Great coffee! Stopped by before visiting Monticello and ordered an Americano. They roast their own medium roast espresso coffee beans. It had a good flavor.

These guys make some excellent espresso based drinks. I love taking some time to read while sipping Mochas, Lattes, and coffee and this place doesn't disappoint. It's not a great food spot. Purely a coffee stop. Which is no problem because the greater downtown area nearby has a ton of food options.

We had 2 iced lattes! They were awesome! We had tried a few other coffee joints in the area and Lone Light was far above!

Great little coffee and pie shop. Stopped in on a cold day and got a latte and a snack. Highly recommend for walking around in downtown Charlottesville for anyone to stop in and have some delicious pie and coffee

Best pie I have had in YEARS! The coffee is also top-notch. It's hard to find a place that makes a traditional macchiato, but they nailed it.

The matcha latte was perfect! The small savory hand pies are amazing too. I wish I’d gotten a slice of the dessert pies to go but it was too early for that much sugar. I’ll be back to try them. Very kind staff as well.

Espresso drinks are fantastic. Staff is lovely and takes a lot of pride in their craft. Space is chill, sleek, modern and begs you to linger.
