They fired the girl who made the wood-fired pizzas, and I am so disappointed! Her attitude wasn't always the best, but her pizzas were delicious. The person who's doing it now does a terrible job; the marinara sauce has changed and is WAY too garlicky, the cheese on my pizza wasn't melted AT ALL, and half of the crust was burnt to a crisp, while the other half was soggy and the toppings kept falling off. With so few options to choose from on a daily basis for those of us who work in the building, why on earth would you mess with the most popular station in the cafeteria? Used to be a raving fan of the pizzas here, but I guess I'll be sticking with wraps from now on.

The curried tofu at the sauté station with brown rice and grilled pita bread used to be my favorite but the last couple of times I went to Bytes they were not serving that. One time they were serving a kind of pho soup which was too salty to enjoy and was served in non-recyclable plastic tubs. The other time it was some kind of stir fry which was very disappointing. The vegetables were not cut up into bite size pieces which made eating with plastic cutlery messy and annoying. There was no brown rice, only white. And there was no pita bread served with it, only a rubbery-looking fried egg. On top of all that, it was not stir-fried long enough and was cold by the time I got it to the table. The salad bar is very basic and boring. The veggie burger at the grill station takes too long to make. The hot bar has no vegetarian protein.

This place is convenient but it's so expensive and not worth the money for what you're getting. I usually only ever had breakfast here, because it was like $12 for a lunch menu item. I'd just go to the CFA express if I forgot my lunch, and even with that overpriced place, it was still a better deal than here. Sadly there are almost no restaurants in this area (can't blame them), especially nothing quick and inexpensive, so your choices are really limited. If I'm spending Bytes money might as well walk down to Little Village or Cedar Street and actually get some good food.

I miss the girl that used to make the pizzas. She was awesome! Her attitude was bad, but she did her job extremely well! I just bought a pizza like i do on Wednesdays, and looking at the station, it was messy. The mozzarella cheese had some pesto, the green sauce, splatters in it as well as some marinara sauce. My pizza was not cooked all the way. I got my pizza it looked fine, but once I start eating it i can tell the dough is not cooked all the way. It was not crispy; it was like a pancake that wasn't cooked all the way through so you could taste the batter. The edges of the pizza say it's done when in reality it should have stayed in the oven for a few more minutes.

Place was very busy but got seated after 15 minutes, the staff were very friendly and received good service. The food was also pretty good and free lollipops at the desk 👍🏼

I went in as a Temp worker. While there I can say the atmosphere, and staff management/leadership was a pleasure to work with. I would love the opportunity to work with the Cafe again, as well as encourage anyone whom has a chance to do so to go for it. Awesome place, awesome people, awesome team....

The cafe is always super clean. The staff are very helpful. There’s always options on what to eat for breakfast and lunch. The crispy chicken wrap is my favorite. Personally I’m grateful for a cafe in the building. Limits having to walk or order from more expensive options. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your kindness and punctuality with ensuring we are well fed and assisted at BofA. PS pricing is extremely fair.

Very convenient and you can get your food on the go they also have a great selection of food and it tastes pretty good. Nice customer service and very efficient way to grab a byte (wink wink), I would definitely recommend.

My go to for when I forget to pack. Cheap and great pizza! The waits are a little long, but employees are friendly and make sure you are satisfied.

The salad bar is 5 star, everything else is just ok. Easy to do self checkout.
