This place is so worth it. It is a wee bit pricey. It was $9+ for a 16oz latte with an extra shot and a muffin. That being said..my caramel latte was so dang good, I would GLADLY pay more if they offered a bigger size. I'd pay $10 for a dunkin sized latte from yall! The muffin was warm and delicious and the girl at the window was so sweet. Lovely spot.

Wow, the ratings don't mislead. The staff was extremely friendly. I parked the car and walked up to the window and the gentleman inside told me all about their roasts and roasters. We also talked a bit about the coffee scene in general. The house blend was delicious, the baked goods fantastic. What an awesome establishment!

A trusted source told us that Cuplux has the best chai latte in Charlotte. Since I don't like coffee and I love chai lattes, I obviously had to try it. The drive thru is super convenient. It's nice to not have to get out of your car when it's cold outside. They were incredibly friendly! I know it's a drive thru, but their service was great. Our drinks were ready quickly. They offered for us to sign up for the rewards program and when we did, they gave us an awesome air freshener for the car. We got a hot chai latte and a hot matcha latte. I have to agree that it was the best chai latte I've had in Charlotte. It wasn't too sweet and the chai flavor really came through. I wasn't a huge fan of the matcha latte. To be fair, I've never had one before, so I don't think I like matcha in general. It was too earthy for what I'm looking for in a warm tea beverage. I've heard great things about the coffee as well. I'll definitely be back next time I want a chai latte! I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Me and my sister went for the first time. She got the eggnog latte and said it was better than Starbucks eggnog latte! I got the peppermint mocha and it was delicious as well! The menu is limited but coffee is delicious and if we lived a little closer we would definitely be back.

Should really consider a covered area for customers ordering. I tend to go to the drive thru when it’s raining, but bc it isn’t covered I usually end up drenched as I try to yell over the rain into the speaker. The baristas aren’t super considerate and often give me the wrong drink. Ex: why does my lavender latte have cinnamon on top? I certainly didn’t ask for that.

Coffee is great and the people working are always nice and efficient. Come here every week and the coffee is always good. Highly recommend!

Great drive-thru place to get coffee on the go!! I had a White chocolate mocha and blueberry muffin. Both were delicious! I also liked their iced vanilla latte. Baristas were friendly and provided good service. I should mention that it was a bit pricey than other places.

No nonsense, drive thru only. Delicious honey lavender oat milk latte with a cranberry lemon custard muffin - and at an affordable price. A hidden gem.

Only my second time coming here but I love the Caramel latte and bakery choices. May be a little pricey but the quality of the coffee, food and service makes it worth it.

Me and my boyfriend got an iced caramel latte and it’s one of the best lattes I’ve had hands down. The coffee has a slight roast after taste (which is nice) the sweetness and creaminess balance it out. I also got a buttered croissant which I inhaled. I didn’t catch her name but the girl at the window was so nice. Overall enjoyed my experience.

What a cute drive through coffee house. The property was nicely decorated. The signage was clean & clear. The attendant had a pleasant tone at the speaker. The blueberry muffin warmed is a must 😋. I forgot what drink I had but I had it with almond milk it was delicious to. I even purchased a sticker. I forgot to put it on my cup I was so busy turning it up, Lol

I literally come here everyday to get my white chocolate mocha and butter croissant. The Baristas are wonderful and the service impeccable. And of course my Latte is delicious! I love this place!!!

Honestly surprised to see this has 4.8 stars. My cold brew tastes like dirt and the bagel is gross. I might come try something different next time but I am disappointed in my first visit

I love CupLux! I’m not usually in the area, but whenever I am, I have to stop by. It’s easy to drive thru and order some delicious coffee. They offer different special lattes and drinks that change seasonally. I had The Crazy Ex today which was a caramel and cayenne latte - yummy! Everything I have had is wonderful, so I couldn’t recommend this place more (especially if you like lattes, flavored coffee drinks, and good food/drinks to-go).

I wish I could give this place more stars, this is honestly the best coffee around! Worth every last penny! Not to mention their baked goods… DELICIOUS!

The pumpkin spice latte is the best I've ever had. Not overly sweet like other coffee places, and it tastes like actual pumpkin with spices! No surprise when I read that they make their own sauce for it. Today I decided to try the peppermint mocha (tis the season after all), and I was not disappointed. Again, not overly sweet, and the peppermint and mocha taste homemade. Because it's a little different from other coffee places with peppermint syrups, it took me a moment to adjust to the real flavor. The line usually moves pretty quickly, and their checkout is quite convenient. Definitely a treat all around!

I have been trying to find a good coffee place in Charlotte for a while now and haven't succeeded yet... I had high hopes for this place, but it's just a decent cup of coffee, not more unfortunately. However, the staff is polite and nice and being the drive through is very convenient when you are on the go.

The carmel latte with oat milk is to DIE for. By far my favorite coffee spot in Charlotte! Can you sell a 32 oz. size? 😂

I came to cuplux for the first time this morning and was so happy with both my coffee and the sweet girl working at the window. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk which was delicious! I had my pit bull in the car with me and they had little milk bones for customers dogs! Both my dog and I would highly recommend and we will be back. :)

Cuplux has the BEST Pumpkin Spice Latte in Charlotte! I just ordered one this morning and they never disappoint! Keep up the good work!

The coffee is good, but the last time I went, I saw the barista feed the dog in the car before me a doggie treat, and then proceeded to make my drink without washing her hands. Utterly disgusting to think she was going to hand me my coffee after putting her hands down in that dog's mouth. I gagged all the way home. I hate it because I enjoyed the coffee, but I'll never ever go back.
