Day visit to Chatham and what a difference in food. Everyone and everything in london is soo rushed they took their time and it really showed probably the best nandos I’ve ever had !

Food quality was great, I felt we waited longer than we should of been waiting. It is an excellent place for families to gather and share plates of food, deserts and bottomless sodas. For all you Americans who enjoy your bottomless drinks… here is one of few restaurants that give you just that… and they give you bottomless ice cream! Yum!!

Service And food and time is amazing !! Especially customer service with Asia she is so sweet and attentive which makes my experience even more pleasent!! Asia has been around for a long time and she is always so helpful and welcoming !!

Came to Nando’s Chatham tonight as normally flit between here and Hempstead Valley. We were seated swiftly by the host (whose name I don’t have) and she asked all the correct questions about allergies etc. We ordered at the till with Laura who was an exceptional help to us, and very personable throughout our visit. Our meals were perfectly cooked, and the sides came perfectly seasoned too. Would highly recommend visiting this branch and know we’ll definitely be back.

After shopping it's easy to grab a bite before heading home but then you don't have time to dine. Order to go at Nando's. Every branch should offer the same service and products. The orders remain at the optimal temperature up till arrival at yyour home. Allergens are provided on a pamphlet found in their dishes. This is a great guide if you're buying for a friend.

Went to Nandos chatham yesterday for dinner with my family . Had one of the worst experiences.The waiter called Asia has an attitude and needs training on how to offer good customer service. If you're having a bad, never put it on your customers . I was first served by her at the till , not only did she have an attitude, but forgot to give us the glasses and extra apple juice i paid for . My husband had to go and remind her. No appologie, nothing ! She also then forgot to add the NHS 20% discount even when I had showed my ID. When I realised this was not added ,I went back to the till ,The manager offered to give us desserts instead. After our meal, I went to request for the same desserts, and a few minutes later,Asia, just came and brought the cups for the yougurts and put them on the table with no communication and walked away . I have been to Nandos, and this is the first time experiencing this .my family and i felt uncomfortable.we shouldn't be the ones treated with rudeness just because you got it wrong and having a bad day . Just wanted to thank another colleague who really lovely I didn't get her name .

The food here was at a good standard for Nando's, my only nitpick was the chicken breast being a bit dry, otherwise it was flawless. Staff were very friendly and quick on their feet to meet customer needs. Other than the entire layout being a bit all over the place it seemed like a good restaurant. I will be visiting again.

To be honest, you can't go far wrong with Nandos. Providing you can actually get a table because they are always so busy. Food comes up quickly and I've always found it good and with enough to satisfy my appetite. They are of course famous for their peri-peri sauce but if you can't stand the heat try the lemon and herb or the BBQ. Don't like chicken? There are other options including those for vegetarians and vegans. If you are one of the few people who are still on a health kick on January the 2nd you can choose to not have fried and have something else. I like the bottomless soft drinks options and as I normally manage to down about three glasses it's great value too! Dessert, well they have bottomless frozen vanilla yoghurt, please give us some sauces though Nandos even if there was a surcharge. Those Portuguese custard tarts are literally to die for by the way.

We were waiting about a 30min someone to come to tell us that we need to order on a till! in the end no one does… i saw people were ordering there then i went … we wait 30min more for food after this…. i was calling the manager with my hand at least 10 times … but unfortunately they were to busy to talk each other … We were on holiday and we were very excited to go there ,it was my wife birthday ,but absolutely disappointment … Never we will go back ! at the end the manager come but she didnt do anything for us to make us happy ! There was at least 5 people from the staff that they just pretend they working … even the manager laughing around but not working !

The staff here are really friendly and welcoming, but the quality of Nandos chicken has gone really down hill. On top of this you now have to pay for parking over an hour. Not sure who’s wise idea it was to use sparrows instead of chicken but the portion size is incredibly small. It used to be so much better but it seems every time I go to a Nandos the chickens get smaller and smaller. I ordered half a chicken and it hardly took up any room when measured against the palm of my hand. Considering the price I don’t think I’ll bother coming back. Total let down, but service was good.

The food was okay, so to be more specific the chicken was quite dry and the only place that the sauce was found was on the top where the skin of the chicken was. Some people like that but I personally don’t so I took of the skin and the chicken basically had even less taste then before apart from chicken taste there was no other basically. The peri-salted fries is amazing and extremely tasty, really enjoyed eating that. The service they provided us was lovely, they sat us at a nice table which was surprising to us because we came as a two but they sat us at the table which can have 4-6 people but anyways we loved the place we got to sit at. The desserts were very tasty, salted caramel brownie and a caramel cheesecake were very lovely. The prices in my opinion are not expensive and average for a place like this.

Lovely location. The takeaway was fine. The last eat in experience was terrible. My son and I placed our order. My meal arrived first and was fine. My sons butterfly chicken meal arrived few minutes later but was barely warm. It had to be returned. The staff didn't hesitate to redo the meal. When it arrived again the entire meal was warmer but not hot. By now I'd finished my meal, and my son didn't enjoy his meal which ruined the entire eat in experience

I've now been let down by poor service twice at this nandos in the space of 3 weeks. Both times we have ordered through the app sat at the table my friends got there food and managed to finish their meals and still not even a site of mine. So both times I've had to complain to a waiter/waitress for them to bring it out 30 seconds later and "apologize" for the wait. Yet other people whom have got there after have managed to eat before me and in the whole time of being there nobody even asked me if everything was okay they could clearly see that my friends had Thier meals and were nearly finsished. Probably will be the last time I go to this nandos to sit in and eat probably give Hempstead valley a go over this store.

Food is good and so is the service but let down by poorly cleaned crockery and cutlery. All plates had stains, oil marks, dried food. Attention to such details matters.

Went for lunch. Arrived at 12. Haven't been to a nandos in a while, maybe since before Covid. So made a nice change. And i really missed it. The staff were so friendly. That makes the experience so much nicer. The food was fresh, hot and fast which is good because I was starving. The restaurant was clean and tidy and welcoming. I'm going to return sion because I really dod miss it loads.

The staff it’s amazing as well as the polish lady, sorry forgot her name but she’s absolutely and truly amazing looking after the customers. I hope she’ll make manager. I always feel so welcome when I go to Nando’s and she’s in.

I arrived in a party of five and we had to wait 15 mins which was no problem as Dockside has loads of shops to explore. Once seated he made our order and no more than a 10 minute wait until we had received our food. All food was properly cooked and going to Nando's made for a perfect lunchtime. Definitely would recommend and will go again.

Good food, the restaurant is clean and staff made us feel welcome. This place is located in an area with quite a few shops and there is plenty of parking.
