    This is not the first time that I received a horrible pizza from this particular store. Every time me and my fiancé ordered pizza from them it always seemed to be something wrong. I have had enough and I will not be ordering any more pizza from them. I have posted pictures of the most recent pizzas that were ordered from them. The pizza was burnt and did not have the correct ingredients on them. I will never recommend getting pizza from this Domino’s.

    Horrible customer service, delivery switched from 50 minutes to over 70. I called to see if I could pick it up instead of waiting, "yes come get it while it's hot." Jokes! It was the worst pizza and wings I have ever received from Domino's. The manager heard my complaints, tucked his tail and had nothing to say. I could have at least received fresh food after waiting sooooo long. Never again!!

    Don't wast your time getting this location to deliver. They're a constant disappointment with poor customer service, unacceptable delivery time for cold brown pizza. I wouldn't feed this to an animal let alone my child this is disgusting 🤢🤮🤢. If you are understaff then stop being greedy and don't accept deliver orders!!!

    As I sit here at the local Domino’s at 11:22pm, I’ve been here since 10:45pm, my pizza says it’s still in prep since 10:25pm. I look on the board and my name is nowhere to be found. I initially ordered and paid online then called to make an adjustment to my order only to find out that there wasn’t a driver available and I would have to come and pick it up. I asked Paige, “How long? 15-20 mins right?” Yes was her response. It’s 11:29 pm and not only is my order NOT ready, it hasn’t even been MADE! According to the gentleman that finally asked what my number was. Wait, young man, wouldn’t it be wise to check to see if there were any open orders that have yet to be made? I completely understand that places are looking for help, but if you and the 2 other people working can’t handle the load, don’t accept the order. I would have much rather heard that no more orders were being accepted and would consider returning, rather than to leave my house, get to the store and still wait almost an hour to get my pizza. Domino’s Pay folks a competitive wage…yep, even to make and deliver pizza. The manager Dwayne listened to my feedback and I could definitely see that he was trying to get those orders done quickly and correctly. I definitely appreciated his feedback, but he can only do so much…

    So I have been on hold for more than 20 minutes trying to claim a free pizza. On December 2, I placed an order and got curbside pick up. Well as one of the workers was bring out my order she dropped my wings. So after places the rest of my items in the car she had to go back in and make the wings which was way more than 2 minutes. So today I was trying to place my order and I haven't been able to get in reach with anyone. I mean its going on 25 minutes that I am on hold.

    Placed 3 online delivery orders only for all three to be canceled. Then decided to place a pick up order incase there are no drivers. minutes into waiting they call and tell me they cant make my order because they are cleaning the oven. why are you cleaning the oven when your still open for business. If your going to keep closing early every day update your google listing time.

    Updated to add that after Kenny reached out to us, we went back and Trevor did an amazing job. They were short and only had one person to make pizza and that was Trevor. Despite the circumstances, every last pizza was made perfectly! Thanks so much! -------------------------- INITIAL REVIEW: After we receive our order, we will never order from this location again. A few months ago, our order was messed up so bad that we got a store credit. We were told to call the store to redeem it. Well today, we're trying to redeem it and the 1st time, my husband didn't get to speak to an actual human before getting hung up on. The second time, he spoke to someone who claimed she was transferring the call and my husband was on hold for over 30 minutes and still, no order yet. It's a Monday that isn't a holiday, so what's the excuse today? Edited to add that I decided to go there in person and nothing was going on. No excuse for calls not being answered. Everyone was just standing around and 3 out of the 4 non-managerial employees were on their phones. I wonder why they feel so comfortable to be like that in front of the manager and a customer. Also, the manager did not solve one of the issues that I had. One last edit: They got one of the pizzas wrong AGAIN. I went to check my original order in my email, thinking that it may be my fault, but no. I'm not sure where the disconnect is. No need for me to even call about this since I said I'm done with this location.

    I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from. this place. I placed a carryout order for a pizza at 6:06 PM EST and my confirmation stated that my pizza would be ready in 30-40 minutes. I arrived at the location at 6:30 PM and was told that I would have to wait another 20 minutes. I was willing to wait because this was my families dinner for the evening. I sat inside the establishment to wait for my pizza. At 7:00 PM I went back to the counter and was told that I would have to wait another 40 minutes for my pizza. I told them that this was unacceptable and they should have communicated when they realized that they wouldn't have the pizza ready within the 20 minutes. I sat in the building and not one of the representatives communicated with me. I got a refund and had to find something else for dinner. Whoever runs this establishment has to do a better job at training their staff on basic customer service skills. Communication is key to running a successful business.

    Okay so I thought I just had bad luck at this place but after reading the reviews( which I usually do first) I see that this location is consistent with giving terrible customer service and food. I went there on Wednesday- mobile order- I even arrived later than my pick up time and my food wasn’t ready nor even in the oven. The young guy that works there is VERY sarcastic and condescending! When I told him I didn’t have time to wait another 15 mins because I have to be back to work. He gave me a blank stare and shrugged “ okay I’ll cancel it” so I starved for the rest of my workday. I went again on Thursday and this time my order was ready on time but he literally gave me ONE CUP of penne with sauce, dry spinach , and raw mushrooms and it was burnt 😞 DAY 2 of starving at work smh. Don’t waste your time.. money..gas.. or your lunch break at this location!

    I placed a pizza order at 9:40PM on Monday and as of 11:37PM, I still haven't gotten it. Sadly this is the norm here nowadays. I literally get a free pizza every time I order from them because I guess the Dominos app automatically gives you 60 reward points when it takes longer than an hour. UPDATE: the store ended up closing before I got my order. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and let me know they had no intention of delivering.

    I’ve been ordering from this place for the past year. Today and for the third time I find pieces of bacon in my pizza. I don’t eat pork and I find myself going thru my pizza taking pieces of bacon off. Nasty smell and gross. Not everyone like pork . What a shame

    I realize that it’s my fault, I knew this place was horrible but I ordered anyway. I thought picking my order up would cut a solid 3 hours off the time, but curbside was just as well run. Save yourself the time and drive to a better store. The app says I get a free pizza and the service is so bad here I’m not planning to bother picking it up.

    Wish i could give 0 stars. All of our food was not HOT. The dough was raw. We called the store. And they said they can ‘t do nothing about it since the food just came out of the oven! For some reason the tater tots were burned yikes! We won’t order from here anymore! Customer service needs to improve. They made me feel like i was trying to get something free from them!

    Online average wait time was 25 minutes. I walk in the door after 40 minutes and the app is not updated from the prep stage. I wait behind a line of five people who all canceled their orders because they never made it. Looked on the status board to see my order was 17 minutes from ready and by the time I got to the front of the line it had gone up to 24 minutes from ready. I was told it was next to be prepared and then go in the oven. I had to cancel order delivery from the Domino's closer to my house ended up the same price with coupon and it was there before I got home. This Domino's needs serious management Improvement

    I typically hate complaining about restaurants but this place sucks. First of all, there was an hour-long wait for my order (the app said it would take ~28 minutes). Granted, they were busy and understaffed, so I'll cut them some slack. Secondly, don't even bother calling them if you want something changed about your order. You're better off driving there and telling them directly because NOBODY answers the phone. Thirdly, the staff have no idea what they are doing. I saw three employees in the store. One was making pizzas, one was at the counter, and the other was standing around the corner for some reason. Lastly, when I finally got my order (a medium crunchy thin crust pizza), it was clearly undercooked and poorly cut. It was floppy and tasted off. In short, just go to another Domino's, this one is terrible.

    This was the worse experience ever. I ordered over the phone a large thin crust pizza. I spoke with someone that told me my order would be delivered within 1 and half hour. After an hour and 50 minutes went by I called in to find out where my order was and the guy on the other end proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have an order and then said I just put the order in 17 minutes ago. I informed him that was incorrect that my debit card alerted me at 9:27pm. Then he told me it would be another 45- 60 for delivery. So after waiting almost 2 hours I had to go get my pizza. His lack of concern for correcting the issue and making me feel more relaxed about the situation just made it worse. All he wanted me to do was cancel my order to make it easy on them. The lack of customer service was unbelievable. I would not recommend the store location to anyone.

    I am not one to normally complain. I ordered food at shortly before 8pm. order indicated 8:45-9:05 delivery. I check in a few times it said at 8:03 person started preparing my order. I call at 8:50 after the status not changing. I wait 16 MINUTES and no one picks up. 9:00 they finally started cooking it. At 9:07 they are quality checking it. I understand delays and understaffing, but for the love of god this company needs better ways to communicate with those ordering food. Currently the food is estimated at 10:07pm now according to the map.

    We order Pizza pretty often. Sometimes they make it great and other times there are a couple of issues. I always order extra sauce and Sometimes there is no sauce at all. Then Sometimes they don't cut the pizza good. I've spoken to the Manager and told him the issues and since then it's been good. Thanks for making our dinner.

    Our pizza and cheese bread took over an hour and a half to get here. That's not a problem, being a Friday, however everything was ice cold and old. Second time this has happened so not really thrilled about the quality.

    Manager: “I don’t start making carry out online orders until customer walks in so their order will be hot.” (and that’s 50+ minutes after I placed an online order and 40 minutes after it was suppose to be ready. I was waiting in the car in front of the store for 30+ minutes and they didn’t even start making my order, so I went inside to find out why and that was response from the manager) Also manager: “There are 30 orders in front of you that are 30 minutes late, plus I have drivers waiting and I prioritize those orders so drivers won’t have to wait”. (And how in the world they are ahead of me if my order is 45+ minutes late?) It’s wrong on all the levels. And manager talking to me like that … And why do you prioritize delivery orders and worried about drivers when you have customers waiting for 30+ minutes?)

We received our food 40 minutes late and got yelled at because it apparently was our fault for not walking in earlier.     We waited 45 mins in our car but the order didn’t get ready. When we went inside to ask they didn’t even care and said it’s going to take another 15-20 mins. We simply wasted our time ordering pizza in this location. Never coming back to this place.

    This store does a good job overall but is always under staffed and the managers never seem to take responsibility for anything. Pizzas are over an hour late and all they say is sorry. I’m not one of those people that’s trying or wanting something for nothing but customer service is certainly lacking here!
