Family owned, quality work and lovely service. Highly skilled in their trade, they have repaired numerous pieces of fine jewelry for me as well as my mother. Also, they don't overcharge and are quite reasonable as far as cost goes.

I went to Tuel Jewelers to get a 102 year old heirloom engagement ring resized a week before my wedding after another jeweler said it was too old and delicate to be done. Mary was so kind, helpful, and accommodating, and really went above and beyond in her customer service. I knew it was a long shot to get the ring resized with replacement prongs in the time needed but she made it happen! I picked it up truly on the way back from my hair and makeup appointment and nearly cried tears of joy when I got my ring from Mary. It was beautiful work and having this heirloom for my wedding ceremony really made my day. I highly recommend them!

If it’s metal or it ticks, they can fix it! I brought in a broken brass menorah thinking it would be a reach for them to take it, and it turns out that they repair them all the time! They were very skilled and professional and the turn around time for the repair is not bad at all! They also changed a watch battery while I waited and for a very fair price!

This is one of the last of its kind small mom and pop atmosphere. The store is perfect for your jewelry and watch repairs and purchases.
