My family and I have been going to this dentist for many years, always very professional, best care and friendly, polite staff. Previously used to be a rude receptionist who i didnt like but she has thankfully left now. My kids love their dentist Mary, and mine is great too dentist Basma.

Utterly furious and disgusted with this dentist. Customer service is appalling. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Someone is always away and you can not get appointments. Do not use this dentist. Left us waiting for forty minutes. No offer of a reason. Not bothered with customer service. I'm sure if we were forty minutes late, they would turn us away.

The most worst place to go, I should have looked at the reviews beforehand. The atmosphere of the place is very hostile and looked very rundown in general. I could feel as something wasn’t right as soon as I stepped in. I was kept waiting for an hour in a room by myself with the door shut not knowing what was going on! I kept my patience as things can run over time. However I had previously said to the receptionist that I will need to move my car if this exceeds over an hour to which she said is fine just wait a bit longer and if it gets closer to the time I can go and move it. So as the time approached and still not being seen I once again got up and asked if I could move it to which she said if you go do that now the dentist will take someone else in which will have you waiting longer??! The customer service of this place was absolutely shocking and I’m glad I left when I did.

Would avoid this dentist. Never can get an apointment. I'm half way through treatment and have been left two months in agony! Missed one apointment and have been refused any more appointments for the last couple of months. Receptionist is the rudest lady I've came across my nan has had the same experience with receptionist being rude and talking as if she don't want to do her job with a big attitude problem. Avoid!

My husband is a new memeber. He really need of dental treatment. He has appointment for today and when he went they said that is not of the system. By the way, if you are emergency no appointment if you pay there is an appointment.

It is ashamed to review this surgery, but they must be a balance, if you are 15 mins late your spot is gone and I understand that. When people are early and your allocated time as come and no one shows you the simplest of courtesy to say that they are running late and you have to ask after 20mins past your time and then been told. Oh we are running late and you still have to wait some more. Well this is wrong, time is pressures and if you have to paid for treatment then it should be reduce by 50% if you have to wait 30mins or more past your allocated appointment time. Too much clutter, single pin on information poster. Laminate important information and what is with the mis-match “red, green, purple, sky blue” so out of touch. Please get a suggestion box and a clock and a radio. Is now 40mins past my appointment, I wonder what is next. Consider I was nice and early. Hence a one star, rather than a minus five star.

I have been going to this dentist since 2000. They have been doing a fantastic job looking after my families and my teeth. I have recommended this dentist to many of my friends and will continue to do so. They are always helpful and they have great dentists at their practice.

THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. As a result, I have decided to go private as I REFUSE to get any treatment from this dentist! The surgery looks very run down and the dentist was extremely rude! I explained my problem and the dentist asked me to sit in the chair. I sat in the chair and she proceeded to start treatment WITHOUT EXPLAINING WHAT SHE WAS DOING! I asked her to stop and explain what she was doing before she did anything. She put her tools down in a strop, told me to leave because she “doesn’t have time to explain” and schedule a new appointment if I wanted to be treated (she still hadn’t explained what treatment I needed). She was extremely rude! I asked the receptionist if I could have a different dentist as she made me feel uncomfortable. The receptionist explained that if I wanted to be treated, that dentist would have to conduct my treatment. I REFUSE TO RECEIVE TREATMENT HERE! I will NOT be returning. I think it’s time for her to retire as she appears miserable doing her job! I advise all to direct their complaints to NHS England, and failing that Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO). No-one should be subjected to substandard and unfair treatment!

Would not recommend this dental surgery. Was given a filling a few months back only to then be in pain after where there was not before. Called to get an appointment for a weeks time which they cancelled and I was told to call Monday. Called 9am Monday to be told to wait and they’ll call back. 3 hours later no call no update. I called and asked what had happened just to be told to wait. Avoid this dentist.

I have been with surgery all my life, the people have changed obviously. My dentist is smashing though, very kind and caring always makes me smile and have a joke together. But it is difficult when you have a baby who doesn't not walk, too lug a pushchair up three flights of stairs alone while holding a baby is very difficult. The receptionists are very unhelpful and lacking in compassion and understand. But bless my denist always offers me a hand, even though its easier to go down a flight of stairs than climb with the above explained. Every time i call the receptionists are experts on everything (don't know personally why they are receptionists and not dentists, maybe Lacking the degree or education hence Receptionists) always rude and i'm sorry but if your giving attitude i will too. Lovely place if you like stairs and moody receptionists.

i was there for a little while was due to have a root canal the denist knows i suffer with bad aniexty and wasnt reassured but still took a lot to go so sat in sit gave me the bnubbing needle didnt even wait until it set in he started doing work i told him 3 times i cpuld feel that he just carried on i was in so much pain i ended up biting his finger and running out that experience was worst ever been through needless to say i never went back and reception women never met anyone as rude as her she told my kids to shut up once all they was doing was playing as was waiting for OVER a hour to be seen for there apt so they was getting bored avoid this place unless u like being butchered place should close down

I am really thinking about suing this place. They have completely ruined my perfect teeth. I went to dentist abroad and they told me. This dentistry only filled one of my canals instead of 4 and also extremely bad shaped filling. So ofcourse I had infection. Not to mention the pain I had to endure during the procedure because she didn't wait for the anesthetic to work and told me I had to deal with it. I was only 16 at the time and since then I delt with so many problems, I would cry everyday. I went abroad and they told me that whoever did my tooth should not even be a dentist ( i went to 3 dentists, they all told me the same). Which makes me question whether I even needed a root canal. Stay away from this dentistry I beg of you. It should not even exist. After all these years and bad reviews I'm still surprised they still exist. I have pictures of what they did to my tooth, receipts and what my tooth should of actually looked like from a real proper dentist.

Dentist not giving you any information and talking over you(lady), never appointments available, had rwdo 1 tooth twice now again filling fell out and next appt is in January i have been told! Mixed up my appointment and cancelled once as well. Havent even been told whoch teeth and how many i need get done.
