Lovely food with plenty of choice, run by really lovely and helpful people. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this cafe. We found it by accident and so glad we did! If you're in the area do yourself a favour and give it a try. Thank you Olive Tree 👍

Came here last Sunday 27/09/20 and I had a large breakfast which was at a good price including tea or coffee and toast or bread and butter and was cooked very well. My son had a jacket potato and cheese which he very much enjoyed and ate most of a large adults serving and my son only 2 years old, would come back again for sure.

I can't understand the positive reviews of this place. I wanted to order a chicken grill, but apparently at 12.45 the chef was too busy to cook that! Seriously?? The cafe was way less than half full. I opted for ham egg and chips and my guest had avocado salad. The ham was processed ham out of a packet. The bill including a coffee and a coke was nearly £20. Bad food and overpriced. I won't be back. It was clean however.

Went to Olive tree cafe for lunch today, and wow! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing! I had the shepherd's pie that came with three veggies and gravy, and the plate was stacked. It was freshly cooked and delicious. My son had quarter pounder with cheese and chips and couldn't finish it as he was so full. Will definitely eat here again next time I'm in Chatham. Highly recommend.

Asked for soft eg when ordering , got a half broken , half hard egg. Pointed this out. So they got me another. Soft but broken and running in to plate if I wanted a broken egg I would have said hey cook me 2 broken eggs please. So a cafe got even cook an egg,!!! Rest of the food was nice, but really small portion of chips.

Lovely little cafe in Chatham High Street. Lovely freshly cooked food. Nice jacket potato with chilli beef. Only downside is its cash only!!!

Nothing special, very average food. I had burger & chips. Girl with loads of tattoos working there was very helpful and polite.

Staff are lovely, we tend to get a variation of the breakfast, big portions & tastes wonderful.

After my mum and I went to the gym at Medway Park in Gillingham. We got the bus to Chatham and went in here. I got roast lamb meal and an apple juice to drink. It was delicious. Loved it. My Mum wasn't sure what to order, but she got a shepards pie and a coke. We love this cafe. I highly reccomend it.

Only thing that was decent was the drinks ... food on other hand fried slice would of rather drunk the bottle of oil.. beans are cheap and cold.. asked for bacon to be cooked and not still honking on the griddle honestly the worse cafe I've been to... and the women behind the counter is so bossy to other members of staff and the other small lady didn't understand a word of English! Let's just say I'm now popping to mcdonalds with the kids

5 stars purely because I like going here and now, so do my son and mum . A nice friendly atmosphere, lovely and welcoming staff and well prepared cafe food with a menu that is well thought out, offering a good variety for all stomachs. I've had breakfast and a couple of baguettes over the last week or so and this place is slowly becoming a regular stop for me when out and about the town. My Breakfast was lovely on a previous visit, served hot and as well presented as any fry up could be and the baguettes are made with beautiful bread and surprisingly decent quality ingredients for café. Genuinely have no idea where they get the bread from but very nice. You guys make a great coffee also. Staff are friendly to chat with and you always feel well hosted from the moment you walk in. The lady who waited on me didn't have great English but made up for that with exemplary customer service and with a smile. The chef and prep work can be observed in an open planned kitchen area and everything looks so clean. Can't believe I took so long to give this place a go. Communities are built in the types of interaction these guys aim for and you get that feeling in there. Somewhere where you can take a mate , a kid , a friend for a bite and a coffee. Should also add my son has special needs and the staff were also patient while he ordered. Massive plus. Thank you to the pretty lady at the counter , the amazing table staff and friendly chef for the great service, change nothing!! 🙂 My new little favourite spot. I'll remember to take pictures next time.

Love this place Family run business. Absolutely very friendly and helpful. Food is lovely. Cooked fresh and always hot. Good variety of food and drink Cash only! Toilet facilities. Disabled people welcome.

It is the second time I have ordered 2 roast dinners, apple pie and cherry pie to be delivered and received great service. The food has been delicious and staff helpful when I had a query. I will be a regular. customer and look forward to trying their cooked breakfasts!

This Cafe is the place l go when I am in Chatham, the staff are very good and friendly food is good and it gets very busy which speaks for its self l would recommend it.

I ordered from here for the first time today, it was ok but I’m not sure I’d order again. I asked for no black pudding or mushrooms, I got mushrooms, i actually can’t stand mushrooms so it almost put me off straight away knowing the rest of the food had touched the mushrooms & the hash browns were soggy, the tomatoes tasted a little sour, everything else was ok but not amazing. The delivery man was very polite and pleasant and delivery time was spot on.
