Dined
last
night
with
my
husband.
I
ordered
a
30
day
aged
8oz
Fillet.
It
was
the
worst
cut
of
fillet
I
have
ever
had,
and
left
over
half
of
it
due
to
gristle
and
fat,
it
was
not
good.
By
the
time
the
waitress
had
come
across
my
husband
had
completely
finished
and
I
had
eaten
the
sides.
She
offered
another
one
but
I
am
not
going
to
sit
and
eat
on
my
own….
A
discount
of
10%
was
given
equating
to
£3,
for
perhaps
5oz
of
steak
which
was
returned
to
the
kitchen.
Service
was
very
slow
but
the
waitress
was
nice,
I
would
suggest
she
was
under
staffed
for
the
tables
she
was
looking
after.
This
is
the
2nd
time
(in
a
row)
for
a
poor
cut
of
meat
at
an
‘Award
Winning’
Steak
House
hence
I
am
now
leaving
a
review.
I
hope
Miller
and
Carter
take
this
on
board
and
improve
as
I
have
been
a
customer
for
many
years
and
it
takes
a
lot
for
me
to
write
a
review.
It
is
not
a
cheap
place
to
eat,
and
I
expect
better.
Very
disappointing
and
I
will
not
be
visiting
again
soon.
