Nice enough shop but the staff are completely disinterested in assisting customers. We were stood waiting for someone to attend the tills as they were too busy standing in the customer service section moaning to each other about other members of staff. Some of them really need to question whether they are suited to a customer facing role.

Never have I been so humiliated! Rude aggressive so called duty manager. Her name is Louise but her manners are lousy. Refused to return a broken item as her ego seemed to have got the better of her. She does not understand consumer rights. Told me that if I use the item for business use then it is not covered under any guarantee!! Hilarious. Absolute rubbish! It was such a shame I left feeling humiliated because all the other staff are so nice and helpful. I like the store but this has put me off going again. Cheers Louise for a shocking experience.

Good selection of stock. The iceland isn't great, it's too small. My main problem is how rude some of the staff are to customers. They really need to learn to speak nicer to customers. I've witnessed this the last two visits.

I was interviewed by Mr Blobby so called the area manager, and I provided my contact number and email on the application. Unfortunately, Mr. Blobby didn't bother to send an a email, which would have taken less than a minute, to notify whether the candidate was successful or unsuccessful.

Awful service in the Loughborough store by an older lady named Carol. Never have I experienced such a rude member of staff in there. Took an item back that was faulty and she didn't want to help because I didn't have my receipt. I had the transaction on my bank statement and she had such an attitude and wouldn't return the item. She doesn't know the rights of a customer and needs training. I finally got the exchange but when I asked to speak to her manager, her attitude got worse and said "she's in a meeting so tough" I said I'd wait to which she replied "oh, gonna wait 2 hours are ya, don't think so" I couldn't believe her....all this infront of a small child and we were made to feel guilty over something that should have been such a simple thing to sort. I asked what her name was on the way out because she wasnt wearing her name badge and she said "I don't have to tell you that so I'm not" and walked off. I then asked a member of staff what her name was and he told me it was Carol. I have made a complaint to head office. She needs a job in a different area not retail....I've never witnessed such a grumpy woman in all my life. The Range needs to send her on an anger management course and customer service training..what a let down for the company. She also said "it's been bloody used" wellof course ut has, how else would we know it was faulty. To swear at a customer and I front of an innocent child is vile. She should be ashamed

I took my mum shopping there. I was really impressed with the depth of products in each department. I really enjoyed looking through the art section and found it quite difficult not to buy more than I originally intended. I think in the near future they will add a mezzanine floor to expand the store even more. The staff although busy had time to answer questions and were remarkably knowledgeable on their sections. Really old fashioned shopping in a modern store. (need another star ******) Update 06 Feb 23 The shelves are stacked higher, more choices. Why bother with city centres?

Shop felt fairly chaotic in comparison to Leicester store. All in all it is what it is. A range shop which had an Iceland in the middle of it. Found that a little strange. Twas an interesting experience

Massive array of things, you go in for one thing and end up coming out with things you didn't need, absolutely loads of Christmas items and brilliant light selection/display.

Always the best place for cheap bits and bobs. I needed some hooks and art materials. DIY and craft stuff under one roof. Easy.

It is not a good place to maintain bicycles. The brakes were disconnected when the rear tire was repaired. It is not a good place and I do not recommend dealing with it.

The staff were very cheerful and friendly, as well as helpful. I had a pleasant time at this store and enjoyed being assisted by Retail Assistant Lewis Roscoe.

Quiet time mid morning. Only place to stock cat litter wood chips in this area so we stocked up. Also bought a lovely picture frame at a reasonable price. There is an Iceland on site here now too.

This has everything and more. You will find most things here. Even though each area is specialised you will find a good selection and choice. I needed to get a pack of nuts and bolts. Some other shops did not have them. The Range did.

I brought a throw, it said it was £10.95, but when I checked my reciept when I got home, I'd been charged £12.99. So be careful to check before you leave. Service was good though

The range chain of stores are always a must to visit place . Which ever one you visit you are overwhelmed with the amazing must haves for your house . Whether it be functional things or their amazing stock of lovely decorations and trinkets for your home . Always an awesome place to visit but then the festive period starts and the range ups the stakes and blows you away with their displays . The range here in leicester is brilliant but occasionally we like to travel to Loughborough to the range there which is slightly bigger with a larger selection . However no getting away from how good the range is but if you really , really want transporting to another planet visit their headquarters/store in Plymouth which I have had the pleasure to do a few times . Unbelievable is all I can say .

Lots of choice for crafting if you like that. The Range is also very good at keeping up with what the current festive period is. The Halloween decorations are really good!

Cheapest candles in the world. A great loomed store with really useful stuff. The quality isn’t always the best the prices are cheap and it’s so much better than home bargains and Wilkos. Fully stocked with everything you can imagine. Just avoid the pet food. It’s awful, cheap and very unhealthy.

Wide 'Range' of products - very useful store. A few of the staff could show more interest yet other staff members are really helpful.

I am so upset. I purchased a birthday banner and it literally said ‘ H A P P Y R I R T H D A Y’. What on earth. What is happyrirthday. Can you not spell. Ruined my sons birthday and will not go here again for ANYTHING.

It's a good quality and reasonably priced store. You get the Iceland frozen stuff in here which is a good takeaway. They update a variety of seasonal stuff as well.

Sorry reduced to 5 stars. Was so excited to go, especially for craft items. Barely anything. But a very nice store, for everything else.

I'm so upset with the security at this store. Me and my husband have just moved to the area the other week and it's been quite stressful moving our lives across the country. My husband was leisurely looking in the store for a long time as he wanted to cut off from work. He is neurodivergent and can certainly take a long time around a shop. When he got to the check outs the security called him over and accused him of stealing. They said they saw him put something in his pocket. They asked him to empty his pockets. When my husband quite rightly decided the security gaurds were no way in their right to stop and search, they said they were going to call the police. I'm absolutely disgusted in the treatment of my vulnerable husband. An apology is much needed.

Shockingly poor customer service experienced from the store management team and from the website. Incorrect pricing that I was asked to prove by fetching the wrong price stand from within the store to ultimately being told "You pay the price on the till or you can put it back, it's up to you" Did not care at all in store. Reached out via the website which directed me back to the store management (I already know how that would go) so I tried a 'contact us' form that I took time and care to put together, to then get an instant reply saying 'Thanks for contacting us, we care about customer service but can you type everything out AGAIN on another similar form on our website please?' No I can't - you're not worth it. I'm half expecting them to contact me to ask me to go and change their incorrect pricing in store! 🤣 0/10

The Range is one of my favourite places to have a good look around.... Had lots of good things, but, no wardrobes..???? What's going on ....??? Also lots of items hanging up , with no prices on them....?!! They also did not have a ' long - handled dustpan and brush, so you don't have to bend down to pick up dust/bits...!! Very disappointing...!!
