The most welcoming, professional, attentive gym. Since my children have joined their confidence has increased dramatically, they have made many new friends and are so excited to wear the TKO uniform each lesson. Started training here since March 2022 (after 8 years of no martial arts training), it can always be abit awkward/embarrassing to start again/start at an older age (30s) but everyone at the gym is very friendly and there's a welcoming atmosphere but the training is a serious workout and a good balance of cardio and kickboxing technique and having tried a few places in the Medway area, TKO Elite is the best value! Thanks to all the team!

I’m Katie a black belt in Karate but I have also been training here with Colin for over 15 years, the instructors and students are amazing. It’s so nice to be able to train with lots of different people throughout the week and there are always happy smiley faces from tots, juniors and seniors. I’d highly recommend TKO Elite to anyone wanting to get fit, make new friends and over all enjoy your training. Classes are packed, showing the quality, and Instructors are friendly and try to make time for everyone.

Came here during my holiday just for a hobby, but it’s taken me not even a month to feel like I’m a real member of the gym. All the instructors and students are extremely welcoming and you feel like you learn so much in the lessons. Absolutely great for people who have never picked up gloves before, would highly recommend

Fantastic club! Been a member for a few months now and was made to feel at home from day one. Great bunch of people from the instructors to the other students. By far the best form of fitness I have ever done.

Such a dissapointment of a training place. My son was going here and was not given any attention nor did they seem to be appear like they cared when I asked about his progression. Was dismissed or blanked when spoken to. Would not recommend this to anyone. I don't know if it's a colour ting or just that they're not good. Always watched their insta to see if they would post my sons belt pictures like they do with their Caucasian kids but not a single one ever so I stopped him from going there and is now training with our own people. Really dislike this place.

I enrolled my child in a kickboxing kids class and it's been an amazing experience! The instructors create a positive and encouraging environment, making the kids feel welcome and motivated. Safety is a top priority, with proper techniques taught and emphasized. The class structure is well-organized, with a perfect balance of warm-up exercises, skill-building drills, and fun games. My child's progress in strength, coordination, and self-confidence is impressive. This class offers a fantastic workout, teaches teamwork and perseverance, and is an absolute blast! Highly recommended!
