Both doctors are really good, but the organization of the practice is absolute chaos! You can NEVER reach anyone by phone and you always have to answer the phone. Sometimes you wait more than 24 hours for a response. There is no online appointment booking (welcome to the 21st century...). For a PCR test I was left outside in the freezing cold for 45 minutes (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) because I was forgotten on the waiting list to set. Of course I couldn't reach anyone by phone, as only the answering service was answered. Nobody hears the doorbell ringing either. I forgave them for this incident because mistakes are human (even if the cold was the absolute worst). But things got a lot worse after that: My partner was tested positive for Corona and despite other health problems, no one answered after numerous messages on the voicemail and emails. At some point an employee calls back and just talks back cheekily. He sees no reason to call in sick (despite symptoms!!!) and can't even tell me when the doctor will call back. Is this good management? This is a DIRTY STORE!!!! We have now found a new family doctor and will never come back. It's also a shame that my trust is broken after such a long time...
