    This is the worst Wendy’s in Charlotte. They have no regard for their customers. They take forever at the drive through. They literally will have you sitting there with out any type of I’ll be with you, give a minute or anything. Then they still mess up your order when they finally get with you. People leave the lane all the time. Clearly they need new management because it is craziness.

    None of my food items were fresh! My order came up to $15 for a 6pc nugget, small fries, small frostie, a small fruit punch and one of the new grilled chicken ranch snack wrap ( which was HORRIBLE)! ALL of the fries were burnt and old and most looked like they had been bitten off of. The snack wrap was sloppily made. It was mostly thick chunks of lettuce, hardly no ranch and the chicken wasn't warm and there was also hardly any chicken. Definitely a WASTE of my money.

    I don’t really hold a high standard for fast food chains, but this place specifically sets the bar at a whole new low level. I can vouch for the other 1 star reviews. This is the most incompetent Wendy’s. Just find something out of the dumpster at food lion next door. It’ll be better and worth taking the chance.

    Just left from here after picking my son up from work. And I can say. This Wendy's is the worst. The fris was not cooked all the way. And the burgers was cold. The bread on the chicken sandwich was hard on the ends. And the chicken was dried out and cold like it been out over night..I spent 24$ on food I literally threw in the trash. ""So I went to the new Wendy's an exit up. And Got the same food. And everything was fresh. Plus, great customer service..""

    Without question, thee worst Wendy's i have ever been to!! The "staff" is the absolute worst!! They do not know a thing about good customer service! Bunch of kids that couldn't care less about anything, food is trash! Good luck not waiting 30 minutes in the drive through when there is 1 car ahead of you and no one else, its seriously a joke! That location needs to be closed!

    Disappointed with this location. The frosty machine is always broken, the last 2 visits the order was missing something. The first time I went home & saw I was missing a burger, so someone just had fries for dinner. The second time I made sure to check inside the bag if it was correct before I got home. I pulled over & tried to go inside to get the missing items , and the door was locked so I had to wait by the side of the drive thru window next to the next customers car. I won’t be spending money here anymore. Dissatisfied & a hassle.

    Ordered a fry and a lemonade around 8pm last night . Fries were beyond crunchy and just Saturated in oil. By the time I realized the fries were old I was on the freeway already. Won’t be returning to this location.

    Went inside the dining room to order since my box truck is too big to go through drive through; worst mistake, don’t ever waste your time on this Wendy’s, from ownership to management to the cashiers, better to close this location and make it into a coffee shop. The worst service and the employees are absolutely loud and rude in the kitchen/behind counter area Only 2 were working and 3 in some office in the back, not putting away stock or anything and during a lunch rush. I would have saved more time getting my lunch in China and back and still have time to eat my lunch before having to go back to work than order from this Wendy’s location again

    This is the worst Wendy’s location. I went to this location’s drive thru during breakfast hours, Not at the last minute or anything, wanted 2 chicken biscuits and they say breakfast is over.. I said it’s not 10:30, then she tries to whisper to the crew with her mic on and ask the cook how many do you have, then she tells me we only have 1. Get my food and it’s disgustingly old. I tried calling to complain but the phone just rings! I wasn’t given a receipt, greeted, or given an apology. Service is 0 out of 10..it’s a shame that I can’t order my favorite menu item bc the staff don’t want to cook. Food quality was trash, service was trash…I advise they tighten up with the population rising in the area.

    Tried to order was told they were not taken order at the window.... ok, cool. Walk to the door. I was told they are not taken order inside. I stopped going to this Wendy's before due to service. I would never come back again i rather go to another fast food location or cook at home.

    burger was cold. pretty sure my sandwich was made hours earlier. no way this place would pass a food inspection right now. super nasty. out of sauces no napkins. they are more occupied laughing and cutting up then doing their job. needs to be cleaned and needs a manager that cares. would not eat here again.

    3rd shift manager has shifty customer service skills didn't seem willing to satisfy the customer and had a bit of an attitude. I paid for 2 premium sandwiches and 2 fries I got everything but the 2nd sandwich. Of course I had to burn my gas up to go back for them to get it right not to mention waiting in line when I should already be home eating and when I asked to have my fry replaced also due to the fact it'll be cold by the time I get back she responded "why" HOW ABOUT SERVICE THE CUSTOMER THATS WHY !!!!!!

    Simple order said it twice still was wrong burger was room temp nuggets pretty much the same hot fries though and had to wait for those. Only giving 2 stars because there was a snafu at the end with an extra set of nuggets that I got for free

    The only way this Wendys will make it with new management and new staff and to bulldozer it to the ground and rebuild. Every experience here is awful and I think they have stayed open because there isn't much of a choice quickly off and back on 485, or on your way home from work, you hate to go, but you think and hope that maybe this time will be better, but they never disappoint to disappoint. I will never go here again and gladly drive up one more exit for a way better experience

    Why after the pandemic is under control is this store not fully staffed and operating correctly? Dining room door locked and cars dropping out of the drive-thru line because the line is not moving. No wonder BK is posed to surpass them in National sales again.

    Extremely slow service every time I go. They need better management and employees 😒. There's also no reason they were right out rude to me also. If you go here you shall see what I'm talking about.

    The Worst Wendy’s I have ever been, the workers definitely don’t care about the customer request of food… I’m Muslim every time I go here I ask for a double stack with no bacon but they still put bacon on the burger.. I asked for a new burger but they gave me the same thing and took the bacon off.

    This wendys is seriously striving to be slowest one out there. Im surprised they don't already have it on a Guinness Book of World Records plaque in their lobby. Not only are they unbelievablely slow but 3 out of the 3 times I have been to this establishment they have gotten my order wrong. Just save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else!!

    Plenty times I've gone home and not have all items paid in the bag. Frankly this location has lost its will to really keep this place up in all aspects of the business. This place is disgustingly dirty that it hits you in the face when you walk in and the food its not what it used to be. I don't think I'm ever coming back to this Wendy’s! Please step it up, you can do better.

    The lowest quality burger I have ever tried. Make sure to check your bag before leaving the drive thru Because they may make you wait for 10 min.

    Definitely not worth it opening my breakfast sandwich to see this is how small the chicken is!! I know this is not a patty big enough to be served and that this should have been used for something else such as your salads. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND UNSATISFIED!

    They have a apple pecan salad that is wonderful. It comes with chicken but I do not eat chicken. I have recreated it myself several times at home

    Ordered two avocado southwest salads, and some burgers, our burgers did not have the additional onion and pickle that we asked, our salads did not have avocado and the salads were rotten… Fries was so old, cold and soggy… I do not understand how they have not had the food and drug association called on them… Literally the tomatoes had mold growing on them and stunk so bad! Not planning to eat here again, paid over $40 for the food, but I guess I should be grateful I got $7.80 refunded! Hopefully nobody who eats here gets sick from their food! 🤢🤮🤮🤮 this is just discussing!

    I have stopped here twice in the last two weeks and every time the buns have been hard and they order was messed up. The only good thing about this place is that it is consistently the worst Wendy’s in the state of North Carolina

    Me and my bf went to this Wendy’s to get a meal. We paid and we were in line for about 30 mins. Employee was on her phone for half the time. They gave me my card back with no receipt and they did not give me the 2 fries I ordered. I also asked for a Medium Root Beer and got a Large.

    Food was good. Manager and order taker were great. Sounded like two employees were about to fight with one another. Inappropriate behavior for a business who provide a dining area for patrons. They should have both been fired on the spot.

    Got fries and a frosty. Pretty good but (like most fast food restaurants) the fry oil needs changing, so the fries were a bit bitter. I used to work fast food and know that "off" taste so I may be more sensitive to it than most people. Typically the oil is frequently filtered to remove sediment but as the original oil is reused it becomes overcooked and changes flavor. The Frosty was good though!
