While working in the area, we had the opportunity to grab something for lunch. And we were not disappointed with our choice. I love food in general and pizza, Stromboli and Italian dishes in particular. The young lady working behind the counter was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable as well. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, well lit, maintained and spacious. Everything was made to order. The pizza slices were oversized, thin, crispy, seasoned and delicious. The Stromboli was packed full of pepperoni, cheese, sauce, mushrooms, sausage and tasty goodness. Accompanied by a rather nice size, additional serving of sauce. Not sweet, but you could actually taste the Basil, Thyme, Oregano, Garlic and other additional spices as well. For the kids and adults, Novas homemade ice cream parlor was in the very next room. Would be great for a child's birthday party or most any kind of relaxed celebration. They have fountain drinks and canned drinks as well. Check out the cakes, that are available by the slice. Something different. Something that's most definitely enjoyable and worth your time for a visit. Enjoy, Bon Appetit. If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click like. Thank you.

I'm new to the East Side &we have decided this place is our new go to place for pizza!! The flavor is awesome & the prices are average. I have already decided on what my next order will be!! They have a variety of items to choose from. The online menu does no justice to the menu at the store. No more Papa John's, Pizza Hut or Domino's for us, Why Not Pizza has won this family over๐Ÿ˜Š

Hands down some of the best Pizza in Charlotte. Their large special pepperoni and sausage was great! Definitely my go to for pizza from now on when Iโ€™m in the area!

Great little spot with pretty good prices. If you're looking for another spot with giant, double plate-sized slices, you won't be disappointed! One slice will satisfy most anyone. The pizza itself is good, with great toppings and sauce. The crust had a bit more flop than I usually like, but that is personal preference. Overall, Why Not Pizza is a great establishment with friendly workers and great pizza. Don't forget to check out the ice cream shop attached to it! The birthday cake flavor is delicious.

Delicious! I ordered a large pizza and the toasted ravioli, it was a good portion, well packaged and very tasty. Per slice is the same cost as the pizza back in my hometown and this has quickly become my favorite local pizza place. Slices are big and won't disappoint, they're not too greasy either.

Just ordered the pepperoni and cheese...so damn good. The chef salad is amazing. And, the carrot cake is sublime.

The restaurant is always very clean. Pizza here is phenomenal! By the slice is a full meal. A complete pie is an awesome deal. Either way you receive a lot of quality food for a reasonable price. They have a variety of dishes to chose from, and their cashier / waitress is attentive and beyond pleasant.

Pretty darn good thin-crust pizza in the Hickory Grove area. Maybe not the absolute best in the Queen City, but certainly way above average. Don't let the inauspicious strip-mall facade deter you. Prices are reasonable, too. Update: Maybe the best, yes! And I love that chill-out lounge music in the background. Sweet.

This pizza place was recommended to us to try being new to the area and it is now one of our favorites! The slices are HUGE!!!!!!!!!! Iโ€™m a pizza eater and can really throw back some pieces of pizza, but I could only manage one of these bad boys! SO DELICIOUS! Canโ€™t wait to order again.

I got the Philly and it was sooooo salty. I couldnโ€™t finish it. Iโ€™d go back but Iโ€™d prob stick with pizza or one of the oven baked dishes. They have a connected ice cream shop, I didnโ€™t try any this visit but made a mental note to go back and check em out since the flavors looked to be tasty.

I moved from New York 3 years ago and I have had โ€œNew York โ€œ from four different places. They all sucked until NOW! Why Not Pizza serves a true โ€œNew York โ€œ pizza. Paper thin delicious crust, excellent tomato sauce, tasty cheese make this a true NY pizza. Once you go to Why Not Pizza you will never go back to your old pizza place.

Nice pizza shop with good pizzeria style pizza and then you can grab a scoop for dessert right next door. Glad they are in my neighborhood!

A few months back, the first visit and order was great. After that, my pizza orders have gone downhill to horrible. I always order pizza by the slice. The sauce is dried out and the cheese was absolutely overcooked or barely there. I ordered two slices. My gut told me not to order from there after the last two times my pizza was tough. Against my better judgment, today I ordered slices that looked like they were from last night and straight out of the refrigerator. I ordered around 11:30am, so the pizza slices should have been fresh and reheated. All the toppings on the supreme pizza slice were not hot and the mozzarella cheese was not melted. Even Sbarro gets it right. Today was my last visit. The fries were full of oil. AND THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT. How can you smile at me and give me a box full of cold and old food? "Here you go, baby."

I always order pizza from here but I usually pick it up. This is the second time that I ordered for delivery and it was on point but tonightโ€™s pizza was horrible! It was very dry with no sauce at all I can taste is the dough, oil and cheese the dough was tough and hard to chew. Only the first two bites were ok.It really tasted like it was a pie that someone didnโ€™t pick up. I normally love the pizza I even eat the crust because it was very soft. I will order again but I think Iโ€™ll go and pick it up instead. I even pulled the cheese of and where is the sauce?

Have been to Why Not Pizza a few times and always had a great experience. The Pizza is very good but today I had a HORRIBLE customer service experience with the cashier Vanessa. I ordered a slice of pepperoni and a slice of pepperoni and basil. Initially she only rang in one Pizza, so I had to correct her. I got back to work which luckily is next door and realized that my food was wrong. I took it back and explained to Vanessa that it was wrong. She then proceeds to tell me that since I was on the phone that I placed the wrong order. I am not incompetent by far and explained to her that I should not have to pay the extra 60 cents because she got the order wrong and I had to come all the way back up there. It's not about the money but I feel she was very rude especially when she asked me if I want it or not because I was getting a free slice of pizza since they had to remake it. This type of customer service is what's wrong with the younger generation now. I will not be back when she is there.

New York cheese slices are good. Veggie slices well thatโ€™s different. They make the pizza and then put on veggies. Not authentic. It must be stuck to the melted cheese. Today is 16 October and I ordered 12 inch chicken philly. I have one question. Where do they put vinegar and oil on a philly??? A liquid mess. Wow. Thanks.

I love the pizzas in this place, they are so rich and thin, just the way I like them, the girl in the front is super nice and very kind, the wings of why not pizza are my weakness if they are not from why not pizza I don't eat it, I love it that everything is homemade even the ice creams are too rich personally I like the strawberry cheesecake and the double chocolate caramel are my favorites. The ice cream girl is super nice and attentive. I love this place.

Great pizza! Crust was thin with a nice crunch, but still a little fluffy. Not over cooked. Decent sauce. Would love it if they added more seasoning to the sauce or a garlic rub on the crust, but that's personal preference. My partner got a gluten free crust and had no reactions from cross contamination like we've had issues with at other pizza places.

Lemon pepper wings and cheese sticks. These are actually mozzarella sticks, they taste like they were frozen (wouldnโ€™t order again). I paid a little over $15 for my order. The wings were flavored pretty good. You get a small container of dipping sauce with your order.
