The only positive thing is getting the keys very easily in the keys box with no need to wait at the reception, every thing else is so dirty. This is a photo for the toilet when i arrived. The floor is brocken, cracks whenever u walk on.. the sheets smell very bad, mattress is old and very uncomfortable. Th building is dirty. At night a lot of noise in the building as if the door is made of paper. Couple of young guys were very loud, very annoying.

Stay away from these people. Just a few hours before check-in, we received an email through booking to confirm we cancelled the reservation. Since we just landed in Berlin (so, no way we could be the one to cancel), I directly called the apartment asking for clarification. They told me my husband's name was not present in their booking and they had no idea what happened. I called Booking just to realize icke apartments was the one to cancel for overbooking! Quite strange to call for an overbooking when my reservation was placed 5 months prior! We called multiple times again, since not only they cancelled but lied and didn't even bother to help us finding alternatives. The lady on the phone was absolutely unhelpful and kept telling us "there is nothing I can do". At some point, as we kept pushing for some help and blame them for an absolute lack of interest for their costumers, she even started pretending she couldn't speak English anymore! In the end, we were forced to book somewhere else and pay double the price. Stay away from these scammers with no respect for costumers and spend your money somewhere else.

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION! We have made and PAID the reservation well in advance (6 weeks) and less than 24 hrs BEFORE our check-in they cancelled our stay. When I called in to get more information I was told someone would reach out to us within 10 minutes, never got a call back. ABSOLUTELY DISASTROUS customer support. Do not recommend.

The wifi was bad/didn't work but apart from that everything was LOVELY. We were allowed to check in early at 9am free of charge and I even left my iPad in the room after check out and got it back. The people were super friendly and the location was great. Would 1000% go back

The place and rooms are perfect for that price, hotel is quiet . Clean bedsheets and towels, tv, kitchen accessories and wifi was functioning great.

This was the worst hotel on my whole experience. Very untidy, the room was ‘renovated’ so so ugly. I couldn’t even sleep there and had to look for something else in the nearby. The locations is good tho.

Building for sure needs bigger renovation, especially floors are looking like after serious flooding. On the stairs it smells marihuana. Beside that it's a acceptable (maybe a bit icky), economical place for short stay. The advantages are great localization - like 15 minutes on foot from Berlin ZOB, metro nearby, Charlottenburg Palace and park in 15 minutes walk and affordable grocery store on the corner. There is a small elevator, but still you have to use stairs to get there. I wouldn't recomend it to people who have trouble with moving.

Rooms are very clean. Service is unique. Location is very convenience.

Stayed there for 6 nights. Horrific Wi-Fi connection, not always hot water and no TV channels, just netflix. On the plus side, it's located in a great neighborhood and there's a nearby metro station. The city centre is about 25-30 minutes via U-Bahn.
