Went
to
Nandos
chatham
yesterday
for
dinner
with
my
family
.
Had
one
of
the
worst
experiences.The
waiter
called
Asia
has
an
attitude
and
needs
training
on
how
to
offer
good
customer
service.
If
you're
having
a
bad,
never
put
it
on
your
customers
.
I
was
first
served
by
her
at
the
till
,
not
only
did
she
have
an
attitude,
but
forgot
to
give
us
the
glasses
and
extra
apple
juice
i
paid
for
.
My
husband
had
to
go
and
remind
her.
No
appologie,
nothing
!
She
also
then
forgot
to
add
the
NHS
20%
discount
even
when
I
had
showed
my
ID.
When
I
realised
this
was
not
added
,I
went
back
to
the
till
,The
manager
offered
to
give
us
desserts
instead.
After
our
meal,
I
went
to
request
for
the
same
desserts,
and
a
few
minutes
later,Asia,
just
came
and
brought
the
cups
for
the
yougurts
and
put
them
on
the
table
with
no
communication
and
walked
away
.
I
have
been
to
Nandos,
and
this
is
the
first
time
experiencing
this
.my
family
and
i
felt
uncomfortable.we
shouldn't
be
the
ones
treated
with
rudeness
just
because
you
got
it
wrong
and
having
a
bad
day
.
Just
wanted
to
thank
another
colleague
who
really
lovely
I
didn't
get
her
name
.
