We
stayed
at
Seawinds
Cottages
back
in
2016
and
again
a
couple
of
weeks
ago
with
the
new
owners,
Kelly
&
Ian
Drummond.
When
we
arrived,
Kelly
&
Ian
had
a
little
Island
treat
waiting
for
us
which
was
nice
but
there
was
also
a
Welcome
note
handwritten
tucked
in
with
the
treats.
That
was
a
very
nice
personal
touch.
Ian
had
reached
out
to
make
sure
that
we
had
everything
we
needed
and
was
around
in
the
days
to
follow
checking
with
each
cottage
group
to
make
sure
everyone’s
stay
was
going
well.
We
had
to
cut
our
stay
short
as
the
forecasts
were
predicting
that
our
home
province
might
fall
into
the
path
of
Hurricane
Lee
which
was
disappointing.
The
cottages
are
in
a
great
location
for
both
Cavendish
and
Brackley
Beaches.
The
weather
wasn’t
great
while
we
were
there
but
we
did
watch
one
beautiful
sunset.
The
Hunter
River
is
right
there
with
all
of
its
natural
beauty,
which
provides
for
lots
of
birds,
like
the
bald
eagle
we
were
able
to
photograph
one
morning
from
our
deck.
We
also
were
able
to
capture
a
photo
of
a
fox
in
the
Cavendish
National
Park.
It
was
a
short
but
great
stay.
There
is
no
place
like
PEI.
