    Let me tell you about this Starbucks; 5 stars doesn’t do justice. This is my FAVORITE Starbucks!! it’s on my way to work and I rather stop at this one than any other one closer to me and there’s a few. The hospitality the staff the kindness. Some lady paid for my food and I almost cried cause she didn’t know the day I was having and it definitely changed my whole mood, (of course I passed the blessing along and paid for the lady behind me) and then this morning the lady at the drive thru was such in a uplifting mood and so pumped it got me pumped!! This location is Super nice super loving! I can’t say enough. Thank you guys. You rock!!! 10/10

    This is probably the nicest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I really like the way it looks inside and the seats are comfy. I am houseless and came here to charge my electronics and my cousin is helping me do my college application so that I can get my grant and loan money. School starts in August and I’ll be able to move in with her in California. The staff here has been very kind and helpful. They filled my water bottle and offered me food they were about to donate, which makes sense since I’m houseless any ways; it’s going straight to the mouth of me in need. Yum! I don’t eat gluten cuz it makes me sick and messes up my allergies and guts really bad, so I just ate the egg, turkey bacon and cheese. I liked the food cuz it wasn’t overly salty or anything. I hate when food is too salty. I don’t like processed sugars or too much salt. My cousin cash apped me $10 so I could buy a coffee, and one of the employees showed me how to use the app to get points and a free refill, but I haven’t finished my coffee to refill it yet, but rest assured that I will! Mwahahaha!.. The only complaint I have about this store is that the music is too loud. I’m autistic and hate loud noises and pretty much all music with singing… the music is so loud I can still hear it with my headphones on. I’m trying to listen to jazz renditions of studio Ghibli music. It’s one of my favorite kinds of music other than lofi, classical or folk musics from around the world. I stepped outside to smoke… now I must poop! Coffee and cigarettes are natures’ best laxatives lol…

    Usually this place is great but I had a pretty upsetting experience. My husband and I share accounts for points and we use his name to make things easier because they can’t hear my name well in the drive thru. I’m usually dressed decent when I go inside, but today was laundry day and I went in with no makeup. Usually there’s no problems when I grab our drinks and sometimes I get a friendly have a nice day, but today this girl was trying to give me another persons food and I declined because I only ordered drinks. As I was walking out, she yelled “is your name Matthew?” in an accusatory tone and if I was sure I didn’t get food. I look at my drinks, the labels say there are only two items on my order and I know what we ordered. I feel like I was accused of stealing and she was angry with me, it was really embarrassing to be looked down like that in front of other customers.

    In a way, all Starbucks are the same, but this one is particularly nice. Fun, loud, cheerful and busy, the staff run a tight operation like s cheerful, shouting efficient assembly line. The decor is large and cozy. It's like having coffee and a bagel in a market square.

    I love this Starbucks everytime I come here they are very quick fast and efficient. This one place that will get your drink right with no issues. They are also nice and welcoming and they love with purpose so it doesn't take to long to get your drink.

    Eh.. hit or miss. I order the exact same drink every morning. some days it's right sometimes it's wrong (bitter, watery). Today they made it twice and it was still... Not right. Sigh... $9 wasted, mood destroyed.😒 UPDATE: I have noticed a change for the better. Customer service was never really a problem, they are always pleasant and my order has actually been consistently tasty!... #HappyCustomer

    This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've never waited 20 minutes for a drink in a Starbucks in my life. We were in for my wife's birthday drink, and ended up being late because we sat so long. Close the drive thru or hire more staff if you can't handle the demand.

    Drive thru is my go to when in this location as the parking lot is fairly congested with so many new restaurants and businesses close by. The drive thru is usually past the gas station and darn near the car wash; however service is always fast, friendly, and pleasant! Did I mention this store is always exceptionally clean…that’s a plus in my book!

    I came in early in the morning the cashier was RUDE, it took her a minute to acknowledge me, mind you is 6:45am the lobby is empty. Cashier didn’t even bother to say “I’ll be right with you”. She finally decided to assist me , as soon as I Try to place my order the cashier rudely interrupts me to say “ We don't have any” rather than trying to replace my item or try to make or even offer a similar item. Worst customer service experience.

    I'd like to share details of my experience at this place. I visited this Starbucks as a neutral location to meet a notary for signing some loan documents. In that regard, this location served its purpose well. The table we chose was not wobbly, although the pages I was signing did not slide across the surface as smoothly as one might hope. Additionally, they were slightly difficult to pick up once they'd settled on the table for a moment, requiring one to either hold the corner of the page up from the table or spend several seconds trying to peel it up once I had finished signing. We had lots of pages to sign, so you could see how this would be a concern. The hot chocolate was alright.

    The staff here are nice, but this is the third time I have waiting in line in the drive thru for about 20-30 mins and received the wrong drink and had to come back inside to wait in another line for them to correct my drink order. very unacceptable!

    we stan Patrick!!! excellent customer service and always brightens my day. there was a while when he wasn’t here and it just wasn’t the same. 5 stars for Patrick, 3.5 stars for this location in general, averaging and rounding up to 4 stars.

    Today I went to chill before work and while sitting in the lounge area, I bumped my drink and spilled it during busy hours. I apologized. They immediately ran to clean it up and remade my drink before it was fully cleaned up. Their customer service is exemplary. I’m in workforce and I’d hire any one of these crew members. You all are the best and make everyone feel welcome❤️

    Drove through this starbucks this past friday to order 2 coffees and it came out to be just little over 9 dollars. They took it upon themselves to add a $5 tip that wasnt on the recipt . then when i called back up there the lady told me she would refund me and that they have a new system that just adds tips but that never happed . Just becareful i felt like they are doing this to other customers as well i really feel like i was stole from

    Edit: I called about my drink being wrong and Tink told me to come back to get it right. I called while I was on my way and she went ahead and made it so it would be ready. I added two stars to my original review The guy at the window in the drive-thru was not friendly whatsoever. He barely spoke to me and didn't even tell me to have a good day; service was slow and I'm pretty sure my drink was not right. I asked for 12 pumps of brown sugar syrup but the sticker is faded so it looks like it only says two and that's what it tastes like I'm not happy. I have a picture of it but for some reason I can't post it here

    Nasty rude drive thru employee with brown hair. She gave me the wrong drinks & instead of correcting it, she pushed them back out of her face with a nasty attitude. Luckily, her coworkers fixed it but nobody wants to pay for food/drink when nasty energy like that is at a place a business.

    Service was subpar at best. The wait was too long for the drive thru. And I also didn't receive my order, I received the wrong order & had to park & go into the store to get my order which defeats the purpose of using the drive thru.

    The line can get a bit long here but the service is always spectacular. It typically takes me a while to order but the staff is always patient and knowledgeable when helping me find the perfect drink to match the day I'm having. It is a bit daunting figuring out how to enter the drive thru because of the location but once you figure it out it's fine. Finally, I highly recommend the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso but BEWARE it contains cinnamon. They get 4 stars instead of 5 from me because of that reason. I have a cinnamon allergy and the name doesn't indicate the product contains this allergen.
