Eagle Medical Center

Medical center Internist

😠 Customer Service sucks. I had a surgery two days ago, I came to see my “primary Doctor” and he did not enter in the room, I was bleeding and he said go home and rest 😳. The lady at the front desk doesn't like her job. She has a rude attitude most of the time. People often mention staff, room, Aluko, doctor, appointment, pain,

Please Avoid! Brought my daughter in for Eczema and the doctor did not enter the room to even take a look at her. My daughter began to cry and i was asked to leave our exam room and wait in the lobby. The woman at the front desk is very nasty and had an attitude because I asked questions in regards to a referral that I requested. Do not bother coming here.

Dr Aluko is the worst Dr, and staff isnt far behind. Not only is the office manager extremely unprofessional, so is Dr Aluko. When I chose to leave his practice and discontinue allergy care, he didn't have paperworkfor me to sign. He then told me that he wouldn't pay to have my meds sent to the other dr, but after I write a note using the words he wanted me to use in the note he would give them to me. I refused to do that he raised his voice and so did I. He told me not to yell at him and that he would call the police. I told Dr Aluko that while he was calling them I would call the insurance company. I got my meds that was supposed to be mixed for me personally. My new dr and her colleagues have no idea what was in the meds that Dr Aluko had injected in me. By the way, the interaction with him, Dr Aluko ,happened in the waiting room of Eagle Medical center with other patients in the waiting room.

This place is a hole in the wall. Their equipment is outdated. The staff is unprofessional and unorganized. The disrespectful receptionist with dreads thinks that it is OK to call a grown woman "Little Girl". The nurse called me about some results and quickly hung up before I had the chance to respond. I called back not even 5 minutes later just so that the staff could claim that no one called me. Then I was placed on hold for 10 minutes so the nurse could get back on the phone and give me a made up answer to one of my questions. The last thing I asked about was a referral since that facility could not provide the service I needed. The nurse claimed she did not know. So I called the next nearest facility to try to schedule an appointment. I then found out that Eagle had already scheduled the appointment. From the other facility I was able to get the name of my assigned doctor, the date, and the time of the appointment. The reason why the staff at Eagle would not share this information is beyond me. If you have an appointment at this hole in the wall, expect to have your time wasted

Worst clinic ever. When my grandmother went to get checked up the doctor didn’t even come In The room when asked why, he said because of COVID-19. So why continue to have your clinic open if you can’t give a complete service. You are a health professional. And the staff does not stay behind they never have an interpreter and the quality of service is very poor.

The new lady at front desk was very rude I been going here for 3 years now and the front desk replacement went from having someone with a straight forward attitude now to one that's just nasty and unprofessional. Professionalism starts with the first person you make contact with this determines often how the interaction with the doctor will be if the staff rude it's only to expect the doctor accepts that kind of unprofessionalism

I don’t seem to understand why other people have a hard time with the staff.I think they are very professional!Ive been with them since 2011 and has never seen or heard staff disrespect anyone..Dr.Aluko is a very good doctor also.He will make sure you’re in the best of best health unlike some dr that mask the problem he gets to the root of it.

The entire staff was friendly and professional. The PA was excellent and provided great care and even beyond with an additional condition I had. Total satisfying experience.

All of the other staff are polite and helpful but that doctor is rude as hell. From the moment he came in the room speaks to you very condescendingly and doesn’t expect any pushback. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Had the opportunity to experience a nasty encounter between my aunt & one of the Doctors of the facility while just dropping her off for an appointment. “Dr. A-something” my advice search somewhere for better hospitality.

Dr Aluko and staff at both locations have always been very professional to me and my husband. He is a busy doc and I understand that. He never rushes me. Listens to everything and does everything he can to help. If he feels you need a referral, He is quick to find a specialist.

Dr. Aluko is very much a shady Doctor at Best!!! He Do not come into the room to help with any problem or question you may have also He will not give you your proper dose of medication He will only keep giving you a 7 day supply which is crazy knowing you dealing with major pain on Injuries. Stay Away it's Doctor who really cares about you!!! He do not only wants the money that he will continue to make off you please beware

I'm looking to report you for Malpractice Negligence for Improper medication or dosage. Cause My Mother started coming to you for chronic knee pain a few years ago when she first stated coming you was giving her the proper dosage for her pain now you only giving her 10 pain pills a month no sir That's only a five day supply the other 25 days I have to watch my Mother be in pain crying and trying to figure it out how to deal with her pain. You done kept her at this dosage for months after she have told you to please move her back up to her regular amount. Then we have to chase you down for days to send the prescription days after the appointment!!!
