I've only eaten here a few times, due to the long line and wait times during peak lunch hours. This location has a rather awkward footprint, so I always get my food "to go". I've never had a problem until last week when I got back to my office to discover I had been given the wrong sandwich. I immediately called and the manager couldn't have been more apologetic. She promised to refund my debit card and to still give me the correct sandwich if I had time to come back for it (which I didn't). However, I'm disappointed to say I never received the refund which leaves me feeling leary of future service.

Had an very unpleasant experience 2 days ago with the Manager. I work uptown and visit this location at least twice a week which means I spend a good amount of my lunch money at this location. The manager charged extra for each pump of strawberry syrup he put in my tea and over charged me for two when I only got one. Charged for extra dressing for the salad which you only get one. Also charged for chips with the tortilla soap. I use my app on every visit and never receive any coupons as well. The food a good but customer service isn't.

I love McAlister's, but this location is mediocre at best. They are only open for a short time, which is fine but they never have enough staff. Wait times are extremely long- we have eaten there a few times and they always mess up or forget something. Sandwiches are often missing meats, veggies, cheese, and sauces. Mac and cheese has been burnt both times we ordered. Not a fan of this location

I use to be a huge fan of this place until recently 1/27/2020 after I received my food. Not only was the French Dip meat super chewy it was also very thick. I couldn’t enjoy it or finish it. The so called manager doesn’t even respect people enough to give eye contact or look at them when he’s talking. I spent $10 on food I threw away and I won’t be returning.

I was so so disappointed in my salad today. I got the harvest chicken. The dressing I got was so thick it was slimy, like it had way too much cornstarch in it. The tomatoes had a bad taste. I'm just let down for what I ordered versus what I recieved. I've never had an issue with McAllisters before. The staff was friendly and online ordering was easy.

I normally eat here several times out the week because it's closer to my job. I order the McAlister club with no ham. But I be noticing that I don't get a meat replacement for not ordering the ham on my sandwich. I get less turkey. I finally asked the staff if they give more turkey if someone doesn't want the ham on the sandwich and he said no. That would be concerned a substitute. I said that is actually a rip off because I'm not getting 2 meats. I should get double turkey. Because McAlister doesn't offer just a turkey sandwich. I am so glad I finally asked this question because I will go to Jason's Deli or panera bread from here on out. They definitely offer a turkey sandwich.

Great customer service! After my lunch order for 20ppl, was abruptly and unexplainable cancelled by DoorDash (claiming it was cancelled by the vendor when that was not the case) at 11am when my order was to be delivered around 12pm - 12:30pm, I called and spoke with Kristyn, who had not received the DoorDash order, but immediately offered to help. I was able to send her my order via email, and they had everything ready and labled (above and beyond) for me to pick up and feed 20 hungry folks. Thank you so much!!!

Even tho I was there less then 10minz the service was great I was greated politely and the service was very fast. 1 day in the future ill actually sit and eat instead of just picking up.👌

You really need to tell people who order for delivery that your sandwiches come with a pickle on the side. I'm allergic and I couldn't eat my lunch because it had a pickle on the side and the sandwich was contaminated with pickle juice. Gross.

Order that cost $130 after the tip, taxes and delivery was added. We were missing parts of our order including the sour cream for the potatoes and the dressing for the salad. One of the potatoes, the box was crushed so much that part of the potato was on the lid. None of our drinks were delivered and the manager said we could come get it! Well if I wasn’t busy with MY job then I could come do yours! So no I’m not coming to get it!

Thanks for the rotten lettuce in my wrap. Way to slip that in on the catering order. Hope you go out business so I don’t have to see your food anymore.

Absolutely fantastic food! Fair pricing and easy to use online ordering. This is a great place for a quick lunch meal. We got croissant sandwiches with the lightest and fluffyist croissants I have ever had. Highly recommend if you're in the area

This is located in BOA Plaza. The only negative of my visit was the micro size seating area. I had to eat outside. Which wasn't the worst thing as it wasn't as hot this day. Got the King Club with potato salad. I was impressed with the salad. Im usually a potato salad snob, opting to eat my own or family recipes. This salad was good. I'll actually get it again. The King Club was good but they didn't add extra mayo like I asked and I didn't taste any honey mustard. Additionally the sandwiched looked neat but was poorly constructed. If you offer a King Club and ask us to pay, load it correctly. I had half a sandwich of bread. The meat and cheese wasn't spread out evenly. Which in turn made eating this a pain. It was good but I won't it again based off these issues. The giant cookie is phenomenal. The Brookie was equally delicious. Im so so on the tea. Next time I'll get without ice. The tea is never sweet enough. But a few packs of sugar helps. Overall I enjoyed my meal. Sloppy sandwich and all. Been a customer for years. But learned thru trial and error some McAlisters aren't good. Which could be the case for many chains. This one is good and I'll be back soon!

Placed an order for 16 meals. When delivered the order was missing 7 items. When I called McAlister's I was told that they gave those items to the delivery driver and there was nothing they could do. I called twice and spoke to the same woman and got the same response. I was then informed that they were busy and that she would have her manager call me, but before I could give her my phone number, she hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Order was placed through McAlister's website. Waiting to see if I get a call back and compensation for missing items. UPDATE: I never received a call back or a refund. Would highly recommend not using this restaurant.
