    Stayed there for 3 weeks too long. Terrible shuttle service! Always leaving late or canceling service. They rarely answer the phone at the desk. Same response- Driver called in sick. Breakfast is $16.95 and not at all worth it. Rooms and hotel were clean. Comfortable bed. Warm shower.

    This hotel needs an overhaul. The lobby will deceive you into thinking it's a decent property. The beds feel like you're sleeping on bricks. Rooms are old and dingy and DIRTY The linens and towels are dingy The carpet is nasty The bathroom was dirty The couch in the room was dingy and had dirt spots. The curtain are old and dusty. None of the hard surfaces had been cleaned. The overall feel of the room is dim, musty and old. Will not book at this location in the future.

    PERFECT family hotel for quick overnight at airport! Professional, kind, quick, and responsive service from the front desk staff to the restaurant servers. Room was clean and tidy. Everything functional. Airport shuttle was easy and great! I will stay here again! Restaurant is decent. For a hotel restaurant, actually, it is good. The salmon was very, very good! Great for kids!

    For $200 a night on a Tuesday, I was expecting something better. Low quality on general accommodations. Dirty, the hair dryer was disgusting! It was so sticky, I needed to wrap a cloth around the handle. It wouldn't stay open or run on high. 2 waters, 2 sodas and 2 small bags of chips an m&m's cost $25! I wish I knew Hampton inn was right there, they give free water and free breakfast.

    The room was ok. The stay was fine besides finding a few strands of hair in the bathroom and people smoking weed outside near the vehicles. However, my biggest complaint is that they charged by credit card for an additional $100.00 for what they say was for a stolen Keurig machine. First of all, I do not even drink coffee and was not even in the room most of the time. I am sure they have cameras and would have seen that the bag I was carrying was not even big enough for me to carry anything. The manager Mary Beth has yet to return my call. The front desk said she made the executive decision to charge my credit card. This is fraudulent. If I had not checked my statement, I would have never known because I was not contacted once. DO NOT STAY HERE!! They are fraudulent. I am thinking about suing this location if someone does not contact me back soon. I stayed at this hotel from 11/04/2022 to 11/06/2022 in room 141.

    Got a room with 2 beds. A desk. 2 chairs and a working fridge. Can't Crack the window for fresh air. Just the PTAC air. The Dove products are good. Had to keep getting new keys. So apparently if your dates aren't programmed you'll keep needing a key. 4 nights and five days. Needed keys each day. Not a bad place if you getting back on the airplane. We drove. Too each it's own. I'll do better research.

    I stayed here after a missed connection and had no issues. I like that the shuttle runs on a 24-hour rotation. The room was clean and the mattress seemed fine. Restaurant in hotel, fridge in room. Front desk service was friendly and quick. Would easily stay here again for an airport overnight.

    I didn’t have a room at this hotel however, I called to find out if the restaurant was open. This was at approximately 5:08 PM on 12/03/23. A lady answered the phone I asked about the kitchen she said it was open. I then asked about the electricity because a transformer went out. He reply was well let me check. She put me on hold and never came back to the line. When she answered the phone she was very unprofessional. If a person doesn’t want to work in customer service why do it. Do better.

    It's our preferred place to stay when we have an early flight! We just love everything about it! I always look forward to Seeing Rochelle's smiling, friendly and welcoming face. She does her best to accommodate everyone's needs. Really all the staff here are wonderful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone anytime and not just before a flight!

    Shuttle service. Very disappointed. We have been platinum members for a really long time and have stayed here numerous times. We called and were waiting to be picked up. I had my bag ready and had already handed it to him and he let other people go before us. Leaving no room for us. Very rude and no compassion. The others were not even in the line waiting they came running up afterwards. Very disappointing.

    The front desk staff was very friendly, nice and helpful!!! I felt like they genuinely cared and went over and beyond to give great customer service! You’re drivers that I had were 2 different young men and they were very polite and helpful!! Excellent door to door service! I ONLY gave 4 stars because of the exceptional service I received from the drivers and front desk staff! If not for them I would have ranked lower! They are worth 5 stars! I did not give 5 stars because my pet peeve is hair and my bathroom had all kinds of hair everywhere. The floor, tub, face towel, and sink. I’m not sure about the actual room bc the carpet is dark, but I can only imagine. I was grossed out by the hair. The room appeared very clean outside of the hair. My bed was very clean and there was no hair in sight, on any of the linen (thank goodness) My suggestion is that the cleaning staff just go over the carpet and bathroom floors with a vacuum. I was able to use Kleenex and Sanitizer wipes to get most of the hair up, but I should not have had to.

    I decided to stay here before a flight and I am so glad I did. This hotel was top notch. The staff was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly. The rooms were clean and the food was great. A great way to get in vacation mode!

    Was super clean, very friendly, very helpful with all our luggage, ( 2 weeks in Mexico, with 2 teenage girls) restaurant was reasonably priced! LOVED the little Robot that brought our salads and pizza. Very cool.

    The company I work for sent me to this hotel tonight. I have a short 5 hour stay. The local temp went up to 80s today. It is currently in the 60s outside but not in my room. I tried turning on the a/c but it didn't work so I asked for a different room. They asked me to go down and get the key from them. Ugh I asked where the new room is located. Same floor so I said I'll come down, get the key but I will leave my luggage in the current room. I went and got the new key, tried opening the door to the new room (407). The key didn't seem to work. I called down and told them I don't have all night to keep going up and down. After a few minutes of waiting, the clerk came up. Tried his key to the new room but his key didn't work either. It was the reader that doesn't work. I'm now in the original room (416). Suffering as I can not wait on them to give me another room. The clerk is working by himself. Now my night is even shorter. Ugh! And they're giving me a measly 20,000. Short night in this oven of a room. And I have to go to work tomorrow morning.

    I have stayed for several other IHG properties, and this I can say is one of the worst, cleaning levels are very low, restaurant food not at all good. Night shift personnel at front desk was no so friendly, kind and helpful. Nevertheless, insulation for the rooms noise is acceptable by considering proximity to the airport, much better option by far the Hampton inn hotel that is just at side of this hotel.

    Super kind staff (front desk and shuttle driver!) and the restaurant downstairs has really really good cheese curds. Also if you’re a Delta employee you get an additional discount! Room was spacious and bed was actually very comfortable.

    We moved from one hotel to this Holiday Inn and we're very happy. It was clean, they have 24hrs transport to airport. Their food in the restaurant was really good! The servers are very friendly. They also have this cool robot that delivers food for take outs to the front of the restaurant, pretty cool. When we are in town again we will return to this Holiday Inn.

    The room was good, but *NEVER* stay here if you're counting on easy access from the airport. I was repeatedly told a shuttle was 5 min away. Over an hour later, a shuttle arrived but quickly filled up. I had to pay for a car, which they don't reimburse for. The hotel blamed the traffic, but other hotel shuttles came and went multiple times (including Hampton Inn's shuttle, which is the hotel right next tot it). It seems like Holiday Inn are aware of this problem but just don't want to hire enough drivers.
