Love Dunelm, they sell everything for a home - any room including garden, lots of choices of colours, styles, patterns for everyone’s taste. Especially they beddings, curtains, and kitchen stuffs. There is a cafe in store but iv never tried it myself. Prices range is flexible, can get something on budget with great quality most tone, offers are always on. This particular store offers free parking, including disabled parking spaces, believe it’s 4 hours, many cafes, restaurants, Asda & Costco, and other clothes and home stores nearby. The only issue is location, it can be really busy to get in or out of the shopping areas at weekends, but the store is wonderful.

Wanted to check sizes and costs of two curtains. Easily found on shelf, sized and costed. Need to check drop and amount of turn up before purchasing. Clean and helpful staff wih easy parking made visit pleasant.

First time visiting this Dunelm branch but was very impressed with the range of goods available and even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon. There was still plenty of staff available with no real long waiting to pay. The only slight criticism would be the in store cafe was very limited with range of food available at lunch with pre packed sandwiches being over priced in my opinion.

Good home products. Wide choice. A bit high on prices. Look out for discounted products. With the buy.

Have been ringing Thurmaston shop every few minutes for the past 1 1/4hours, but no-one answers the phones! Do they want sales? We intended to spend in the region of £4000, but if this is an indication of their quality of service, we shall be looking to go elsewhere!

Visited the cafe for lunch today, it was very busy but lots of tables were taken up just full of empty plates and cups. The tables were not cleared at all while we was there. We qued for a long time to be served, the staff serving were friendly and helpful but clearly understaffed which lets the cafe down, the food was delicious it's just a shame the overall experience wasn't up to the usual standards.

Loved coming here on boxing day sales! Managed to get a big discount on things. Definitely worth a trip!

A wide selection of homeware, the quality is good and prices are reasonable. The shop has a lot of products in it and if you use a trolley it can we a bit tight if there are a lot of shoppers.

This low score is a reflection of one’s experience at the Leicester store. The products themselves no issue. However upon collecting several items from the click and collect point during the storm and rain of the new year I requested a bag to ensure my items remained dry. As they were just brought out and given to me loosely. I was told to get a bag I would need to join another / different queue of around 20 people merely to purchase a 10p bag. No issue with buying a bag as this is common practice at most places now, but after queuing in one area for my items to then make that request was quite frankly ludicrous. This needs to be looked at for future customers experience.

A reasonable sized shop with good parking, helpful staff and acceptable prices

A very crowded shop. Many items almost hidden from view and hard to find. Most frustratingly of all was a chronic lack of clear pricing. I found 5 items I would have bought but for lack of prices. I did make two successful purchases, which is the only reason I gave two stars and not one

Great store and has some nice product. Decent stock and the staff are helpful when you can actually one. Easy and convenient parking, and reasonable prices.

Great home ware shop and got a great bargain on luggage

Cater for all your home requirements. They have a sample of different duvet covers out across the shelves which gives us the right idea of what the duvet cover looks and feels like as the image on the back of the pack or online doesn't do it justice. It would be good to have more variety in store rather than only online. The only complaint I have is it is almost impossible to get hold of a customer advisor near the bedding section.

What a pleasure it was to shop here this morning. The staff were so friendly and helpful and were quick to locate my specs when I left them on a shelf by mistake. Really good range of products and reasonably priced. The coffee and cake were delicious too. Thank you

Hadn't realise that they recycle old quilts/duvets here. Put yours in a bag, drop it off and they do the rest. Useful to know!

Great place for decorating stuff ,wallpaper and paint both wich are good quality at fantastic prices definitely shall look again before our next room needs decorating.

Once I'd park shopping here is great with good choice of items ,decorating department good choice of wallpaper and paint if not in stock ,they can be ordered at checkout possible for click and collect or home delivery,the pait swaTches are on sticky paper so you can stick on your wall to get a idea of colour of paint

Curtains- they got the measurements wrong! So no curtains for 6 weeks and still waiting to be fitted with correct curtain. They arranged another date but cancelled that at last minute and I am having to chase up. Still waiting and it is so difficult to get through to anybody. Poor service so far.....

Good place for household stuff and furniture, and has a nice cafe inside, feels good to browse and shop. Not the best prices though.

I bought some curtains for my daughter's room, not the best quality by far. Fitted them on so unable to return them now.

You can find a lot! The Staff is okey, they don't do welcoming 🙄 But can help you out finding some Things, and can help you our with exchange some bits, just sometimes you have to pay the Difference if you buy Expensive thing.

Easy to get there, plenty of parking spaces, had what we required, win-win situation. Checked out the rest of the shop and it looks like a return visit when time allows.

Our Made to Measure curtains &cushion covers order for our Lounge and Main Bedroom arrived for collection on Monday . . . I collected, unpacked, gathered, and put both pairs up . . . . We were not happy!!!!! . . . . WE WERE (and remain) ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED !!!!!! Thanks to everyone . . The pattern matching, seaming, finishing, and the 6 identically patterned cushion covers were a delight to see!!! Ten out of ten is simply nowhere near enough!!! WOW!!!! . . . Peter SIBSON, Bushby

A lovely store and fabulous customer service. Nilesh and James are a credit to the store, they helped find what we needed and helped to load the car too. Checkout staff were great, and the cafe is excellent too :)
