Great place for the family or friends. Fun festivals but also plenty of food and drink choices. Good jump-off point to the walking mall.

This is a delightful and creative space! My daughter and I happened on a kids pop up event where she was able to paint and bop along to funky music, all while being inspired by the public art work. Don’t miss the **FABULOUS** on-site Immersive Art exhibit, The Looking Glass!

Wow! This was a Roadside America find that mentioned the Love Butt and the park is just amazing. In addition to the art installations all over the park, there are food and drink places, a ballet studio and something called Fire and Ice. Not sure what the latter was but it looked like a sauna in a hobbit home shaped round barrel and some tubs out front that I can only assume had cold water. The art installations in the park are great. I'm not sure if the underwear lines on the love but are new or a trick of the light on the angles of the concrete, but the continuity editor should have realized that the tattoo can't be on the butt and the underwear. IMHO. There is a chrome Goliath on top of a building, a walking planter, and a tower of books that is a free library as well. I would recommend this as an afternoon to evening place to spend a few hours or just a 15 minute stop on your way through. It is well worth the detour off 29 to go see it.

First time at this venue. It’s definitely worth more return visits to explore more fully! What drew me here today was the Fae and Renaissance festival, which was well attended by a delightful array of interestingly adorned and bedecked creatures of the realm. I look forward to more of these types of events :)

An immersive art park that ignites one's creativity and opens your eyes to others' artistic abilities. Open 24 hours a day, the free sculpture and mural park is located behind Three Notched Brewery. We enjoyed walking through and admiring the sculptures and art. Some murals were obstructed, and that may have been because we visited on off hours during the week, but that did not hamper our enjoyment. It's an interesting place that is continually evolving and worth a walk through if you are in the immediate area.

Appreciate the little bit of art there was. Need a little sprucing up. Thought it would be more to look at. Got a LOVE sign though, too as to my collection.

Super fun art park! Got the chance to tour The Looking Glass exhibit! I really was hoping it would be bigger and more interactive, but it was cool to see and experience!

Today was the first Sunset Market and we really loved it! I hope in the future to see more food trucks or other actual food vendors, but it was a nice night and we had a great time! We especially loved the free art project!

Very cool spot. The art installation is fun. Tea time was good. Comparison to Meow Wolf seems obvious but the budget and space differences are massive. Especially liked the sauna and cold plunge! A completely unexpected bonus so bring your bathing suit ; )

This is a very interesting place that is continually growing and evolving. It’s current iteration includes a weekly farmers market, 4 restaurants including a brewery, live music, lots of cool and sometimes weird outdoor art, an immersive art space, and more. The restaurants are Brazo’s Tacos, Lampo 2Go, North American Sake Brewery, and Three Notched Craft Kitchen & Brewery.

It was a great experience. Got some fresh farm produce!! I went for the first time here. There are less vendors but the fresh produces are so great. I wish there were more food items as well.

What a wonderful experience! The work and creativity shines through every aspect of the park. So happy we were able to visit during our trip to Charlottesville. After going through the exhibit you're able to make your own art! They even had a vending machine of art made by the Boys & Girls Club--fun for a great cause!

Cool art park with cool art on the outside and inside! I feel a lot of people only come for the outside murals and are missing out on the exhibit inside!! Definitely make sure to take part of the immersive exhibit inside; it's really fun, unique, and there's a nice bar at the end 😜

Maybe in it's early days it was better but it seemed more like a place people come to drink and party at the nearby restaurants and hang out. Don't get me wrong that some of the art wasn't good. It just was not an art park. It is currently a party place.

Not much to see, we went on a weekday. Recommended only if you are in the area.

This place is so beautiful!! The artwork, the community, the businesses, it gives a person hope to see the beauty in the local art and to see families enjoying the area. I went here to go to The North American Sake brewery, which was also a very pleasant and unique experience.

I went twice this month. Once to tour the exhibits and the next for pride. Such a great place for kids and families.

This was a truly unique and fun experience! My daughter and I always try to find something fun and different to do when we are out of town, and The Looking Glass fulfilled the bill beautifully. We had never heard of an immersive art exhibit, so we weren't sure exactly what to expect. It was delightful. Every time we visited a space we saw something new and exciting. So much creativity in one space. They even have opportunity for you to show some of your own creativity. The staff were so nice. I wish we lived closer so we could go again, but if we revisit Charlottesville, we will definitely come back!!

Wow! One of a kind and so cool. I could spend all day here! Grab a cocktail from the bar and cut your own poem out of a book. Kid friendly

We took our 2 year old granddaughter here who loved it so much she turned right around on the playground and ran back to go in again. We adults had just as much fun and loved it. Thank you and weβ€˜ll be back!
