The best doctor visit I've ever experienced! Dr. Belgrave was very professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, easy to talk with and patient. I felt he listened to all of my concerns and was able to give his professional as well as some personal advice to help resolve them. The staff was also friendly and attentive. Can't believe I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

Dr. James is the absolute best doctor I have ever had. She has been my primary care doctor for the past few years and I wouldn't have it any other way. She ALWAYS puts your health first and is not one of those doctors who tries to fix every issue you have by putting you on medication. She does an awesome job at explaining things to you and addressing lifestyle changes that will help to improve your health and uses medication as a last result. As a African American woman it feels good to know that your doctor has your best interest at heart. She takes the time to truly listen to your concerns and she has terrific bedside manner. I would recommend anyone in search of a primary care doctor to call and schedule an appt with doctor James. You won't regret it!

Tryon medical partners located in the South Park area of Charlotte, North Carolina are among the very best Medical Doctor providers in the area. Endocrinologist Dr Brantley is amazing - ultra knowledgeable, up-to-date, and very friendly. Both the doctors, and the nursing staff are very helpful, friendly, highly professional, and provide phenomenal care to my medical needs. As well, the check in, check out staff are great too!! They take care of all Medical specialties from Endocrinology, Cardiac, Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, dermatology, Rheumatology, and Sleep Doctors. Tyron medical partners get my top review !!! Dr. Brownlee is amazing! He takes the time to listen to my concerns and never makes me feel rushed as if he is focused on just getting to the next patient. He responds with great medical advice and he does it with compassion. In addition he does a fantastic job responding to questions through the patient portal in a timely manner. I became his patient in Dec. 2022 and it was the best decision I could have made for myself medically and holistically. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a new primary care physician.

Dr. Bowen has been my Doctor for over 20 years. He is the most thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and caring Doctor I have ever seen. He never makes me feel rushed at my appointments and he always answers all my questions. He has directed me to several specialist when I needed them and always follows up with me. Tryon Medical is top notch and extremely convenient. They have a patient portal to assist with any questions, prescription refills and test results in between my visits. I am so thankful for the high quality of medical care and assistance Dr. Bowen has provided me and my entire family. I highly recommend Dr. Bowen and Tryon Medical.

I love Tryon Medical Partners! They’re very punctual- I’ve never had to wait long, either in the waiting room or once they put me in a room waiting for the doctor. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the doctors are friendly, helpful and patient. I’ve seen several of the doctors when my primary doctor was out, and they’ve all been very knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. I don’t take any of it for granted, as I’ve been to other doctors’ offices that are the opposite! Grateful to have found them!

I did not see my primary doctor Dr. Cunningham on today because she was booked . Dr Olga Brooks rushed through services, she was very RUDE!!!! . She was very nonchalant. She seemed as if she did not care about me the patient. She made a statement about insurance coverage that bothered me. I feel I have excellent coverage I was out of the office once seen by this doctor in 20 mins . I have never received such poor service until on today. The nurse who assisted answers more questions then the doctor . I understood I was not her regular patient , but I just knew I would be treated fairly. I walked out of the doctors office feeling the same way I did when I got there wondering what is next. Basically I was told that was my decision… To be honest I could have stayed home.

My regular physician has been only taking virtual visits so I had to have my appointment today with Dr. Farwell. All I can say is, amazing! He took up so much time with me, listened, provided his opinions and made sure I understood and was on the same page. He genuinely cared about my concerns and pointing my course of treatment in the right direction. My regular physician, Dr. James, is just as amazing. So glad they are both apart of this medial group.

All people, from reception to nurses to Dr Alexander thru the lab techs were friendly, courteous and professional. This was my first visit to establish a relationship, after having moved to Charlotte from out of state, and not once did I feel rushed. A significant amount of time was spent every step of the way as a means for thoroughness. I am very pleased that a new neighbor recommended this practice and Dr. Alexander.

I have been seeing Dr Kirkland for almost a year now, and I am very happy with her as my primary care provider! She is very knowledgeable and takes time for my questions! So I am very pleased! Always thorough and details explained with courtesy - Dr. Bowen listens and asks questions to not only hear my response, but to get finer details I may have left out of the conversation. He answers all my questions and redirects my thoughts when necessary. What I really like about Dr. Bowen is that he always responds, often personally by phone. He always repeats his plan for clarity, most beneficial. The clinic staff are great, helpful and supportive.

Dr Bowen has been my Doctor for about 20 years. He not only treats you on a professional level but listens, cares and treats you on an individual basis. You aren’t just a time slot on his schedule. Love seeing Dr Cunningham!! She’s always caring and thorough. After seeing the same doctor for 25 years and having to start over, she’s made it easy. Tryon Medical was very gracious in obtaining a same day appointment for me as I had an issue that required immediate attention. I saw Dr. Olga Brooks. She is excellent! Went to Tryon for a physical. Check in was very easy with a very friendly woman that assisted me. The PA walked me into the exam room, asked some questions to update my health records and took vitals. Doctor Brownlee came in promptly and we briefly reviewed some recent medical issues I had. He then reviewed my blood work and identified any areas of concern. My interaction with the doctor was fairly quick as there are restrictions as to topics I can bring up during a physical or else I would have to pay extra for additional guidance. I was dismissed by the PA who was very friendly throughout. Overall, a routine visit with no negative issues with the care I received.

I’ve been w Tryon since it began and have no desire to change. I feel like I get more time with the doctors and staff here than other providers. It is clear they care about me as a patient and are quite friendly. Communication is great, patient portal is user friendly, and I never wait long at an appt. Patient experience for me is excellent across the board!

I just had my first appointment to establish patient care with Doctor Farwell. He and his staff were so friendly and very thorough of their review of my medical history. He has a great bedside manner, he could tell he cared and gave great feedback.

After trying to get an appointment in the Charlotte area, this was the only one left with a same day appointment. I made the drive out here because I needed the help. I was extremely sick and wanted to know how to get better. As soon as I arrived, I was lost. I drove around making sure I was in the right spot. I called the office number and it had me press 1 if I was lost. I pressed “1”. I spoke to a lady who I informed I was running a little late since I was lost and confused. She kindly helped me get to the elevator and told me which floor to go to. I walked in and the receptionist informed me that since I was late and the lady on the phone never made note or told anyone that I was running a little late, that they could not see me. Due to someone else not doing what they were supposed to, I missed my appointment and wasn’t able to be seen. This is completely unacceptable. I was only 15 minutes late. I should have been seen.

I had an excellent experience. The check-in was easy and I was treated in a very professional manner. My nurse Candice was also very professional, thorough and informative. As always Dr. Cole was a ray of sunshine. She is the very best Dr. In Charlotte. I’m honored to be one of her patients!

I called on Monday morning, knowing that I most likely had a sinus infection. I was able to be seen at their drive through office the same day. It was staffed by a nurse practitioner, who discussed my symptoms and checked my vitals. He then sent in 2 prescriptions. My own Doctor followed up with a phone call later the same day. In the time of Covid and the flu, think this is a very practical and creative way to treat patients. I absolutely love Tryon Medical. I left a hospital owned practice where I had been a patient for 20 years and am so happy I made the change. I would definitely recommend Tryon Medical.

Very brief waiting time. My doctor is always pleasant and attentive to everything I want to say. She made a few referrals for procedures that related to my health issues without hesitation. Her nurse and the Lab technician are proficient. The staff is so very well organized and pleasant and so well trained and professional. Tryon Medical has given me the best office and Lab visits that I ever had in Charlotte. I am glad I found Tryon Medical.

Amazing experience. Brought my elderly mother in for an appt. Wasn’t sure what parking and access to bldg would be so brought our caregiver with us. Was greeted by concierge with wheelchair as I pulled up. Office staff was equally friendly. Dr. Olga Brooks had reviewed her chart and was prepared and listened to my concerns. Was very much aligned with our plan of care. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love Dr. Shelton and his nurse Sherry!!! Sherry responds to any requests/questions quickly via the patient portal and is always welcoming, professional and thorough during office visits. She gets to know you and remembers more than just what’s in your charts. Dr. Shelton is attentive, caring, and one of the best medical professionals I’ve ever had. I never have to wait long. It’s obvious how much he cares for his patients with the way he LISTENS, asks questions, and offers feedback. He doesn’t just push a new prescription or blow off concerns. He takes exception notes and shares everything post-visit so you can review it. He works through your issues as much as possible without being condescending or making you feel rushed which I greatly appreciate. Dr. Shelton offers treatment options and let’s you take an active role in your own care. Added bonus that he’s always kind, pleasant, and encouraging. He’s a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Shelton has truly been a lifesaver since the day he started providing my primary care services. He addressed critical issues such as blood pressure and cholesterol that other providers had been delaying treatment on, and has significantly increased my quality of life now and in my future. He is a great listener and efficiently works to find the right solution for you as an individual. I highly recommend him! The practice itself is wonderful to work with as well.

I LOVE MY DOCTORS AND THEIR STAFF❤ I had my yearly exams with Dr Dasher and Dr Cole. I didn't have to wait, they actually took me early. I have been going to both these Doctors for 20 years. They are thorough and if I need to be referred to a specialist within Tryon Medical Partners, they will send me to the best. And thank you to Candace at Dr Cole's office, I never felt my flu shot. Thank you for another great visit. I am truly blessed to have them taking care of me. Can't thank you enough. Concierge service is excellent. Nursing service is excellent also. Very polite and helpful. Warm & pleasant Dr Webster is the best doctor on earth. She listens to all your concerns and solves all issues. She is so warm and besides being professional, she feels like a friend. We look forward to our visits with her.
