I just love the meatballs, Greek salad, and the strawberry layer cake! Oh so good. Be sure to get the family card for random discounts and free coffee or tea with your meal. Food has a discount today for some reason so all the food you see in the images was $24.76 with tax!

We ordered the meatballs and the vegetarian meatballs and they were both delicious. I wish the broccoli had been cooked a little more, but other than that it was really good.

ughhhh I miss Ikea food! I used to live in the place where I could access to ikea in 15 minutes, so I was a regular to their restaurant. Now, the closest Ikea is 2.5 hours drive away from me.... luckily I came to Charlotte yesterday for an event, so I decided to stop by here before we are headed back! You can never go wrong with their meatballs. They now even have veggie meatballs and my vegetarian boyfriend was happy with his meal too. 😁

Three of us ordered the Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes and broccolini. The other one ordered the vegan balls with curry sauce and vegetables. Everyone agreed that their meal was delicious. The cafeteria was also clean and the service was excellent. Our plates looked exactly like the pictures. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy the cheaper type food and the view is not too bad. Vegetarian options like lentil meatballs and if they are not out of stock like they always seem to be downstairs you can get good cinnamon rolls and veggie sausages in a hot dog buns with relish.

Their fountain machine is down during my visit and coffee wasn't hot either. For some reason, food wasn't tht good either on this specific day of visit.

The food quality has gone down over the past few years!

Really cool place to eat with some neat seating areas. Our family makes shopping at IKEA an all day event. Show up in the morning, walk around the displays for a couple hours, stop and get some Swedish Meatballs, then shop some more. Gets pretty busy at times so sometimes it’s hard to find a place to sit on a busy Saturday or Sunday, but not too too bad. They have a pretty good selection for anyone with both American and Swedish options. They also have cool non-typical sodas you can try out. All together we had a great experience.

The food is really good and I love they have vegetarian options..and the vegetarian food is well seasoned and so good . It’s hard to find well seasoned good vegetarian food and I love their plant balls with mashed potatoes.

Shopping trips to IKEA must include a stop to grab a meal of Swedish meatballs with lingonberries. This isn’t gourmet food but it is rather like comfort food. Served old style cafeteria They have something fir everyone, salads and grilled chicken offerings. Great place to eat with kids the cafeteria is large and very open. Very easy to navigate a stroller. Take the elevator upstairs and grab some food!

We were there at lunch. Waited in line for 20 minutes before getting to the counter. They had 3 cashiers on who were in chef coats just waiting for customers. Interesting that they did not have a sense of urgency or went back to help the staff serving. Food was basic which you expect for the price point. No love for the food or customer service. Had to check cups, plates, and silverware. There were many items that were still dirty. If you are looking for a true cafeteria experience, then this is your place. Cashier was more interested in what was on her phone than actually cashing us out. Soda fountain was out of service, and it was quite dirty. Probably would not go back.

This pic is all $22!! These prices are so attractive and the quality of food is great! Feels like good healthy home food. Wish we live right next to it — highly recommend to visit IKEA food court.

This place is awesome! Love the food, love the service. We come to IKEA just to eat sometimes. The only complaint is I wish the drink machine worked most of the time. Last few years it's been hit or miss whether you're able to get soda from the fountain.

In short; It’s not worth the money, In long; This restaurant isn’t worth it. Go to the store and buy frozen meatballs and make your own mashed potatoes; it’ll save lots of time and money. There wasn’t any hand sanitizer (Even though they emphasize that they care about COVID) and the fountain drinks tasted bad. They even took away the refills. The play center was closed, again due to COVID. It feels like they forged the 100% clean certificate, (or paid for it) because of the lack of hand sanitizer and napkins. The 5 bites you get for a “meal” are alright, and the atmosphere feels like a busy and cozy restaurant, so that’s the only reasons why they even get 2 stars. Overall: DO NOT GO HERE.

Actually ate in the restaurant. They were missing some stuff like soda fountain, but the meatballs were fantastic. Everyone working there was attentive and give great instructions.
