I visited the store in Halifax Shopping Center and I was very disappointed with the service and the staff. Never come back. I visited the first time and got a good experience, but the shoes were so tight when I tried at home, so I come back to buy new shoes or change to a bigger size. However, I was unlucky on that day when I visited them on Sunday and maybe it was a very busy day for them, so the staff's behavior was very rude. Except 1 girl was nice, the rest was terrible, including the supervisor, they were cranky when I didn't hear well and asked again, or asked more about the products. From their attitude and their voice, I can feel they don't love their job and treat customers like garbage. They even lost the boots I left at the counter to change the size and said I didn't give back, when they found it, no apology at all. So I returned it and didn't want anything more, then thing was even worse when their return system didn't work until 3 pm, 1 hour later :( . Such a very bad experience at a shoe store, while I have a lot of better choices in other stores around.

I ordered a pair of shoes, but they don’t come to my address. So, go to this aldo store for refund my money or to buy another pair of shoes. All the staff behavior is very disappointed they are very rude and disrespectful. Talk to the manager but, she is also racist. This is the worst experience I’ve in Canada. The all people working at this store are stereotype 😡👎👎 dot go to this store ever.

Visited the store and encountered unfriendly staff who were unwilling to assist. Particularly, one specific girl was rude. Despite the good quality of the footwear, the overall experience was disappointing. We'll be avoiding this place in the future

Today, I went shoe shopping after work at the HSC, because my shoe got a hole in them while walking home. I went to 5 of the shoe stores before I went to this one, and everyone mainly gave me a cold shoulder or didn't greet me and seemed really really uninterested in helping me. When I came into this store. The associate her name is Josephine, was super super kind-hearted and helped me pick out some shoes. It look forever to find my size, but I didn't get just one pair. I bought two. I will for sure come back to this Aldo, as long as she is working and make it a lot of fun. Thank you again Josephine for all your help, I super appreciate it. I tried to find out how to do a review online on the survey but couldn't find it. So this will also, do.

We bought the shoe and the size was not perfect, we went to store for the change of size they told they do not have the size we will help you with online. I got agreed but we did not received it for 15 days and due to that we visited store again they told that you can inquire in customer care . Customer care answers us that they do not 11 no shoe in any of the store ,so we asked for refund but again it's been a month we applied for refund and we have not got it. Very poor service from stre and customer care .

I got some super cool stuff today at great prices not to mention great customer service and friendly.

Nov 24, I had an excellent experience at this store in the Hfx Shopping Centre. I was in Brown's at the shopping centre which was not a great experience. The clerk at Aldo was very helpful and helped me find what I was looking for..a comfortable pair of boots. Love them. Thumbs👍up. She was very personable as well. The other clerk was helpful as well. Thank you. I'll be back.

Ordered a pair of heels waiting for them to be shipped for 2 weeks and received no shipping email so I went on the live chat to figure out what is going on. My package was "lost" when it never shipped to begin with and I needed these shoes by the end of the month so I could have been looking elsewhere had I known they were never going to ship.
