    The employees have to have a lot of patience, whichever they do. It's really not easy to serve customers who don't speak German or English.     This is the worst possible insurance you can choose. It is overpriced, service is slow, processes are overcomplicated. The so-called benefits mostly do not function (like the Meine AOK app or receiving discounts when using a fitness device), communication is spare and one-sided (enquiries being routinely left unanswered). Choosing this insurance was the worst possible choice I could have made, it only led to countless problems and a great amount of frustration. To make matters worse, even my transition to another insurance has been made as slow as possible, so I feel like I am stuck with this horrible service. No positive experiences with AOK whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

    The receptionist was so unfriendly, or rather really cheeky. She had no idea either. I don't know why a person like that gets paid for this. I needed confirmation that I was my mother's carer, she said that there was no such thing and that she couldn't confirm whether I was actually caring for her because she wasn't there. I've never heard such an illogical answer. The next day I drove to the AOK on Hauptstrasse, where I was warmly welcomed and told that they would send it to me by post.

    The lady at reception with the short blonde haircut showed regrettable incompetence. She confronted people in front of us who could not express themselves clearly because of their migration background. All we wanted was a membership certificate for the university, which can usually be easily downloaded digitally via my AOK. Since my brother didn't have his login details yet, I politely asked her to print them out for us and showed her two examples of membership certificates. Instead of helping, she claimed that my brother, despite not being employed, had to first get student insurance before she could issue the certificate. This was incomprehensible to me as I had never experienced such a case. Despite my explanation, she reacted annoyed and loudly with the words: “Then sit down and spend your next 2 hours sitting, maybe someone can help you afterwards.” Frustrated, we immediately left the branch.     Best AOK service Center in Berlin , I don't speak german their was employee specifically for english and Turkey speaking. If something is not in their hand they contact respective AOK folks and get things done that was really good.
