The worst service I have ever come across. Absolutely no respect for a customer! After signing the contract, the staff and the manager Sarah Engels could not care less about your problems. I would not recommend her or her shop to anyone.

Wurde heute neu eröffnet, habs gesehen als ich bei Roßmann rauskam. Hatte eh noch diesen komischen Brief von meiner Hausverwaltung im Kopf das ich bald kein TV mehr habe. Alles gar nicht so dramatisch, kriege jetzt TV über Vodafone und ist sogar günstiger als ich dachte. Super nettes neues Team! Danke für Eure Zeit und nette Beratung.

There was this Ukrainian employee couldn't read his name as it was hidden and when asked he did not say it. It started with the letter "I". Despite us being there asking him to help us completely refused to do anything and we just wanted to restore the home internet. We requested him to help but he completely refused and even said that no company in Germany could help us with internet. He said that only German citizens or residents could get internet. Then a few shops away we went to T-Mobile and the amazing people there with a welcoming smile on their face helped us and provided us with amazing service and now we finally have an awesome internet. Never going to Vodafone in Germany for internet ever again!

Had to get a SIM card as I am visiting Berlin. Gentleman helping was very friendly at all times, even when I ended my trip to get a refund on my unused credit. Unfortunately, not his doing, they can only credit any unused money into a Germany bank account. This is disappointing for a company like Vodafone. Should be able to do a refund to a credit card used when paying.

The worst and unfriendly stuff ever seen. I am waiting internet for my life for 4 months and they still didn’t send me any e mail or confirmation or information about process. When went to get there the manager told me that I can’t cancel my internet ( which is not even start ) because they have to fix first of all! I can’t apply for other internet for now I am waiting for response. Nobody couldn’t find it out and plus even this their fault but they are so arrogant and rude people working there. Never go there! Never Vodafone! The most disgusting customer service in Berlin! I will chase my right as a customer. Next level is gonna be on the court!!!!

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, den Vodafone Service Shop zu besuchen, und ich bin begeistert von meiner Erfahrung. Der Kundenservice war erstklassig und das Personal äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und geduldig, als sie mir bei meinen Fragen zur Auswahl des richtigen Tarifs geholfen haben. Sie nahmen sich die Zeit, um alle Optionen zu erklären und sicherzustellen, dass ich die bestmögliche Lösung für meine Bedürfnisse fand. Die gesamte Atmosphäre im Shop war professionell und einladend. Alles war gut organisiert, und der Shop war sauber und ordentlich. Die Abwicklung meines Anliegens war schnell und effizient, was meine Zeit sehr geschätzt wurde. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit meinem Besuch im Vodafone Service Shop und kann ihn ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen. Dieses Team verdient wirklich Lob für ihre exzellente Arbeit und ihren herausragenden Kundenservice!

NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! Bei Vertragsabschluß wird NICHT auf Anschlußpreis hingewiesen. Bei Problemen verweist der blonde Jüngling von nicht allzu großer Wuchshöhe darauf, dass nur der Vodafone Mitarbeiter helfen könnte, bei dem man den Vertrag abgeschlossen hätte. Oder die Hotline. Unterirdisch!!!

Heute, am Weltfrauentag, hat sich Frau Zülal Ucar die Zeit genommen, um einen neuen Router zu installieren und sämtliche, digitalen Einzelgeräte entsprechend neu einzustellen. Ich bin begeistert und sage auf diesem Weg: „Herzlichen Dank!“
