    It is the worst medical clinic in Chatham I call almost every day at 8am for an appointment and I am told to call 111 no matter what time the appointment is not possible I am told to call the next day which happens the same as the day before My daughter is 6 months pregnant and I still haven't been able to make an appointment for a maternity check. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone of the lowest quality

    Impossible to get an appointment...... Even though I had serious health issues After difficulties making an appointment, I have to say the young female Doctor I had an appointment with was brilliant, she arranged the best care from the right people, in a professional, Knowledgeable, caring and compassionate manner. The only thing I should have done was note the ladies name ... A*

    Absolutely disgusting joke of a medical Centre. My grandad just needed antibiotics, he was number 36 in the phone queue from 11am this morning and now his sitting up Medway Hospital on his own (74 years old)

    Never able to get a appointment. I phoned at 8am this morning and was 13th in the qué. By the time I got to talk to them all the appointments had gone. So I asked if I can book one for tomorrow and was told t no due to the people higher up won't allow that. Absolutely rubbish.

    Useless,even for an urgent appointment there's a 5 day wait. For test results you have to call at 2pm (the phone lines are closed between 1 and 3pm). And dont even think about general enquiries, that phone won't be answered When you walk into the surgery you can be greeted either by someone really nice, or someone wearing ear phones who will pretend you're not there, hit and miss really

    Useless. They tell you they call you back to resolve an urgent issue. They never did! You have to chase them up if you want to get things sorted. Disgusting. Zero stars.

    I have always had nothing but a 5 star service from this practice. I understand its difficult to get appointments but that's common in all doctors surgeries. But I can not complain about the treatment or the professionalism of the staff.

    Absolutely useless surgery, been with them for years but since the take over of the new management a few years back and the service deteriorated. Impossible to get any appointments. Any time you phone you have to quee for at least half an hour to two hours just to speak to reception. An absolute joke .

    I have been a diabetic for over 8 years and requested a repeat prescription. I was told I have to email them requesting this. At my former medical centre in London they new when my prescription was up which they should do. The pharmacy will then send a text to come and pick them up I am appalled by the lack of care, if not that I had to change my doctor because of my location I would never have. As a new patient I really find this very poor and am totally disappointed.

    2 HOURS 10 MIN WAITING IN A CUE THEN WHEN GET TO NUMBER 1 THEY SAY CALL CANT BE CONNECTED AND TO PHONE BACK LATER, VERY CROSS AT THIS APPALLING TREATMENT, THEY JUST DONT CARE AND THERE IS NO COMPASSION ANYMORE. WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THE CARING DOCTORS AND STAFF...... SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE CARING BUSINESS 🙄 😒

    Dont get ill. That is the essence of this. Staff shortages due to illness. Lack of internal communication means that they will forget they've prescribed meds and then you have to argue that the prescrition you're chasing is for medication they prescribed. I had high hope for the change of Doctors but alas i'm beginning to think Dr Strange maybe easier to contact for an appointment. If you're ill - stop being ill.

    Took grandson for appointment doctor gave execellent service in stl trying times he had to have a full bloos count and doctor also did a urine test which dicounted 3 things blood test came back as normal but grandson still needs futher testing but all credit is due to this practice who went above and beyond their duty

    Half an hour late for a timed appointment is not acceptable I arrived 30 mins early and Dr only saw one patient before my appointment time. I have had a medical concern for almost 4 yrs which I cannot get sorted because my gp surgery needs to refer me and can never get appointments sadly seems to be a growing trend with medway gp surgeries

    Getting appointments is he'll. Took me months to get appointments regarding serious issues about my toddler, got there as soon as I wanted to start explaining the incident and episodes, I was told by the doctor that have got 10mins so should make it brief , very insensitive
