    This is a horrible Subway with at least one terrible employee named Heather . I am shocked by the customer service as well as the deception when corporate customer complaints are forwarded to the person who actually made the sandwich only for that employee (Heather Wirth) to finally accept the truth after many emails and pictures as proof. Then she claims that she is sending coupons for the sandwiches and never does. Obviously, just a disgusting person.

    Was disappointed at this place. They didn't have kid toys, not the biggest issue and said I would get a couple of cookies instead. That is fine until they forgot the cookies and then they decided we only get one. More annoying than anything. The BIG problem was the soda machine. I went to fill my cup with ice and as I did so I got a swarm of fruit flies in my face. Not like 1 or 2 there was a dozen or more. The bacon the had also wasn't very good but the one positive is it seemed to be frsher veggies than most locations.

    I've been to this Subway a few times, but I was pretty shocked today. When I walked in, the lady working sounded like she was hacking up a lung. Then the guy who was making my wrap pulled down his mask, sneezed a huge wad of snot on to the floor, pulled his mask up and continued making my wrap. I should've just walked out, and that's on me, but I've never been so disgusted at someone making my food before. To top it all off, they both said they were going out to smoke as I was leaving. Highly unsanitary practices. Don't know why I bothered to pay for the wrap because I just immediately threw it away. That's that MN passive aggressive for ya I guess

    This is the worst subway store around. They don't treat costumers as they suppose to. We were there today and we had 2 coupons for footlong 5.99 each, and the current manager (he refused to give his name. He looks like short guy with beard and always wearing a hat)been rude and his voice was loud responding "i can't use 2 coupons at the same time". I replied that if i can do 2 separate transactions and he said no. I said ok so my husband going to buy his own and use the coupon and pay with his card. So he refused to serve us and tried to kick us out of the store. I walked away because it is not worth wasting time with rude, inpolite, and uneducated person. I dont know how he was promote as a manager. I am going to ask who ever promoted him, to think twice as this chaska subway location is loosing costumers. To keep this business going, you need to get rid of him and hire people that can treat costumers nicely. The costmer is a king.

    4/27/21 - Shortly after 4pm Employee ask that I put on a mask. After explaining that I have a medical condition, he starts asking what medical condition that I have. I told him that it was illegal for him to ask me, as my rights were protected under federal law. He continues to give me a difficult time, making me feel bad for something I can’t change. I understand his position, but the need to elevate the situation after telling him of my legitimate reason for not wearing a mask was unnecessary.

    11/06/2021 Update Heather Wirth did not mail coupons for the incorrect sandwiches she made. So do not bother wasting your time with any type of refundπŸ˜πŸ˜” I was contacted Had to send pics and at first the person who made them responded by saying the sandwiches were correct Then, I had to explain and then only offered a coupon for one free sub...thank you but two were so very wrong πŸ’β€β™€οΈ E.g. ~~ A Baja steak is not turkey πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ Curbside pickup 2 of 3 sandwiches wrong πŸ₯Ί Garbage We shared the third which I could not finish because it was for my son and it had chipotle sauce which was correct but I could not eat...more garbage So, we are both hungry now and the 3rd sandwichwich for son at work which he can not eat πŸ˜₯πŸ˜₯

    This is the third time trying to order sandwiches from this place. The first time was a great experience. There were two wonderful people working to make sure meals were made just right. But, we came back a second time to find the service and the food were lacking. The people that were working during our first visit were not in during our second visit. One year later, we thought to try again. Maybe, our second visit was just an isolated incident where the workers were having a bad day. Sadly, our third visit was the worst. The female behind the counter had a runny nose. She wiped her nose with her forearm sleeve and didn’t change her gloves. She did this while I was making my order. I tried to tell her that I wanted two different Philly Cheese steak sandwiches. She insisted that I ordered just plain pepper Jack cheese sandwiches. I informed her that I wanted two Philly cheese sandwiches. Instead of fixing the sandwiches; she decided to argue with me and tell me that I asked for cheese sandwiches. At this point, she only had cheese and bread on the counter. She could have added the requested β€œSteaks”. And, I obviously wanted different sandwiches because I repeated my request for Philly Cheese Steaks. But, she insisted on making a point that I had asked for cheese sandwiches. I asked her to listen and and for her to make Philly Cheese Sandwiches. Then, she told me that she refuse service. Subway, I guess we cannot get to build the sandwiches we want like the signage says at the counter. When workers basically tell customers what we want; the sign should just say pick a number NOT build your own.

    Went here two days in a row for lunch a week and a half ago. Both times were great experiences. The second time there was only one gal working. She did awesome. She had a positive attitude and didn't get overwhelmed or try to rush things. The food was good both times as well.

    I didn't catch her name, but the (beautiful) young woman who helped me was so incredibly nice! She even put my chips on my sandwich for me after telling her I do those instead of sauces!

    Typical subway when HS kids work...it's hit or miss if they get your whole order when you order online Update: Just ordered online today, told my kids they didn't have my order (when really they didn't check and wanted me to pay more). Horrible service! Within a matter of months it's gone from ok to just crappy😑
