Rolando was super kind and helpful. He helped with a quick repair of my engagement ring and inspected the security of the diamonds in the ring. Plus they’re sparkly clean and shiny now too! I’m so glad I stopped there and will definitely go back for future jewelry repairs and purchases.

I stopped in to the Arboretum location to look for a specific watch which is not in stock but they offered to get for me from another location. I am new to collecting watches and the manager, Rolando Alvarez, took time to show me some different pieces and teach me a little about watches. In the course of our discussion, I saw a Citizen Thin Blue Line watch and fell in love with it. It's not an expensive watch, just a few hundred but I wanted it for my collection. Rolando gave me the service and attention as if it was the biggest sale of the year. It's rare to find such a combination of service and expertise. I have a feeling I'll be buying a lot more from this store as long as Rolando is there.

I am very pleased to report wonderful customer service at Brownlee Jewelers at the Arboretum. I took an item to him on which I had botched a DIY repair. Rolando solved the problem at a very reasonable price. Great guy, great attitude. Very friendly. I'll definitely be going back to see Rolando at the Arboretum any time I'm looking for jewelry!

I’ve had two separate wonderful experiences here. First off, they repaired engagement ring, for which I had purchased a new stone at a competitor across in the same shopping center less than a year earlier. The competitor had installed the stone improperly and one prong broke—I almost lost a 10k stone. The competitor refused to help me at first and then and wanted to charge me $300 for the repair. Brownlee did it for $40, and it wasn’t even their mistake! Then, I brought 3 necklaces to be cleaned (I tend to never take my gold necklaces off, so it wasn’t an easy clean because some of my hair had gotten caught in them.) They cleaned them in a few hours and refused to let me pay! Now that is wonderful customer service. We have purchased several pieces from them since the first time they helped us.

Excellent place. Secure (they buzz you in, which is smart, given their inventory), safe, and very friendly. Very clean establishment. I left a rosary there to get fixed- it was ready the next day, just as they said. Very nice salesman and manager there. They've also installed batteries in my watches with the same quick (actually, faster) turnaround time. Highly recommend them-!

I took my necklace in to get repaired today and Jun was able to help me right away. Within less than 10 minutes she fixed my favorite necklace and then also cleaned my rings for me. I was very happy with her service!

I was so impressed by their willingness to repair a ring that was my mothers. The ring is not an expensive piece of jewelry, but has great sentimental value to me. Two other jewelry stores would not work on it. Brownlee did a great job restoring it for a reasonable cost. They will get all my business in the future. I’m so appreciative there are still local stores that care more about providing good service to their customers than just the money they will make.

Todd is an awesome person to represent this company. He was friendly, helpful and gracious from the point we entered the store. Helped us with the sale of some scrap gold items. I came in looking for a ring, and met Jun. She was so nice and polite, they let me look around and even offered idea's. I saw a diamond earring and since I had lost my old one, well... I’m a big fan of Brownlee. I have been to many of the locations around the Charlotte area and have found that the staff is extremely helpful and reliable. I’ve had items repaired, cleaned and purchased new jewelry and think they have a great selection with various price points. It’s odd to see so many negative reviews. Each time I’ve been in the store I’ve noticed diversity among employees and customers. I’ve only witnessed positive and respectful interactions. They have fair prices and a wonderful selection!

I went into BrownLee to simply have the band on my new watch (b-day gift from my daughters)adjusted to fit. Jun was an absolute pleasure to work with from "Good afternoon, sir," when she greeted me to the handshake at the end of the visit. Jun is professional, courteous and respectful. Love Brownlee Jewelers! Todd helped me with a repair, and ultimately a sale. I came in with a broken chain on a necklace, and Todd and I discussed replacing the chain to a stronger one rather than to repair the original. He was so helpful and knowledgeable!! I will be back!!
