Although it's a standard McDonald's the restaurant offers more than the usual. There is a large car park with electric car charging points, outdoor McDonald's gym and seating. Inside is modern and clean with interactive gaming tables in children's area. Food was quick and hot!

Absolutely appalling. All I ordered was a filet o fish meal. I waited 20 mins for it. Despite being the only customer ordering to Eat-In. The reason they’re service was snail-speed slow was simply because they prioritised their deliveries over customers. When they gave me my food they didn’t even apologise for the delay. Bad service. Never coming back for a meal, normally just used this place for a quick coffee. Never realised that their food service was slow. Last time it was busy and I waited for 20 mins for a coffee. But when I’m the only one here ordering why do I need to wait 20 mins for? Oh and when I got my order the fries were cold. Waste of money. Asked for a refund or new fries but no one batted an eye. Wow. Pathetic. Could I raise a zero star review please, on service and overall satisfaction?

We've been going to this McDonalds for years now and there's 1 problem. Yesterday, There was lots of flies inside! We had to go and sit outside because we couldn't stand it! It's been happening up to 2 years now. And it's Still not resolved!! If you zoom in you can see some. Should rename it 'McFly.'

Late Saturday afternoon visit, busy but not over crowded. A very pleasant visit. No queues to order, space at a clean table, polite and helpful staff. We were able to order all items we wanted (including mikkshakes) , our food arrived promptly and was as expected....a flawless all-around service. Thank you!

Ordered from just eat spent £30 received complete wrong order with absolutely nothing I actually ordered, food was freezing and disgusting. This is the second time this has happened. Order was only worth £20 so been robbed of a tenner and good food. Would not recommend ordering through just eat as they never seem able to get your order correct they’re just absolutely rubbish

The food and service were good. We did go through the drive thru, and there were only 2 of us, and it didn't seem busy. We still had to wait a short while. Oh, and I couldn't hear the lady very well when ordering sounded like she was trapped in a loo. We didn't go in, so I can't comment on the atmosphere.

Not going through drive through again!! Went through just for a quick coffee and the woman on duty left me hanging and let through several other cars at the other order station! Next time I went through.. ordered a meal deal... not rocket science that includes 2 food items... had to wait extra... up the motorway I realised not given a hash brown!!! And it was on my receipt. Give up. Useless service

It's a McDonald's, food is as you would expect. I don't go often but do love a Big Mac and their fries are excellent. This place has the most polite manager I've ever met at a Maccy D's who offered to take my rubbish when I was leaving! What more can I say? You can't go wrong.

Went to get Veggie wrap around 09.45pm and restaurant was getting closed around 10pm due to some issues on 22.08.2023, order was taken on drive through as usual and money too. When i got to the window to collect the food, I was told by crew member that i have to go n wait on the other window so that he can serve others behind me. So I was waiting and waiting till 10.15 pm. Then I reversed my car back to ask what’s happening to my order, they were shocked as it was all closed. And i only got veggie wrap and not meal. I paid for full meal and not got it. And i also didn't git refund as I was told it was closing counter. I just didn't wanted to to argue but i drove off absolutely furious. This was my worst experience and absolute poor service standards. Not going back to this place anymore.

I’m just here to speaking about Fenda the shift manager service! She has by far the best customer service so far. My fries had been forgotten from my order and Fenda went above and beyond to fix the situation. Again thank you again Fenda for your service!!

Took extra long to get my order. Only four of us but it took 25 mins to get out food. Much bigger druvethrou orders where going out faster than our counter order and all the orders that were after us big and small going out before mine. I spoke to the staff and didn't even get an apology just was told ours was on the grill ????

I took my granddaughter's for lunch following horse riding lesson! Service was fast, food hot and looked well presented. The girls enjoyed their meal. It was very busy in there so atmosphere not that good, people coming and going constantly!!

I don’t know what kind of staff you employ but it’s clearly ones that can’t even read. Can’t even get the basics of there job correct 😂

Great when the full menu is available. For instance, twice visited and no coffee. Also variously received buttered jam muffin, with no butter, no jam or neither!

No milkshakes or hot chocolate available. The collection parking spot didn't work. Everything else was lovely though :)
