Ordered from just eat, my order came to £20 when delivered i had 2 portions of chips in my bag i called the resturant to ask if it was acceptable the staff packed this up knowing there was £20 worth of food on the receipt he said mistakes happen and that i had to get a refund from just eat and reorder as if im going to re order from you now when you clearly dont care that people are placing orders and they are not being checked properly im fuming with the attitude i received over the phone its not good enough!!

Clicked the large meal thinking i was getting the large burger but ended up with a silly little tiny burger that was smaller than my palm... See pics.... like anyone would order a large meal and a tiny silly burger.... Also the kids meal has crayons advertised all over the kids meal box which my little boy was looking forward to getting. But all the kids meal had in it was some silly stickers with the same pictures that are around the kids meal box, but the crayons had been deleted from the pics on the stickers. When I rang them to complain they offered me a free meal. Which I thought OK fair enough that's a nice thing for them to do. But they rang me back not even 5 mins later, saying that I couldn't have the free meal as you don't get crayons in the kids meals any longer. Please see the pic of the dinosaur holding a crayon on the box and the silly sticker of the very same dinosaur but the crayon has been deleted.... Complete jokers... Charged me nearly £8 for my large meal which is also a joke... No wonder most people go to Macdonald's.... I won't be going back here again that's for sure.... I wouldn't give them the steam off my wee...

Spent 60 on food that took 2 hours to arrive and wasnt all there. People who work here can't count. Ordered 5 drinks and got one. Manager should make everyone count to 5 before hiring them. At least ensure they have an IQ higher than their age.

A lovely Burger King branch, back in 2018 I’ve ordered a cheeseburger with out any veggies and sauces because I don’t like veggies and sauces, and… they gave me a burger with pickle’s and I’ve ate it. Today, I’ve ordered the same thing but, without any pickles this time. But, the cup in the drink machine fell out! So odd…

I was here on Saturday, after ordering at the machine I waited more than 20 minutes, they still didn't have my order. After I reported this incident, they finally found the order, but they made a mistake in the delivery, fewer products and they were already cold. I noticed several mistakes in several clients at the same time. I add the fact that a few days ago I ordered online, but after a few delays they canceled the order. DISAPPOINTING!!!

Such friendly staff and the cleanliness is top 10/10 and my burger looks a snap image the one on the tv over the tills

Very clean store and really quick i love the apps sometimes it takes a while to load but the staff are very patient

Shame about the app everytime you try to add from rewards it charges you, codes don't work and can't order everything from the menu on justeat. Spend most of your time app jumping to see whats going on by that time you just figure it's easier to order from elsewhere.

We haven’t been Burger King in a long time but the vouchers on the app made it a lot cheaper then McDonald’s, the food was outstanding it tasted fresh, the portion sizes were generous and there new menu options tasted great, the only downside at all was the service was slow considering we was the only people in the restaurant

Ordered food 2x paid and waited 3h and nothing delivered. Apparently merchant cancelled my order without letting me even know. So I missed completely my lunch today and need to wait for refund now. Absolute joke.and incompetence.

The service was very fast. But the food taste bland and the fries they gave had no life felt like having reaheated chips. The burgers felt fresh and the sandwitch doesn't worth the price.

The whole burger king app is absolutely diabolical for ordering my £40 order said it was delivered and never was!! No one wants to own up and refund me absolute cowboys. No one cares from the store itself ignored me completely as I was asking questions absolute joke and I lm demanding my money back!!!

Service was pretty poor, it seems to be chaos behind the counter. There is only one self-service machine in this takeaway and that wasn't working. The food was OK, once we finally received it. This is not a Burger King that I'm in a rush to return to.

This place is shocking since the last manager has left and gone to the Hempstead valley one. Can’t even get a simple order right (EVER) so will be the last time I use this one. Pay for extra cheese and a plain chicken royal and every time your carefree staff just clearly don’t read there orders and I get it filled with mayo and lettuce it’s really not hard to make a chicken burger as it says on the till. I know you don’t need high grades to work here but surely you have to be able to read

Disliked the cola I asked for a small one got a large one had to Wait for food and it was cold supposed to be fast food service for prices you charged it's disgusting not going there anymore

Awful service - Whooper order and this is what I received upon delivery <see Timestamp photo>. A plain burger for 8.99. Shambolic don’t order from here. No one answers the phone either.

Our family haven’t been here for a while. The restaurant floor change is nil. So.. there’s me, my partner and our two sons (18 & 3yrs) We ordered & paid for 3 Adult meals and a Child’s Cheeseburger meal. Sat down to wait for it to be cooked.. Got called. When we got to counter. There was One Meal. I showed the receipt to show 4 types. DID NOT get an apology from who we think was Restaurant Manager nor Counter Staff.But got told for some unknown reason it spread into 2 orders. (Fair Play) The Manager rustled up the rest of the order. We sat down to eat. Then realising that my younger son’s Cheeseburger Meal magically turned Into nuggets! 😂 That got changed. The fries given were all the same size portions, even though we all went Large. The Adult portions were same size as a Child’s sized fries!! No sugar offered for my coffee at counter. So had to ask. Then got told..”Oh. We have None! Only Sweetener 🤮 No Thank You. But.. The food was tasty. Music was better than the service. It’s a big shame that childrens meals don’t come like their Counterparts…. Shhh M.D But would be good for future if BK Changed a few things Like Kiddies meals gift and Politer staff!!

My order is late . Can't get hold of just eat they have done this to me last three times . Don't know if it's the restaurant or the drivers to blame better go with uber eats

Worst burger king ive ever ordered from. Any time ive eaten in OR had food delivered its been cold, and had half of it missing. When you bring this up with the manager he doesnt care and is incredibly rude. And he’ll even hang up on you when you tell them you dont want the refund you want your food! How hard is it to get an order right.

I ordered a delivery via uber eats and part of the delivery was missing. Went through uber app to say that items were missing and it thanked me for the feedback but said i was not eligible for a refund. Around £14.00 of the order missing. Phoned burger king and the lady I spoke with redid the whole order and brought it to our door herself. So kind. And she wouldn't even accept some petrol money. Fantastic lady just wish I had got her name.

Nice food always tastes freshly cooked quick service polite staff you get what you pay because it’s a fast food check the mobile Burger King app you always get nice deals over there lol save money thank you

Inconsistant most times i receive things almost steaming hot but tonight when i recieved my order i was missing a burger and the chips were stone cold even in the pot. My partner rang up and the person at the end of the phone shifted the blame to just eat. Just eat obviously made the mistake of forgetting to collect full order but burger king can not put the blame of cold chips on just eat when the chilli cheese bites and the burger turned up hot whereas chips cold and tastes like cardboard. its just a case of passing on old chips sitting there for god knows how long onto the paying customer rather then throw them away and cook fresh.

Plant whopper and vegan Royale are always amazing, fries are always hot and they are not scared to put sauce in the burgers
