Food was as it always is , you can't go wrong can you ? However if everything looked more like it does in their pictures I'm sure more customers would be happier. A great example of this is my hot chocolate which was definitely below the top up to line on the cup which is where the drinks should reach !! My drink looked like the saddest hot chocolate I've ever seen, hopefully next time it will reach the line of I may have to return to the counter ( I didn't have time this visit or I would of asked them to fill it properly ).

Absolutely awful. I ordered off just eat, online McFlurrys we’re available. Gets to my door and there’s no mcflurrry in there. They didn’t bother to call, just sent a half packed order out. When I rang a girl named Megan answered, only to say “sorry” with a half hearted attitude. Quite obvious she didn’t care in the slightest. Appalling customer service

We use this regularly and often we get home after collecting a drive through to find items missing. You can’t ring them so you have to go back, leaving your other food to get cold. Staff seem more bothered chatting to each other than concentrating on the orders.

unfortunately always a long wait! within the last month I have been back due to things being missed of the order. Ice cream or cold frappe machines are always broken down. They advertise these products but can never get them, Very frustrating. I find that staff or always talking or messing around. I'm always kind of disappointed with this place.

Good experience for our 5 year old but long time to wait for all the Just Eat people who were served first. Maybe serve the customers.whive actually made the effort to go there, first? Just a suggestion.

Good staff. Served well. Not much left for kids colouring stuff inside the restaurant. Clean and clear. Good car parking space there.

As i was here before opening time i awaited for 6am with no clear indication that the drive through was closed i saw a cleaner outside so I said excuse me and was instantly shut down with a rude what and a whole load of rude slang like so what i didn't test the food but i will not be coming here again. I only was going to ask why is the drive through shut.

Avoidable frustration. Not for the first time I just queued in the drive through to be told when I got to the order point "sorry no McFlurrys at the moment", which is all I wanted. I then had to proceed forwards through the one way drive through system just to leave. All in all about 20 minutes of my life wasted when it could have been completely avoided by simply putting a sign up before you have to enter the drive through saying "sorry no McFlurrys at present". The same happened last year at this store and having given the same feedback then I was told it would be passed to a manager. Either the feedback want passed on or the manager doesn't feel it's an issue. Where is the care and customer service here? Crazy. So simple a solution to avoid unhappy customers. Please do it.

I'm really disappointed with their caramel latte, cold, no topping.. it did get replaced, but not the drink for me!!

One of the worst McDonalds franchises. Regularly get orders wrong. List their opening times wrong on the McDonalds website and app. Usually waiting ages at the drive through for a simple order like a big mac meal.

What a joke! I don’t know if it’s you or the Uber driver supposedly delivering my food eating it or just not making it. Yet I get charged and told to wait a maximum 15 days for a refund that’s not guaranteed. First time I ordered forgot my fries this time forgot my philly cheese steak I think someone is having a laugh. It’s a joke from both sides McDonald’s say it’s Uber and Uber say it’s McDonald’s and your supposed to be respectable companies absolute laughable. Yet no option of sending out another burger or fries to remedy the situation in both situations first time we just accepted it like fools this time I feel being charged £5 for a burger I don’t get is shocking.

Ordered on the app and elected to have the food delivered to the table but it took an absolute age. Very friendly staff just not as organised as you would expect from a Maccies. A clean and tidy place albeit a bit chilly.

Plenty of parking. The place was nice and clean. The men's WC was really clean in comparison to some other McDonald's. The staff member lady taking care of the customer area was very attentive to her work, keeping on top of clearing the tables etc. Apart from not serving milkshakes, today was a good experience at this site.

Went to the drive thru and they messed my order up so had to drive back and sort missing items which they did with good service and an apology. Check your food order before you drive away!

Staff are impolite,I love the food. One of the staff was so rude to the delivery driver end of the day they are also customers picking up and dropping the food they should show more respect to them.

Normally love this chain but went to loughbrough only to be served out of turn. The staff were all chatting no info about why I was sat at the window for over 2 mins whilst they were talking and having fun. I was in a rush to take food to the hospital so was disappointed today. Come on you guys wheres the customer service.

Can’t say anything bad to be fair. They are constantly working so well. Keeping on top of their “A” game. Can’t fault them. Much better than Warwick Way - who give cold chips, bad service and no replacement of food. The chips over at Warwick Way were cold simply because they prioritised their deliveries over customers. But enough about them. Epinal Way are exceptional. They have staff who care and look after their customers with pure class of service. Just wonderful. Ordered a filet o fish and didn’t wait even 5 mins and got my order. Super Quick. Plus they have were busy too. Just speechless.

Wanted to try new Belgium chocolate frappe and it was worth the price. Quick service as usual and nice drink if you compare it to Costa or Starbucks. Recommended to try once before promotion finishes.

One of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. Great customer service, fresh food and really spacious.

Had breakfast this morning and received top quality service by Jeremy. He brought our food over, cleared our table, and checked up on us! Not the usual service you get from McDonald’s. He was so kind and went above and beyond. Lovely way to start the day. Thank you Jeremy :)

I went here today for a drive through breakfast and had such excellent service from the staff, they were all lovely and gave excellent customer service. The food was also better than normal which is unusual for McDonald's, I'm impressed with how the standard and quality can improve at this location. The food was piping hot and had great flavour and texture like it was fresh. Will definitely be back to this location!
