Dr Azreena Khan is the most rude Doctor I have ever come across. She is very rude and straight away denied to offer medical help to my 7 year old who is sick from last one week. She has been rude on every occasion I got an appointment with her. Hope no one ever has to deal with such a rude person when they need medical help.

I don't even know where to start with these so called Doctors who are supposed to help and care for people. I have suffered with back problems for 3 years since having my little girl resulting in a c section operation with major complications, around 7 weeks ago I become ill with a bad sore throat and was having coughing fits, since being ill my back has become a lot worse and I have been in extreme pain, with it travelling through my sides, and have been having tingling in my feet and lower back.I rung my Doctor and couldn't get a call back untill the following day. That evening my back got worse to the point I couldn't do anything, and had to call my parents to help with my daughter, I decided I had to ring 111. They asked me to go over straight away, I waited from 9.30pm till 4.30 in the morning, the doctor that see me Said she was sending a letter to doctor as a matter of urgency to see a pain specialist at a pain clinic and I should call my doctor first thing. The doctors think I have slipped discs and sciatica, they proscribed me some medication which was not really helping at all just slightly knocking the edge off if taking with other ie paracetamol and ibuprofen, I have now run out of the medication they gave me, and my appointment is not through, the doctor os refusing to help or proscribe me anything else to help with my back pain. I explained I have taken huge amounts of paracetamol for 6 weeks now that is doing my kidneys and liver extreme damage, I have also told them I need to work and look after my 3 year old, the doctor Khan lady just hung up the phone on me. The doctor proscribed me 2 different pain killers 1 of which I can not take because it Says if your having infertility tests do not take this medicine, yet this is the only medicine she is offering to give me Naproxin, which does not help and you also can't take if trying for a baby and having infertility tests which I am. This place needs to be shut down! They do not care about anyone, I never bother them for anything I haven't seen a doctor in years untill I have absolutely needed to. The reception are joke who leave the phone on constantly ringing and are also very rude when u speak to them. I have now has to ring 111 again and will contacting who I need to to put a complaint in about this surgery

They talk to you like dirt, accuse you of lying, and only try to communicate via questions requiring yes or no or minimal answers. I am not really a bit of talker at all but they just interrupt if you dare to speak a sentence. You may as well have a chatbot (which I am sure will happen soon). The GP and receptionist cannot even agree whether they do blood tests there. The doctors here just seem to have an attitude of hatred towards patients which I have never come across before. They left me in tears with the appalling way they talked to me, and I am used to bad service like everybody else in thus aeful country, but this is beyond bad. I do nit deserve to be insulted and demeaned.

I found staff very polite, considerate and proactive in meeting patients needs. Its sad that people don't often leave reviews for positive work. I am a new patient and attended for my new patient medical and I found staff very committed to their work, polite, courteous and considerate of the patients needs. The Health Care Assistant was very attentive, she listened to my needs and did the best she could to ensure they were met. She liaised with the nurse who gave me the flu jab save me from another journey and ensured an appointment was made for a phone consultation with GP regarding one of my important medicines.

Miss diagnosed me on multiple occasions and refuse to help with my mental health, just give me medication without actually assessing me. I feel more comfort in A&E then I do with my own doctor.

Staff are rude when you try to make an appointment. The information about when the surgery opens is incorrect. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here to deal with this kind of treatment.

I had a call with dr Badea in august for months of heavy bleeding, sent to have bloods taken and an ultrasound was only told about a cyst, had another appointment in December cause I had continued to bleed I was told I had pcos and need to lose weight to stop bleeding I was also prescribed a medication that made the bleeding/pain worse, had another call today and was belittled, argued with and told that my medical concerns was a waste of time, I was also told that another doctor has said they offered me a referral which was never offered. If you want your symptoms to be taken seriously request one of the two in demand doctors either the one that’s only there on Tuesday or the other male doctor who’s there most of the time, they will listen to you and actually provide the right treatment/referrals other then that you’re better off being sat in A and E for 9 hours atleast then you’ll be given the right treatment

Hello, it is very problematic to solve some problems. first they say one thing, and then another. At first they say you don’t need to make an appointment with a doctor or come to us, you need to fill out the form online on the last day of sick leave. and then they say that you need to come and register and only then will they give you sick leave. and because of this, I may have problems with work, simply due to not knowing the information of the employees. or when you need to see a doctor, it’s not possible, go to the hospital and solve your problems there, the doctor is always busy….

Been with this practice for almost 9 years. The reception staff and doctors are very good as you would expect for a GP. They very good with general practice and referals when necessary. I find it sad to read the negative feedback the GP have received, doesn't seem fair and maybe inaccurate. Its sad because peoples negative feedback put this GP at risk of closing, meaning lots of people would have had to look for GP not local. Lucky this GP remains open after passing it gov re-asessement.

Dr Khan was fantastic during my nans palliative care and dying phase. Was able to help her at a moments notice to make sure she had the right medications so she was not in pain at the end. Dr Khan and Dr Ali now manage my grandfather and have kept a close eye on him in his old age. Receptionist staff have been fantastic in passing messages to the doctor, test results and managing prescriptions enquiries. They really do an amazing job when the NHS is so busy and short staffed.
