My husband has fond memories of South Park Mall as he frequented the mall growing up. I liked that the mall is clean and the architecture allowed natural light into the mall from the roof. The food court is a little small, but overall a pleasant place for fine shopping.

First mall that I have been to that half the stores are not closed or going out of business. The mall was packed with shoppers in the middle of the day during the week. Something not seen in many cities. Everyone was super friendly in every store we visited. The food court was also very clean.

We always love visiting this area of the city. It’s so clean and overflowing with culture. Parking is plentiful and we never have any issues that plague so many other areas in Charlotte.

Loved it, the mall was more than I was expecting. The food court was a bit small for the size of the mall but had a good amount of places to eat. The mall itself was an adventure to go around. Will come back to finish my shopping experience. Alot of high end stores you won't easily find around. There is plenty of parking space available around the mall.

Great Mall! 1st time visitor. I had a lot of fun shopping! Plenty of opened stores and kiosks! Beside shopping, the food court had really good options. I bought some Cutco connect with Matt. Clean for it to be holiday season. Can’t wait to go back

As much as I love the mall I had a Horrible experience with the owner of Posh&prom. She is so Unpleasant, unprofessional, rude to your clients and bad business over all. Will never recommend anyone to her overprice cheap quality store! We had to wait for her to open about am hour with a 10 minute sign on her open/ unlocked door. Once we saw someone in the back we pulled the door to ask but she yelled from the back to read the sign. We left came back and the sign was still up. She walked to open the door very unpleasantly and with an attitude my daughter's walked in she made them feel so uncomfortable while in her store that we left the mall after the disturbing situation. South Park needs to train their Buisness owners on professional/ customer service skills or to eliminate bad business such as this.

It has enough parking lot, it has luxurious stores like Rolex and Louis Vuitton, tiny food court but delicious food, I think it has a variety of stores including the ones I like. They had a McLaren and also a Maserati.

Perfect place for all your shopping needs and weekend outing with family and friends. All your brands are here with excellent variety and range of selections. Great options for food like Cheesecake Factory and maggianos and also there is a food court inside with more options.

Such a great mall! Tons of stores. You could spend an entire day in here!

This mall have a lot of high quality store. I went there and I tough gonna be a normal mall like I used to go. But inside they have Louis Vuitton and Gucci and other store that famous . I was so Surprise

This mall is high end. It was overly crowded. It is very bright and spacious. There is valet parking. Parking was atrocious. We took Uber to get here. I didn't get to wander the entire space because we had to pick someone up from the airport. We did stop to have a quick bite in the food pavilion. I expected more/better choices of foods. Panera was closest to good, healthy, fresh eats. There were quite a few attached restaurants and out parcels, but we didn't have that much time for them.... California Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, Flemings, and others. The place was bustling! You had masked people walking around and unmasked people. It seemed it was about even with the masks of those wearing them or not. It was wonderful people watching. Some of the cars left with the valet service were phenomenal! Some of them made us chuckle. People love to be seen... The parking lot needs upgrading. In some cities, like in Northern Virginia, they have a parking light availability system that informs you if there is parking on a particular level, space, or in the garage at all. It also lets you know where to go for open spaces too. Consider that to help patrons. From what I could see, it was a fun mall offering many options for shoppers. It's too bad I didn't get to fully enjoy it. I have been a few times before, but I really wanted to shop this time, but time did not permit. We were on a schedule that I was not privvy to know. Fun place! Go and enjoy! It takes quite a bit of time to see all it offers.

Great mall plenty of good places to shop. Great for children now that they have playground location as well.

Probably the nicest and cleanest mall in Charlotte but it is more upscale and expensive. There is a small playground outside at the entrance next to the Container Store. The playground was fun for my 3.5 year old, it has slides, some climbing opportunities, and astroturf instead of real grass = no mud or mess. There is seating for families in the form of a long concrete bench that runs around the perimeter. Nice perk of stopping at this mall with kids.

This was a nice mall. I couldn't find what I need in my size, but I'm not faulting them for that. I would check this mall out again.

This is a great mall with some of the best merchants in this area. The layout is not the best and it can get confusing if you’ve never been here before. But all in all a good place to visit.

South Park has always been my favorite mall. It is always immaculate, beautifully decorated and offers a peaceful shopping experience. Unfortunately, it seems that the pandemic has had an effect on the supply of goods. The urge to buy just wasn't there this time as many of the goods found were things I could find elsewhere.

Nice and clean spot. Service was good, I was alone so seating at the bar was comfortable ,which is something I never do and the seating was spaced out. Sushi was delicious along with drinks. They have a bit of twist to the menu serving sushi and burgers. Most definitely recommend this spot.

Best mall I have ever been to. And it is MASSIVE. You can see the beautiful skyline of Charlotte from the parking deck. 10/10 experience will come back!

SouthPark Mall is an upscale shopping mall in the prosperous SouthPark Neighborhood. Located roughly 5 miles from Uptown this is the place to get basically anything you may need. There are some nice views of Uptown from the parking garage.

South Park Mall is a great place to shop. With prestigious stores such as Macy's, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom's, this mall is an ideal family outing. Set in South Charlotte, this mall has an abundance of shops inside and around the mall for you to enjoy with your family. Southpark Mall also has an amazing food court full of multiple prestigious restaurants known for their great taste and selections! Have a great time at SouthPark Mall Charlotte North Carolina.

Charlotte Marriott SouthPark hotel has a very nice atmosphere. My family went here for a family reunion on my hubby’s side. It has a well-equipped gym for you to perform a full body workout. There’s wonderful seating outside, where you can just chill in the evening. There’s also a bar inside the lounge area, just off of the patio area. The pool area is well maintained and inviting, with a few umbrellas for sun protection. The pool is salt water and doesn’t leave you feeling super dry and smelling like chlorine. The cleaning staff worked around the clock to keep the establishment extremely clean. The staff was very attentive at all times of the day/night. The atmosphere is more suited for the grown, sexy, and chilled.

Luxury Shopping✅ burning calories from walking ✅ Social media worthy ✅ I guess all I’m trying to say is that it’s very pretty with a lot of stores. Expect to walk a lot because it’s very huge and the stores are spread out but I’m sure you can find what you want with the digital map they have there. I surely haven’t explore every inch of this Mall yet but I do plan on going there and uploading more pictures later.

South Park mall and it’s store have made a lot of changes since COVID, but they’ve adapted well, and my most recent visit was excellent. The mall is very clean. It does not have large vacancies like many other malls.

Always enjoy eating here, my favorite dish Taylor street baked ziti. Large portion served with Italian sausage and mozzarella cheese. Hot Bread to dip in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Great prices around $16. You can take options home in to go container and bake at home for $5.00 more. Excellent meal for tomorrow. Always good service. Served hot and fresh. Enjoy.

The food court is always dirty. Very hard to find a clean table to eat my food because there’s either trash near it or crumbs or food residue. Today I enjoy my meal on a table that had sauce smudges because it was the cleanest of the other 5 tables I’ve tried to sit at that had crumbs.

SouthPark Mall is phenomenal. Plan to spend at least a day to allow time to browse all of the shops. There is truly something for everyone. And don’t forget to try one of their great restaurants while there whether you want a quick bite or sit down meal - the Cheesecake Factory and Maggiano’s Little Italy are both superb.

Very big mall with wide variety options. Got my ears pierced at Clair's. You can find everything from apple store, Macy's, body shop to large varieties in the food court. It has a Christmasy feel with all the decorations.

Haven't set foot in this mall, in years. Out lying stores, yeah, but not the mall. If you like malls, it's OK. Too much walking for an old guy. Not many places to sit, but plenty of places to relieve you of your money. We were looking for a certain Christmas item and wound up here. It was clean, and there are plenty of stores, mostly upper tier, expensive ones, but you would hardly come here without having that knowledge already. Macy's is your old world department store. It would almost be less expensive to travel to the past, than shop there now. Not so many people, as might be expected, seeing how we're approaching Christmas. Didn't get too far into the underbelly of the place, but malls don't have the attraction they once did. I think there are other malls, that aren't so over the top, that serve a purpose. South Park serves a purpose as well, for people that want to spend more for a certain shopping ambiance. Not much more to be said except, it takes more these days, to impress this old guy.

Southpark is a Charlotte staple. When I go to Charlotte I always go there. The area is continuing to grow around it, more stores opening. I am so glad some of the old Charlotte had not been destroyed but is flourishing.

This mall is perfect if you are ready to spend some money. All the good stores are here. We are missing a good zara, but I hears this is coming soon. The food court is great and carries great options. The stores are organized and it's fun to walk around. You can spend a whole day there if you need to actually shop.

The biggest AS I've ever been to. All the employees were so friendly & helpful. I was looking for a dress for my wedding dinner & the girls putting together my dressing room picked out bridal jewelry for me with some of the dresses. It really made my day!

Great shopping area. Has a decent selection of various stores. Up in the price range but works if thats what you are going for.

They are getting better with curbside pickups. The app is good, has a few quirks when ordering cheesecakes. Always check your order before you leave. The past two times they did get it right! Yay!

It's a nice mall in a very desirable location in Charlotte. Stores are pretty generic but i love exploring the area still.
