My sister and I had a lovely lunch in the restaurant followed by a walk round the varied plant section. Afterwards we went into the shopping section and out of curiosity, the reptile department. There we encountered two very knowledgeable young people who were looking after the reptiles. Iโ€™m sorry I didnโ€™t notice their names. A young lady with beautiful blond hair and a young man with a beard. They were feeding the reptiles and explaining all about their habitats and welfare in captivity to us. It was a treat to chat with two such lovely young people. Well done!

Wow what a lovely garden centre re-fit! It's much much bigger an better. Haven't visited elm Court in few years but was very impressed buy all the lovely things for sale. I got more and extras of what I wanted! The day we visited they were starting to get the Christmas decorations out so it was really nice. Had a lovely jacket potato meal in the new restaurant which was yummy too! The staff everywhere was very helpful and friendly. We'll done elm Court garden centre! We will be back very soon!

Lovely kids playground with cafe. Perfect place for the kids to burn off energy whilst you enjoy a drink. Cafe menu has lots of different drinks as well as hot meals, cakes ect. Plenty of indoor seating and ample outdoor seating too. Toilets inside including disabled and baby changing. Little shop selling bits like crisps ect and a restaurant inside. ( As well as the large cafe type thing outside) 100% recommend especially with young children. 2 and 6 year old love it here

Lovely new park for the kids, food is great but not great for disabled children. Need closer toilets to the cafe and park. When leaving the exit, there should be access to leave without waiting in the line of paying customer when we are just leaving without purchasing items from Elm court garden centre. I asked for the side gate (which I presume is access for disabled as it was bigger to get wheelchairs through.) to be opened and the management (owner Chad) said it was closed for a reason. I don't understand why you have them there? Although we had 12 kids between us leaving the park and 4 of them were disabled, he would still not let us leave through the side gate. We waited until paying customer had finished and we could get through. I understand you have a business and need to check everything is running well but today, that was just unnecessary. It would have helped us out massively as some kids were stressed out. Hopefully they can find a way around this to help others.

Huge thank you to all staff at Elm Court Garden Centre especially Dez, Paul & Jake. My 6 month old got trapped in a car on a hot day following an afternoon at the centre and they went out of their way to help me and my baby. Happy to say the baby is safe and sound. Lovely garden centre spent hours in the park with lots to see and lovely cafe highly recommend!

Really great garden centre, such friendly and knowledgeable staff who cant do enough to help you. I have purchased garden furniture, at a great price, delivered and constructed by the super friendly & efficient Paul & Des. We regularly visit the reptile department for our pet needs, again Ben and all the team are super friendly and really know their stuff and clearly love all the animals. Cafe does a perfect breakfast, amongst other treats and I can always find the perfect gift in store. The staff are friendly across the business all the way to the tills. a genuine pleasure to visit here.

We bought a set of garden furniture in the sale recently but we weren't ready for it straight away. Elm Court were so helpful and offered to store it for us until we were ready. Today I called them to arrange delivery and they came within the hour! Paul and Des were fantastic, they carried it in, assembled it and were extremely friendly and helpful. We are absolutely delighted with the both the product and the service we received. Thank you!

Fantastic Christmas displays and such lovely, helpful staff. The ladies on the tills are always so cheerful. I would thoroughly recommend visiting. Also the reptile centre is worth a visit. The staff are knowledgeable, and the animals are so well cared for.

I recently visited to purchase a new BBQ. I was directed to the showroom by a friendly member of staff and then met by another member who took time to explain the various options available. I then purchased the BBQ and also opted for the setup and delivery option. The BBQ arrived 2 days later and the service could not have been better. Great experience all round.

Wow Took our grandson to their grotto. This is truly amazing.....walked through forests with...I can't say what as it would ruin it. Then into Santa's lounge. What a professional santa. Real beard entertained us all with his young elves for 10 minutes then onto the elves shop for the children to choose their gift. If you haven't booked I cannot recommend it more. Or get tickets on the day. omg what an experience!

And this years elfโ€™s were fantastic taking the time with each of our grandchildren to help them choose a present. Well done to all the staff involved in making our Christmas visit so perfect ๐ŸŽ…๐Ÿผ

My first visit to Elm Court Garden Centre. I was very impressed. Very reasonable prices on all plants. Nice outdoor cafe and play area for children and indoor cafe/restaurant, which caters for food intolerances....friendly staff.

Good garden centre, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The young lads working in the cafe were all courteous and polite. Food was good, only feedback is that the side salad with the jacket potatoes could do with a vinaigrette or dressing.

Great choices and good service. We had a lovely breakfast the food arrived at the table hot. We were served by a very accommodating waitress name Dawn. She was very understanding when dealing with a person with special needs.

We enjoyed our trip to Elm Court. The plants were laid out logically, and the grouping of plants by expected full-grown heights was inspired. We had a spot of lunch in the bistrant, Elm Courts title, and we ate all our jacket potatoes and sandwiches. That's a good indication of the quality of the food.

My favourite garden centre in Medway. Always find everything am after here and more..hubby thinks its a dangerous place as end up spending too much money! Customer service is great and patient when you need help. Always buy my bedding plants here too as they are good value, strong rooted and bloom longer than from other places.

We booked afternoon tea for 6 people...the scones were at least 5 days old and almost broke the plate, the sandwiches had not been covered so all the bread was hard, and worse of all the cream was over 2weeks past their use by date! When we complained they said could make us fresh sandwiches. They said the cream only looked out of date because it had been frozen and defrosted! They tried to say the scones were baked this morning but as someone who bakes scones it was very obvious they were not fresh. We asked and received our money back and were offered a free afternoon tea for 2 which was politely declined. Not somewhere I would recommend.

Very good garden centre , ample parking , toilets , and restaurant all to hand. Vast display of plants , pots, and any garden accessories you could ask for. We'll recommend this place for a visit.

Disappointed with the 'Bistrant'. Felt to me as though there was too much cost cutting. Only 1 napkin each was given, with the server grumping when I asked for additional ones. He also wanted to charge extra for butter on my scone.. don't think I've been anywhere in a long time where butter and napkins were rationed..

The Bistrant restaurant is good and if you join their club it's 5 percent off as well as in the shop. Great stock of plants, solar lights artificial flowers, some kitchen items etc

We went to have a look at the Christmas sales and while there we decided to have a bite to eat. The service was very professional and fast the food was surprisingly very good and excellent vale for money also the food was hot including the chips unlike another garden centre we visited not long ago where the food was just warm and the chips were cold. The staff in the store was also so very helpful and went out of their way to help us with any questions and help will definitely be using this garden centre more oftern we'll done Elm Court

Good selection of plants, numerous garden objects and essentials, you , fresh foods, frozen foods, a nice atmosphere, great staff. First visit was good. Place was also very clean for a garden centre. Could do a little more to encourage social distancing in-store, more signs for mask and distance required.

Great, glad to see new life put into the old place, just had 2 course dinner, excellent food, coffee and service, garden centre itself is perfect and spent a good few pounds, will certainly be back for more, keep it up people

Great service by a happy team in the restaurant. Plenty of space and very clean. Food hot and reasonably priced, enjoyable lunch. Garden centre stocks good quality plants and gifts. Three members of staff were very helpful during my visit, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Would recommend a visit.
