5* for fish and chips in my opinion. Chips are never soggy. The portions are very generous for the price too. Get a bit of attitude from the young girl(s) serving sometimes, but the owner is a lovely chap.

I was lost and went in for directions. The most beautiful lady ive ever seen helped me. Such a friendly place and the best fish and chips I ever had too.

Very disinterested serving staff need to be politer they need to understand we pay their wages.

Really friendly staff, and had amazing cod and chips. Lovely battered halumi plus chicken meat. Prices have creeped up like most places with kids meal now £4.70.

Only been a few times when passing, but dish out a rockin scallop in a batch!!! If they are anything to go by, then everything else will be bangin!!!

It is OK, nothing special but the food is on par with the price.

Normally very good, but after ordering tonight the fish were on the border of dry, and the chips were old, dry and cold, the worst we have ever had in in 0 years. I collected at 6pm, and think the chips had been done at 5pm. NOT the usual standard I am afraid. Time to up standards.

Friday special with Chips, peas and a pie. Good portions. Always have a good chat with the server.

Fish and chips and the kebab are good. Staff are friendly.
