they had at least a good 10 employees worming but they were only taking 1 customer at a time meaning they wouldn't take tour order till the person in front of you was gone and had there food and left. Second when I went to order there speaker was muffled and I thought she said can I take your order. And I started to tell her my order and she flipped out on me telling me to hold on then when I went to place my order she didn't even listen I asked for the 3 piece big box with just thighs she didn't even ask if I wanted original or crispy I had to tell her. And I was supposed to get 2 sides I only got 1 and I didn't get all thighs I actually got 1 leg 1 wing 1 breast not what I wanted and then the chicken was burnt on top of that like the chicken was actually black. Worse kfc experience of my life

Arthur and Ocho gave us the best service we have ever had from a KFC. They were attentive and sensational with their enthusiasm and service we came as stranger and left as friends. Never have we ever seen a 99% sanitation score!!!

I order food it was black and my girlfriend is pregnant we waited for a hour to wait for them to bring us some more chicken and they told us they can't cook know more after they told us they was going to bring more chicken out... And my order was 27.04

Went and asked for a FRESH SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO AND A 8 PIECE NUGGET THEN WHEN I arrived at window they had a gentlemen asking for change so I ordered a chicken box and drink for him Got my order and thought I was about to eat a fresh chicken sandwich and I knew it felt light but I bit into it and a piece of my meat was hanging AFTER MY ACTUAL BITE I CAN'T MAKE THIS UP They made me a chicken sandwich with 2 SMALL PIECES of tenders

I was physically attacked at the KFC in Charlotte North Carolina on freedom drive. If you're experience was terrifying, I agree. It was the worst life experience for me. The employees should all be fired at that location on that particular shift. I was physically attacked inside and out of the establishment by a group of employees on morning shift. The manager was the ringleader.

The young man that took my order was so respectful, I meant to get his name but I didn't. And he told me to have a good night and said thank you and please and all the above and that's something you don't get at the Kentucky fried Chicken on freedom drive. But this young man was so professional I love him. And I hope I get him again.

I just left kfc on freedom drive in Charlotte NC I ordered a 2 piece thighs only original with mash potatoes and gravy and a fruit punch. The lady taking the order said you mean chicken? What else do they serve ok lol so when I get my box I got a leg a thigh and biscuit and mash potatoes and gravy. No fruit punch cause all they had was water and tea. This is the third time I did not get what I ordered and also no napkin or fork to eat my potatoes with. So when i ask that it be corrected the manager has an attitude and the world knows you never complain and give your food back... ppl are nasty. I give them one star( do better ) ppl eat somewhere else they can't seem to get right at this kfc The teams nasty attitude and sarcastic remarks (which made her show her iq was on empty) will make you never want to eat there ever again. Take that 20 - 30 dollars and get good service with happy ppl at Bossy Beulah located on freedom drive great chicken, salads and wonderful staff all the time.

Over priced. Chicken 🐔 under cooked. The biscuits were hard. For $30 I am VERY disappointed. I Will NEVER buy/eat KFC again!!!

This KFC is awful I wouldn't recommend coming to this place. It use to be great back in the day when they didn't hire a bunch of young adults who just don't care and take no pride in the work.

I ordered 12 pieces of grilled chicken, it tuck 40 minutes and it still wasn’t done. Ten different people came in and ordered their food and left and I was still waiting. They need to do better!!😠

I was able to get my potpie! They only had one left so my partner has to go without, but the cashier was friendly, service was fast and food was hot.

I have ordered chicken from this place for years. lately service is horrible. I order through Uber eats. I get half my order. order two buckets, only get one. today tops that at an entire new level. I order 1 8 piece bucket. it gets delivered, only 4 pieces in it. bag is sealed so it's not like it was stolen by the driver. they literally only put 4 pieces of chicken in in an 8 piece bucket and sent it to me.

Female employees at drive thru are pretty nice, food doesn't always seem hot and fresh especially around closing time, I understand the staff is ready to leave but if the restaurant is still open hours that's something to think about which is why I'm giving food 4 stars, it's usually warm.

Chicken tenders were cold,stale, and dry. Was so hard I almost lost a tooth and a filling! Fountain drink was flat. Fries were ok. But..Wow. "Stop it I say",. We're is the finger licking good chicken we all know have gone to.,?🤷

AWFUL 😞. Nothing good to say. Wait times for food (visible) in increments of half hour/hour. Ridiculous. Front counter staffer took a 20+minute bathroom break while people waited on chicken they could see. Staffer was combative on return and declined to tell customers how much longer and walks away. A young man, who'd waited an hour asked for a refund and was rudely told he'd have to wait. Atmosphere felt like something you'd see on a viral video. Customers way more pleasant and patient than staff. Leadership presence was non-existent. Love KFC. Anywhere but here. Ownership has to be losing money on the weekends with this crew.

Took way too long to get our order. It was ridiculous. I go out side & this young lady was sitting in here car smoking weed that was so strong that when she got out her blue car where that smell came & met us at our car. She was smoking weed on her brake. I said if I was her mgr I would've sent her home. This is so disrespectful to the company & customers.

Went for. 2 piece snack was told they didn’t sell em until someone else said they did. She proceeded to overcharge me for another meal then tells me after my food came they didn’t have white meat.. I asked for dark. Order still was wrong and they gave me a attitude cause order was wrong like it’s my fault.The service definitely represents the area

They had no wings and the cashier act like her name was KFC, didn't want to give ppl their cups for their drinks. The food was not all that great and the reason why I give them a three because the frys was hot. It's so hard to get good food now of days 😩 😫 😪

They were awesome I had asked for grilled chicken and they told me it would be just a few mins and when I got it,actually all my food it was hot,fresh and couldn't make the drive home without taking some bites of it! I will be honest I haven't ate kfc in years,but when I finally decided to try it out,this certain location has always been on point, hot n fresh everytime! I have a whole new love for KFC 🍗 now! Yummy, especially if you get there early around noon. Chicken, fries and biscuits were all fresh! Even the drive thru clerk was at the top of his game, he got the order right, and he had manners!
