I actually don’t like leaving bad reviews because I know how it can affect a business. My purpose for leaving this is in the hopes that they work towards improvements. My family and I have been coming here for many years but the last 3 recent visits I’ve noticed that the service has gone down. The employees do not have welcoming smiles as they use to. My server had an attitude, my food order was incorrect. I ordered before the movie started and my food didn’t come until halfway into the movie which was about an hour. I had to keep asking when it would arrive which disturbed others. Also I asked to speak to the manager but she really didn’t care either. Please make this a better environment so I can continue coming. I will be back to see if things have changed.

Madison was our server She was very nice and gave us good service. The atmosphere was nice and chill The price for the movie 🎦 was like 11 bucks for adults. We went around 10ish at night. The theater was a bit chilly to me so wear a jacket. It was warmer upon entry downstairs The seats were ok comfortable. I like to sit up straight but it leans you back. Seats were soft. Food was very good Fresh and tasty I had the coconut shrimp 🦐 and chicken The sauce that come with it was very hot 🔥. You can get alcoholic beverages here Overall nice place for a good time out

We always enjoy a good movie, but when there is dinner and drinks involved the experience is even better. We have been here 3 times now and the food is always good. The bar tender in the lobby before you see your movie was friendly and attentive. Our waitress was very nice, but some of the other staff look like they hate their job. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. It's a nice casual date night and if you are still wanting something else to do when you leave after your movie, the Epicentre has plenty to offer!

The seats were comfortable, it wasn't too cold or too hot... although the food... I ordered burger sliders and a salad. The chicken in my salad was so salty that I could barely eat it and My burgers were burnt and I never did get my water...My sisters order was also completely incorrect. My friend ordered a drink and waited 20min, was delivered two drinks when we finally asked for it again and she told them she didn't order two..they said "Don't worry about it, it's yours.", and then was charged for three drinks. Food aside, the staff CONTINUED to interrupt the movie, not just checking on us but trying to get us to pay out early (45min left in movie) and during the middle of the biggest scene of the movie. Completely inappropriate when we had so much time left and were not calling for them. I understand the desire to be quick on the turnover of the theater but when your customer is clearly on the edge of their seat, during the climax of the movie, don't continue to bother them..especially when one of them didn't order anything and had no check and you kept bothering them for a credit card. Some staff were polite, movie quality and sound was good at least. Bathroom was clean.

I see that many folks had a disappointing experience. Their website suggests that you get there 20 minutes in advance. Which we did and placed our order. Our food arrived before the start of the movie. The food was good. My hamburger was on point... No issues whatsoever.

Bathroom are nice but NEEDED ATTENTION BADLY!! This place is very nice. Theater and seating are nice. Front desk Staff was friendly. Here to see Daddy’s Home 2. Order Food coconut chicken tenders $12 with fries were really good. Serves wine, beer and mixed drinks!! A must come. Suggestion: check all bathrooms 15-30mins walk throughs. Small lamp for seats while eating food. I really didn’t like eating in the dark. Reclining seats would be a great addition. They have them all Regal cinemas.

I love the energy of my beautiful Uptown Queen City (particularly in the EpiCentre) and the quiet contrast Studio Movie Grill provides right in the middle of the action. This movie palace is sleek yet dimly-lit and cozy. Urban, funky, and refined though she is, she is also starting to show a little bit of age. More than a little dust collects in places up high. I hope the owners will do a good deep clean sometime soon, and consider installing more comfortable (and competitive) reclining seats like the ones in Northlake Mall or out on Monroe Road. Tuesdays are currently $5 movie days. I enjoyed the new Downton Abbey film with four other folks with similar good taste. The theater even threw in free popcorn as an unexpected treat! The food is upscale bar food, served in such a way as to be enjoyable while watching the film. My mac and cheese with beef brisket was a little on the dry side, not cheesy enough, and lacking in salt and pepper. I understand the slightly higher price point, given the surroundings, but a little higher quality ingredients and flavor in the offerings would be great. The service, however, is splendid. and the EXPERIENCE of enjoying dinner and a movie here is quite grand. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly love their jobs. Insider tip: Park in the epicenter garage and have your ticket validated at the front desk for free when you purchase your movie tickets. Studio Movie Grill also gives back to the community, and that's another reason to bring your business here. This place is a jewel in the Queen City's crown. (One that needs just a little bit of polishing.)

If it’s a popular movie you’re going to see be sure to buy tickets online EARLY!! Went to see Captain Marvel and it was jammed packed!! Place your orders ASAP so u don’t have to wait a long time for your order. The food was ok the mixed drinks was good. They also valet parking!

My husband and I went with some friends to see Christmas Vacation and had a great experience. Between us all, we ordered potato skins, chicken nachos, and chicken tenders tossed in buffalo sauce. The food was good and came out in a timely manner. The only tiny issue we had was having to wait about 30 minutes and ask about the bar drinks that were ordered, but they promptly came out after asking. The staff was friendly and attentive.

A movie theater where you can dine while watching a movie. Menu is a bit pricey, but they have some combo deals in place for shareable menu items. Makes for a great date nite or just visiting uptown.

Cool theater. Seemed like it needed to be cleaned better if you are going to serve food. The service was just okay. The brought our desert with our appetizer and it took 20-30 min to receive our main course which caused our dessert to get cold/melt. My burger was dry, I asked for ketchup 3x before it was actually brought to me. The food overall (aside from the dry burger) was really good. The seats have small trays which was difficult to fit all the food on. They have $5 movies on Tuesdays which is a great deal and a 2 person dinner (1 appetizer and 2 main courses) for $28. The seats do not recline as best as I could tell. Make sure to park in the Epicenter lot as they will validate parking but only in that lot. My experience was ok.
