Decided to try again after bad experience, wish I didn't! Besides the expensive prices for barely slipped together tacos with little meat, the cheese wraps were half shell and half cheese, not cheese throughout. My cheese potatoes were more cheese then potatoes and what little potatoes were there were hard and dry. The food was cold and there was freaking hair in some of my tacos that I threw out.. Waste of money!

I came here 45 minutes before closing with my wife and kids in the car. Looking for some food on a road trip, only thing open. After being told that we could only order through GrubHub, Uber eats or DoorDash, while waiting in the drive through. We tried to speak to the manager and still order through one of the apps, but he yelled at us and cursed at us. His name is Richard and he sarcastically told us to talk to the manager or whoever the superior is. In my reasonable view this behavior from a manager is not acceptable. I know there are videos as evidence of this incident and I urge a manger to look at this. Customers should not be treated like this. This review is hopefully the first part of remedying whatever issue among your staff caused this. Somebody needs to reach out to me directly and let me know that something has been done as a result of this.

**This review is solely for the limited time wings** FYI - tried their wings that are new on the menu. They slap. Taco Bell doing wings is a strange concept but they did not fail this assignment. You get a box of 5 wings and a side of ranch for $5.99. Although the wings are small, they are very crispy and fried hard, which in my opinion is the key to a good wing. There’s no frills - just 5 wings in a nondescript brown box, no sides. The ranch is good too - although it’s supposed to be spiced, it’s not spicy, it’s more on the tangy side. The wings themselves are well seasoned and moist - which is good because some places give you wings that are desiccated, crunchy, and dry, which takes away from the meatiness of it. I could tell they were made fresh. Would recommend. Can’t even lie, Taco Bell did that. 🔔

Service is very slow, drive through is fine but if you decide to not sit in your car and eat and want to actually sit inside be prepared for a long wait. My order was messed up, didn't bother trying to get it fixed as I listened to a manager tell a customer they only had 2 workers and were solely focused on drive thru customers and labor costs. This is generally my go to Tacobell while I'm in Albemarle County but it seems customer service has gotten low and trying to cut every corner makes it seem like you don't care about customers... PS... Nacho cheese shouldn't be chunky being its all preservatives and comes from a bag... Also, your Mt Dew zero is out of syrup. You literally gave me yellow carbonated water.....

There was literally less than a tablespoon and a half of meat on the taco! Such a huge rip off! They couldn't even fill the drink that I paid for. I would check your food and demand they use the correct amount of meat in your food. Fast food is expensive and this is unacceptable! The last photo is on their main page, clearly false advertising.

Love this place and we WILL return! They gave great service w a smile, friendly, and made some AWESOME chicken power bowls!!! They looked great and tasted great! The bowls we had were delicious! We 100% recommend this location!

I placed an online order for pickup at the drive through. When I got to the drive through I was told it wasn't ready and was asked to pull into the parking lot and they would bring it out. After about 10 minutes I went into the store to see what the problem was and I could not find anyone working in the front, but did see my order sitting on the counter. I confirmed it was my order on the ticket and took it home. Every single item was wrong, even the sauces. And not a little. Completely wrong types of food. The food itself was inedible. The potatoes were so hard and dried out I can only think they were left from the other day and I could not choke them down. Total waste of time and money, this store should be ashamed.

Not sure how you mess up chips and cheese but this place figured it out! Chips tasted burnt most likely from old oil. Ordered two chicken soft tacos and two regular soft tacos after bringing to their attention they forgot the regulars they informed me they weren’t put in the order instead beefs where substituted with chicken, ok but instead of fixing it at the window they wanted me to get back in line to reorder gtfo!

I had the chicken burrito with the ranch sauce and it was the yummiest thing! So very pleasantly surprised that I'm a huge fan of their fries as well. I'll be back. The team members are nice as well, very professional and attentive.

This is by far my favorite taco bell the staff is always nice and friendly and they move pretty fast even wen they are packed food is always hot and fresh this is my go to I suggest the chicken chalupa supreme

Slow, slow. But the staff were friendly and all the food was perfect. But the wS no one there so was not sure why it was so slow. Also it’s like 88 degrees inside this is crazy how warm it is

This taco bell used to have tons of issues putting orders together correctly often giving completely wrong menu items, but recently it's improved a lot on that regard

Went here around 11 pm on Feb 1st. Had a custom order, was hot, tasted as expected, and the drive-thru attendant was not only nice but helpful. So whoever that guy is deserves recognition, thanks.

This place is poorly ran. The night crew do not know how to run a drive thru. They keep telling people they can't order and can only help people delivering food for Grubhub, Ubereats, and Doordash. And even if your a delivery driver, after waiting almost an hour in the drive thru your told they didn't make your order yet and you have to circle back and get in line. This place needs some training or additional help for nights. Very very poor service

Go elsewhere not only do they take forever to prepare your order they always get it wrong. Hire all new staff immediately if not sooner.
