This place is great. It was so easy to make an appointment and register online. We got seen quickly on a Saturday morning. I really liked the staff and Dr. Lee, they are friendly, efficient and kind and gentle to my 4 year old who was sick. It was a weekend so we googled urgent cares and I saw this one had so many 5 star reviews so we came here and I am thankful for all the other people sharing their positive experiences here. Definitely recommend 10/10 if you need help quickly.

Great Staff and fast service! We were visiting from out of town, our son hit his head on the coffee table and needed staples. We were in and out within 20 minutes and felt very well taken care of. Everyone was so polite and worked fast to get my son taken care of. Great service!

The best urgent care experience I’ve had in Charlotte. The staff was attentive, the facility was clean, and I was seen at my scheduled appointment time—a few minutes *before* my appointment time, actually. Dr. Lee was thorough, kind, and patient; I never felt rushed at any point, and was treated with dignity and respect throughout. We had a great experience with this urgent care. Check in was very easy. The staff were all friendly and attentive. There was no rush and no wasted time. I think we were in and out in around 30 minutes. Definitely will go back if we need good quick care.

My daughter took me to this particular urgent care clinic because it would have taken 3 weeks for an appointment with my primary care physician. I had a hard time breathing and felt quite sick. When we arrived, everyone in the reception was very friendly. There was basically no wait time and when Dr. Lee evaluated my symptoms, I was incredibly impressed with his expertise and kindness and the way he patiently explained my options. After having had some really negative experiences with other urgent care facilities in Charlotte, I was totally surprised how different OneSpotMD was. Dr. Lee made me feel so at ease and projected such compassion and competence that I immediately trusted him. He diagnosed the problem, had the nurse do some tests, and prescribed medication that solved my medical issue. I am very grateful for the excellent professional medical service Dr. Lee and his staff provided and will definitely come back whenever I need to.

Update: changed the rating to 1 star after seeing that they charged me around 150 dollars for a covid visit and some “tests”. All that they did was check my temperature and blood pressure. It’s so disappointing to pay 150 dollars for covid checkup. I’m terrified of what they must be charging people who don’t have insurance. Quite disappointing Tested positive for covid, scheduled an appointment with them, there was around 30-45 mins wait when I visited. The Midwood Station parking nearby was convenient to wait in the car. They texted me once they were ready to see me. Once inside, it took around 20-25 mins for them to run a few tests and prescribe medication. Overall, it was a good experience and I recommend this urgent care facility in Charlotte.

This was the best experience I have had when dealing with an Urgent care facility. My son wrestles and during skin check they found a staph infection. I was able to make the appointment that day, we were seen around the scheduled time, the facility was very clean, and the entire visit was no longer than 15 minutes. During this time the front desk lady was very nice, the nurse was great and Dr. Lee was amazing. He verified it was staph, and noticed another spot on my sons knee. He treated both areas and took the time to fill out his wrestling form, without charging me, and explained everything to us. I live about 45 minutes away from this clinic and would drive back anytime in urgent matters. Keep up the great work there.

I’ve been here a couple of times. They’re always incredibly kind and welcoming. They’re efficient and quick - which you rarely find at a doctors office! But they don’t make you feel rushed. And just overall, do a great job. Pricing is transparent and upfront. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been to this urgent care multiple times. Once for strep, once for food poisoning, once for pink eye, once for a random sickness I thought was COVID. I drive about 25 minutes to get to this location. I’ve tried out other urgent cares in my area, and they don’t compare. I could easily go somewhere closer, but I love this place. The people who work here are always incredibly kind. I’ve had a great experience here every time, and don’t trust other urgent cares due to the level of care I have experienced here. I’m a college student, and being away from home isn’t easy when I get sick. My freshman year, I wasn’t used to dealing with insurance and copay’s on my own. However, this place has made it easy. Definitely recommend for anyone in the area. Appointments are easy to schedule online and I’ve always been in an out very quickly. My prescriptions are always immediately filled and I’ve been able to pick them up on my way home.

Absolutely great service! Every one of the staff were very thoughtful and concerned about my health. Dr.Lee was very helpful and quickly suggested the appropriate course of action to take. I'll definitely be back when I need quick professional service. And I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I have seen two doctors here and each time it has been an enjoyable experience. The front desk is also extremely helpful and have been super prompt with getting me in. They spend time with you and answer any questions/concerns you have. Highly recommended!

Dr. Lee and his team were the best thing that has happened to me! They were there for me when all other medical clinics were closed on a Sunday and they were there for me again when I experienced a horrible abdominal pain right when they were about to close. Doctor Lee took me in and stayed by my side to watch over me until I felt alright to go home. The fact he kept his clinic open even past closing time just to watch over me is a rare and touching moment I've hardly experience with any other clinics. After the encounter I've had at this location I'm really considering coming here regularly for all my medical needs. Even better is that when I make a phone call to the clinic I can reach someone in less than a minute!

By far, the most thorough medical care I have received in a while (primary care included). I did not feel rushed out of there and felt as if they truly cared about what I was experiencing. My visit was informative and reassuring. Highly recommend!

The facility was really clean and smelled nice. The doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed how he put me at ease and gave great recommendations. Off OTC medication. If you need quick care and want to go to someone who cares, this is the perfect place!!

I don't leave many reviews, but this is one that I should take the time to put out there. I went in for stitches, and my health insurance clearly states that for urgent care visits, I pay a $50 co-pay. Fast forward a few months, and I received a bill for $79.90. I called my health insurance provider to see if this was correct, and at the time, they said it was, minus the fact that they coded my visit as in-office instead of urgent care, but they still charged me $50 both times I went in (once to get the stitches, once to get them out). I paid the invoice because my health insurance provider ensured this was normal. I paid the invoice using my HSA. A couple of weeks after paying the initial invoice, I received another invoice for $65. I called the number they provided on the invoice for Patient Services, and when I spoke with the person and gave him my name, they hung up. I called my insurance provider, and they informed me that since they coded it incorrectly on their end, I am being overcharged and 'balance billed,' which should not be the case. Again, I am not one to leave reviews, but this is important because of the people's health and finances they are dealing with here. I can't give one star because the procedure was fine overall, but there must be some accountability in this process.

Have been here twice (unfortunately) within the last month. The staff, nurses, and doctors have been very friendly and easy to work with. Fast in and out service! Almost didn’t want to review so it remains a hidden gem.

Team at OneSpotMD got me in and out quickly for some needed stitches. Dr Lee is like going to see a friend. Cool guy and followed up later with a phone as he said he would. The docs at Steele Creek were very nice too

I love this urgent care and everyone that works here. I have visited numerous times for covid testing.They are efficient and thorough. You can schedule online or call and they will help with your questions. Highly recommend stopping in next time you need care!

Smarika and Dr Lee were truly amazing!! There was a nurse there as well! I didn’t get her name, she was really sweet too! I went for a mva check up and Dr. Lee performed a check up on me and advised me of what I would be feeling in the coming days! This was my first time at urgent care and I can say it was a great experience!! Kudos to the staff at OneSpot MD!!

Brought my granddaughter to One SpotMD. Staff was courteous and friendly. She was seen promptly by a nurse who was very gentle with my baby. The Dr came in shortly after and made diagnosis, prescribed medicine and I was on my way in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this facility and will use it for myself if I need to.

Was under the weather for about 3 weeks and finally decided I needed to be seen. I had never been here before but saw good reviews. I have to say, I've never experienced a more efficient doctors office visit in my life. I could go into too much detail about the step by step, but everything happened very fast and efficiently. Within 30 mins of walking in the door I was on my way to pick up my meds. I am definitely going to get established there. Going to the doctor should be like running a quick errand, and that's exactly how this experience felt. Doctor and nurses were also very personable, and made the experience very comfortable.

AMAZING! Highly recommend this place for someone who hates waiting, they got me in so fast! I was in and out in under 30 min! The ladies at the front are so sweet! This crew is awesome. Husband was in excruciating pain with a cracked tooth &had to survive the weekend before a specialist could follow up. This clinic is no frills, but they were able to get him sorted 30minutes before closing- exam, pain relief &scripts to the pharmacy. Much better experience compared to Atrium walk in clinics or Fastmeds. Will be back.

I searched all over Charlotte urgent cares to find somewhere that could take me within a couple hours of needing to go to urgent care. I made an appointment for an hour later and had a great experience. Dr. Lee was very kind and patient with me during my small procedure that I was very scared of. His bedside manner is fantastic. The front desk staff was helpful and very straightforward with my self pay pricing as I don’t have insurance. I would come back here next time I’m in need of urgent care.

My daughter recommended this place. I went in with terrible bug bites I got in Peru last week - unbearable itching and fear of infection from scratching. Dr. Lee was wonderful! He gave me a steroid injection, antibiotic Rx if needed and recommended daily antihistamine and pepcid. Promised me I’d feel better by this evening and he was right!! Very cheerful and compassionate man. They’re opening second clinic near me - I’ll definitely be going there!!

This is the best place I have been for medical care. They are very thorough and really do care about you. They give all the information you need and maybe even more. They take their time to answer your questions and tips to help get better. I highly recommend them!

I’ve met two doctors at this location . They both made me feel like they were actually concerned about my health and well being . I know that’s to be expected but you know we feel ignored most times by doctors today . The bonus is the wait time . They are so organized that you get in and out in great time . Yeah you have to wait in your car and there’s short text communication before your told to come in but I appreciate that so much . They are keeping everyone safe . You can’t be mad at that !
